"Fourth rule: Sexual crimes — harassment, assault, or anything of the kind — will be punished on-site," Feng Xiu said, his tone icy. "Unlike murderers, such offenders will not even be sent to a military court for the trial. We will deliver punishment ourselves, according to the severity of the crime."
