There was a break of several days before the next battle would take place. Not because of any delay from the system, but rather… perhaps because Bolin needed time to recover from the crushing defeats he had suffered in the first two battles.
Whatever the reason, Atlas used this quiet period to return to his usual routines. Ensuring Serenith continued supplying mana to the egg, and working with the Void Core, though he still hadn't made much progress on that front.
He also spent most of his time with Vienne, making her his main focus during the break.
There was still no word from Lyrassa. She remained sealed within her cocoon, and no one knew whether she would stay inside for the entire duration of the Dominion Convergence. It had already been over a month, nearly two.
