"A Soul Spirit allows a Spirit Beast, when near death or voluntarily, to form an equal contract with a Spirit Master in a complete Soul state. The Spirit Beast becomes the Spirit Master's combat partner, granting the Spirit Master a spirit ring and skills, while the Spirit Beast's Soul resides in the Spirit Master's Sea of Consciousness, retaining its sentience and even having the potential to reshape its Physical Body in the future as the Spirit Master achieves God."
"Compared to entering the Reincarnation Pool after death and waiting for a Rebirth that may never come, this Soul Spirit system is indeed hugely appealing to high-Rank Spirit Beasts who desire survival and do not wish to lose their sense of self."
