With it, he could restore all his subjects and damaged territory facilities to their perfect state after a defeat.
The downside was that it could only be effective while he was still in the Black iron-tier rank. Reaching the Green bronze-tier would render it useless.
For the last reward, it was a chance to directly increase his rank to the next grade.
