"Student Arthur, do you have the answer?" Teacher Hemingway's voice interrupted Jin's thought process.
However, it didn't take much for him to snap back into focus and respond, "It's the 6th Dialect of Arcadia."
"That is… correct." Teacher Hemingway was mildly surprised, yet nonetheless continued the lecture.
Soon, the bell rang, and class finished for the day.
On his way out of the classroom, Jin was asked to stay behind.
"You'll be participating in the Continental Tournament this year, won't you?" Teacher Hemingway asked, his voice low and somewhat pleading. "You see, the Dean—"
"I know what the Dean wants," said Jin. "But this tournament, I still can't join."
"But Student Arthur…. Haiz…" Teacher Hemingway shook his head, a bit dismayed. "You're more than capable enough to give the top players of the tournament a run for their money, so why is it that you always reject the invitation to participate…?"
