Her entire body went limp. She fell backward as if she were about to bang her head on the table behind her.
Mika caught her in a panic, his arms wrapping around her waist.
"Nadia! What's wrong? What happened?"
Nadia found herself pulled back into his embrace, her face extremely flustered. She looked like she was about to burst into tears from how red she was.
"S-Sorry, Mika." Her voice was shaky. "I just...I didn't know how to react to what you said. I just let go of myself for a moment."
