Today was one of the happiest day in my life ,I giggled in my mind.I finally got myself a car ,even though it was bargained through installment agreement ,I have no regret .
"I pray you get yourself a car everyday ,if I get to be enjoying such free treat from you"I laughed as I recalled what Eva had said yesterday night ,when I brought in the car for celebration.
Miss ,can you look at where you going ?Are you perhaps driving with your Teeth and not your hand?An angry driver whom my car just collided with his from behind shouted angrily,popping his head out of his car .
I'm sorry ,I pleaded meeting his eyes .
Now is not the time to be sorry, can you just fucking move on,he said glaring at me. Huh ...I blinked unknowingly,not understanding what he was implying .can't you see?you standing in my way ,he demonstrated with his hands .
Ohh …I'm sorry ,I pleaded moving to the right side of the road ,paving way for him to pass through .Next time don't try driving ,he warned sarcastically.I guess you are a first timer ,he added taunting me.You little piece of shit…I cursed when he was far away ,forming my right hand into a fist before slamming it on the steering wheel.
After 40 minutes of driving on and on ,I finally got to my workplace,even though I had a terrible experience on my way to office .
wooh!Miss cosmos ,what a lovely car you got there,Joan complimented .ohh ..this I blushed ,it nothing compare to yours, i praised looking at his car.what do you mean nothing ,we must celebrate this ,he added jokingly.
What's there to celebrate in a low budget car ,Tina taunted .Tina was one of my enemies at work ,she thought I and Joan were a thing, just because I and Joan have gotten closer over the week ,I found out he has somethings in common as I .We have same taste in drinks and food .I found this out on the day we both got our meals at the food counter and also he was the only one my spirit naturally connect to,with him i don't feel force to smile or act .
Would it kill you to be nice ,Tina ?joan spoke with his eyes full of complete irritation .Excuse me ,I said at once ,taking my leave, leaving the two outside because I had an early project I had to complete ,it was the unfinished project of the last secretary which I had took on,rumor has it that the boss will be in office anytime soon and I don't wanna ,not even for a seconds look like an incompetent being in his eyes.
Stepping into my space, I actively walked around,making sure I wasn't forgetting anything ,as I checked and went through all the files that was given to me accordingly.
Lest I forget …I still had to finish the project I was working on,I suddenly reminded myself ,dropping the bag that was hunged on my shoulder before placing it on the nearest table in the room .
Later that morning ,I received a heads-up from Amelia that the boss is already in the company surrounding and will be making his way in soon.For a split seconds my heart seized ,and like that panicked set in ,I wasn't sure what to do and where to be anymore?it felt my heart just grew bitter all of a sudden .
Breathe in breathe out ,I told myself continuously ,trying to calm my freaked nerves.stepping out of the office ,I rushed to the elevator ,inputting the last floor because it felt like everyone was at the company entrance.
My mind doesn't betray me ..I commented after seeing all the office workers elegantly waiting at the entrance ,which I guess they all were waiting for the boss presence.
VOOM!… A car suddenly halt not far from the company entrance ,making a screeched sound .
Uuuuuu..he is here ,Amelia giggled informing me ,even though I had eyes to see .ohhhh ..I immediately formed as I looked sternly at her directions.
Woah ..waa! I wowed internally seeing the boss get down from the car in a slow motion ,what specie is he ? I asked mentally.He looks kinda rare ,it feels he wasn't human and was more like some kind of angel in a human form .He was absolutely cute ,no doubt ,he was just as everyone had described .His broad shoulders and his perfectly formed face plus aura ,not to forget ,the way he walks and the kind of natural charm he has on ,was another thing to be taken in.
Welcome boss…I heard everyone greet, which snapped me back to reality.wel..come ,I tried greeting also ,but I changed my mind halfway,Eating my words.
Welcome Mr CEO Sir ,they all continue greeting as he passed them all, one by one ,and now he was walking towards where I stood.
Ohhh ..no I screamed mentally ,is he perhaps coming my way ,I panicked closing my eyes.After what seems like forever ,I opened my eyes only to find out the boss was standing in front of me .
You are in his way ,Amelia informed quietly ,pinching me.uhhhhnn… i managed to say realizing ,while I move to the right side only for the boss to move in the same direction as I .

Buhhh!what was that ?Tina bursted into laughter ,looking at me .what does it look like ?i replied with a smirk before I made my way back into my office,since everyone had found their way back into their respective space.
I can't believe I've gained myself unnecessary attention,when even my stay haven't been up to a year talk less of a month,I complained to myself .That wasn't even the major problem right now .How to face the boss ?what's the heavy problem at hand .I don't know if I am to go to his office on my own accord or I should just wait for him to summon me.wouldn't it be rude if I go to his office? ,what if he is busy and doesn't want to see anyone right now ,I continued soliloquising as several thought occupied my mind.
I would just go ,I suddenly decided while I picked up some few things ,he might asked me of.DunnDun… the intercom rung while I rushed to pick it up .
Make your way to my office right now ,the voice authoritatively said .I will be there ….right now ,I replied feeling relieved, only to be cut of between my words as the person on the other line had cut the call .
Without thinking ,I rushed to his office after I had make sure ,I was looking approachable,not that I had it in mind to seduce the boss or any nasty thought ,but to make sure I wasn't looking like a stray cat .
Knock !knock ..I knocked continuously without receiving any response,could it be the office was soundproofed .
Just come in ,he shouted ,keeping me off guard.Good day sir ,I greeted while he only responded with his head .I am Jewel cosmos,I introduced.Welcome back i added ,since I wasn't getting any response or whatsoever.10..20..30 ,I counted waiting for him to say something.
First and foremost,was it necessary for you to say your name ,like…I am fully aware of whosoever you are,I mean I hired you.lastly ,I told you to come to my office ,meaning that I did not expect you to still knock after I had gave you the full permission to do so .
I am deeply sorry sir ,I will make sure never to repeat such mistake ever again ,I apologized,even though I still did not know why he had took it so personal.
Here you go …he said, handing me some files.Go through that ,and report back to me before the end of today,he commanded.
Okay sir ..Thank you ,I replied collecting the files from his firm hand.
THANK YOU ?He suddenly spoke out of no where ,dropping the pen that was in his hand.Thank you for what exactly?he asked crossing his fingers .Did I give you an award or a present ,or did I do something I wasn't aware of ,he questioned staring right at me ,which made me quiver under his eyes .
Hmm ..I felt that was right to say ,I am sorry,I apologized again before trying to make my way out of his office,only to be stopped by the door .How does this work ?I asked myself looking at the door in front of me which had no doorknob .oh myyy.. I hate this ,this is a disgrace I complained innerly ,not daring to look back .The door was like a puzzle ,I had to solve ,on my way in ,it has a knob,and now on my way out it doesn't,I tried understanding as beads of sweat formed on my forehead.After spending atleast 10 minutes trying to open the door ,I later opened it.Now I regret only watching movie.
Stepping out of his office,my heart itself was relieved.How couldn't he even try helping ?I complained looking back at his office .
OMG…I will still have to open the door everytime,I complained after realization had hit me hard,I was going to report back to him!!!!!!!
