At the age of five Xeno and his adoptive family moved to Canas near Spring Woods, a suburb outside of it. His parents wanted a more dominant wolf setting for him and his siblings to grow up in. Xeno loved it!
He had so many friends growing up and attending one of the many schools in the growing city. When his family moved there, they were greeted by the Alpha and the elite team! Even at five, Xeno thought Doureena, Zhiliary, and Riley were absolutely handsome. The male Alphas were handsome too!
It wasn't until Xeno was ten when his family sat him down and told him he was adopted and that they still conversed with his biological dad. Of course Xeno wanted to meet him and he wanted to meet his sire too.
It was difficult though. His father who he learned was Zan was was claimed by a new Alpha and with four kids, so it wasn't easy for him to just pack up and leave for Canas, a completely other country.
And his sire, well, they kind of ribbed to Zan. Instead of telling him Sous was his sire, they told him Randali was and she was killed by Sous. They didn't say the name 'Sous' though; they left thst out.
Sous was a name everyone knew in Canas; it had so much power and weight to it, and rumored at it, the pack was afraid that she would come back, and claim what she promised.
Zan Apex, was his name now. All those who who were wolf and who lived in Red Woods was seen as the Apex pack. It was this time where Zan learned Canas had four packs created by Apex.
Apex was at the top, followed by Damon, Tarlemaeu, and Hana. Apex ruled the north, Tarlemaeu ruled the south, Damon ruled the east and Hana the rest with the Apex Alpha and her team of elites and other rankings as the lead of Canas.
At the age of fourteen, Xeno met a male Alpha in one of his classes. Xeno was also inviter to become a messenger because of his athletc ability. His grades were amazing and he excelled in everything he did.
He stood out from the other wolves and even though he looked completely wolf, many were starting to suspect he may be mixed with something. No one said anything though.
It wasn't until he met Zhiliary once more, that it was confirmed. Zhiliary could smell the scent of Sous. Her sense of smell was so strong that she could picked up on his sire whom Xeno had never met.
One thing led to another and by the time Xeno was sixteen, he was pregnant. Both families agreed the wolves should be mated and claimed to each other so they had their ritual.
At fifteen, Xeno was raped by Riley. It was so unexpected. He never took her for being able to do such a thing, but it happened one even while was coming back from delivering a message. He got pregnant and hoped he could pass it off as it belonging to his sire since his Alpha and Riley had the same skin color and physical traits and features.
By the age of twenty-one, Xeno had given birth to four children all the while he was slowly moving up the ranks of the pack. In just in six years or so, he was able to move from being a messenger, to a scout, to an assassin and that was where things stopped. Omegas weren't allowed to become elites.
...
In his cabin at the training retreat, he bit his bottom lip as he and his Alpha made love that evening. His face was flushed and the bed cot beneath him creaked from their movements. Sweat covered his and his Alpha's body.
Xeno ran his hands over his bare Alpha's chest, loving his pecks and all the other muscle definition he had. His eyes went to the back of his head with each thrust his Alpha gave him, full filling him up.
When his Alpha had his release, Xeno sighed with the two laying next to each other cuddling.
Xeno ran his fingers over his Alpha's chest hairs, feeling the dampness of sweat and the steady rhythm of his heartbeat beneath. Moonlight filtered through the cabin window, casting darkness that moved with grace across the wooden floorboards. The scent of pine trees and damp earth mingled with the pungent musk of their lovemaking.
Outside, crickets chirped in the chorus of night, a reminder that life in Canas pulsed beyond their own little cabin that stood on the training grounds.
"How was training?" His Alpha asked.
"Hmm," Xeno started, enjoying the feeling his male Alpha under his finger tips. "Pamoen is doing really well. I think, I think she's the best student here."
The Alpha laughed. "Honesty, she reminds me of you. A spunky little Omega." Xeno laughed at the statement, not realizing many thought of him as spunky.
"Hey...I think I wanna see my father," he said. His Alpha looked at him, holding his chin up. He kissed Xeno on the lips, a peck. "We can do that. Maybe ask the kids if they wanna come. Yeah?"
"Yeah," the Omega said.
The Alpha pressed closer, skin warm against Xeno's. Outside, an owl screeched, slicing through the crickets' drone, a sudden, sharp punctuation to the night. Xeno soon found himself falling asleep, thinking of what it would be like to officially meet his birth father.
She bowed to him and smiled. "You ready for a spar?"
The younger Omega dashed forward, light on her feet, striking first. Her palm shot toward his chest, quick, sharp, clean. Xeno caught it with a single hand, twisting her wrist. She spun with the motion, used the momentum to duck low, and swept his legs.
He hopped back just in time, her foot grazing his ankle. She smirked. This time, she feinted left and darted right, her elbow driving for his ribs. He blocked, but she was already behind him, a blur of motion and breath. Her heel connected with his back, a satisfying thud.
Xeno stumbled forward, then turned, eyes gleaming with pride rather than anger.
The next few moments blurred, his strength against her speed, each strike testing the other's limits. The outside air fanned the sound of impact, skin, breath, the shuffle of feet on dirt and grass.
She ducked under a hook, countered with an uppercut that nearly caught his chin. He caught her arm mid-swing, pulled her in, and pinned her with effortless strength.
"Yield?" he murmured.
She glared up at him, panting, strands of hair sticking to her face. "Never."
Her knee shot up, forcing him to release her. She rolled away, sprang back to her feet, and smiled again, fierce and unbroken.
Xeno chuckled, wiping a bead of sweat from his brow. They circled each other once more, teacher and student, predator and rival, the air between them thick with challenge, respect, and something almost like kinship. Like they were big brother and little sister sparring to prove to their parents that they were worthy.
