Chapter 87 - "The Five Fragments and the Sin"

In the Higher Dimension, in a sacred place, stood a colossal golden palace — majestic and divine.

Within it gathered the Archangels, the supreme authority of the higher dimension, for an important meeting.

The topic of discussion was a man named Ryo.

One of them said:

— It seems that a great power has emerged among the Lower Beings.

A woman with sixteen pure white wings, named Amarael, known as an Angel, Seraph, or the Fragment of Knowledge, replied:

— Yes, it's a man named Ryo. Fate itself stands beside him! He has obtained a tremendous and terrifying power, one strong enough to threaten our dominion!

An angel sat upside down — his feet up, his head down — with six crimson wings. His name was Azhariel, symbolizing the Fragment of Wrath, and he said indifferently:

— Hmmm… Are you saying that a mere lower being possesses enough power to threaten our sovereignty? Impossible! We built the lower dimension; everything in it, even its very existence, was created by us. In truth, he amounts to nothing.

Amarael responded:

— Yes, that was true in the past. But now, after he has renewed his soul, it seems he has been reborn — without our interference. That means he's no longer bound by the fate we wrote for him, and we know nothing about him anymore... even Diablo knows nothing.

Another girl replied calmly, possessing four refreshing green wings — she symbolized the Fragment of Peace:

— There's no need for such worry. He's just a lower being who gained immense power. Do you remember the Dragon Emperor? He, too, was a lower being who attained great strength, yet we managed to defeat him.

Another angel spoke — majestic in form, with a fearsome presence and ten dark wings. His name was Kurai, known as the Fragment of Destruction and Annihilation:

— But this… this parasite is different from the Dragon Emperor! Also, the Sun granted him part of its energy, so there's no point in killing him! He's powerful enough to face one of us — an angel of the higher dimension!

Amarael said:

— He's indeed completely different from the Dragon Emperor. The Emperor reached the level of a higher being, but this boy… he's reached the level of an angel! He's far stronger than the Emperor ever was. So, what do you think, my lord?

Throughout all of this, one angel had remained silent, merely listening. His presence was entirely unlike the others, and he had the greatest number of wings — twenty golden ones.

His hair was white, his skin shining like crystal. He finally spoke softly:

— This universe is truly strange. Three hundred years ago, a lower being appeared with the power of a higher one… and now another with the power of an angel. This universe gives birth to far too many anomalies...

Silence fell. He gazed coldly at those gathered and said, in a chilling tone:

— I see no point in allowing his existence any longer.

The five Archangels were stunned in disbelief. A decision like this — to destroy an entire universe — hadn't been made in over twenty million years! None of them knew what to say.

Kurai spoke in shock:

— But my lord! Such a decision can only be issued by Him!

He replied confidently:

— We all know that the lower dimension and everything within it was created by us. The so-called "higher beings" are nothing but a farce orchestrated by angels — mere tools to spread goodness. We created everything, and we rule over it absolutely. The universes, time, death — everything in both dimensions belongs to us. I am the supreme ruler here, so my word will be law, whether you like it or not.

— And do not forget… the Lord is asleep now!

The Angel of Peace spoke fearfully:

— He is not asleep! We all know that He has awakened! Therefore, we must seek His will in matters like this, or it will be considered rebellion against the Lord!

The angel grew furious and was about to speak — but suddenly, the bell rang.

He froze in place, paralyzed by shock.

Then a cold, terrifying whisper echoed in his ear:

— "Do not let pride consume you… for you are the strongest part of Me."

He finally calmed down and sat.

— We are nothing but fragments of the Lord — five shards, five pieces of His power, the Seraphim. And we must seek His will before speaking of such things.

The Archangels were surprised by his sudden change of attitude, but they didn't dwell on it much longer, and the meeting was adjourned.

Each Archangel returned to their palace, except for the strongest one. He remained seated, and suddenly, the entire place began to change.

The table grew, the surroundings warped — as if reality itself was reconstructing to withstand the arrival of a colossal power, for the previous space could no longer contain it.

A magnificent throne appeared, and a long, majestic table. The place darkened, lit only by the light of the moon. Mist covered everything.

From within the fog, a figure emerged, walking forward — every step echoing with dread in the angel's heart.

The figure sat upon the throne. His presence was overwhelming and terrifying. His face was distorted, only his nose and mouth visible.

He spoke with a thunderous voice:

— So, Roi, you intend to destroy the universe without my approval? Have you grown arrogant, forgetting that I created you from my own power, made you ruler over the other four fragments? Do you wish to rebel against me? Is this how you repay my gift?

Roi answered in fear:

— No, my Lord, of course I do not wish to rebel. You were asleep, and I did not wish to disturb you. Please forgive my mistake.

He replied firmly:

— Roi, you and the other fragments were created for one purpose — to establish the higher and lower dimensions and maintain the balance of all life within them. I gave you part of my power not to destroy, but to preserve!

Roi protested:

— But my Lord…

He interrupted:

— I know this universe breeds rebellious and powerful forms of life. Let me tell you something: one hundred years from now, another life form will be born from this universe — a being of great power named Hina, a girl who has manifested from another world… and she is the friend of that man, Ryo.

Roi asked in confusion:

— And what importance does that hold now?

The Lord laughed:

— Wait a hundred years, and you shall see what happens. The decision to destroy the universe is denied.

Then He vanished, leaving countless questions swirling in Roi's mind.

---

On the planet Be Tholaris, a girl sat behind the shadows, singing softly.

She gazed at the calm, dark sky where the moon hid behind the clouds, her hair fluttering behind her like a veil.

She sang with peace and serenity.

The moonlight fell upon her, revealing her from the shadows. It was Seraphina, singing gently and quietly.

She said:

— The end is near… The melody of destruction is about to begin… Tonight, the stars shall fall!

To be continued...
