Lightning Release: Super Vibrato Lightning Blades, in the original work, was used by Killer Bee of the Hidden Cloud Village.
Its effect is to inject Lightning Release Chakra into a Ninja Blade, causing ultra-high-frequency vibrations that greatly increase the blade's sharpness and penetrating power.

Logically, Konoha's first battle—a critical raid to turn the tide of morale—should have been led by Tsunade herself.
With her reputation, a successful strike would have had a tremendous effect. But her hemophobia made it impossible for her to take the field.
Kitazawa, now seen by many as Tsunade's student—or at the very least her confidant—was the next best choice. With him leading, the effect wouldn't be as great as Tsunade's, but it would still carry more weight than sending just any Jonin.
"There's no need," Tsunade frowned. "As long as the raid succeeds, that's all that matters."
"Since success is what matters," Kitazawa countered, "bringing me along increases that chance. I've learned much of the Second Hokage's Water Release techniques. The sea is my home ground."
Tsunade's eyes widened slightly.
The Water Release of the Second Hokage, Senju Tobirama, was renowned. Yet aside from him, few Jonin in Konoha specialized in Water Release. In truth, the most recognized users now were Hiruzen Sarutobi, Maruboshi Kosuke, and Kitazawa.
Of course, Kitazawa's fame came largely from killing Kurosuki Raiga, not from his Water Release. But Tsunade had seen it firsthand, and it was indeed formidable.
"Lady Tsunade, hesitation doesn't suit you." Kitazawa smiled lightly.
"Don't you understand what concern is?" Tsunade glared.
"I understand, Lady Tsunade," Kitazawa replied seriously. "You're worried about me. But since I've stepped onto the battlefield, I've already accepted the risks."
Tsunade faltered. She, too, had once held such resolve. Yet when it came to Kitazawa, she found herself forgetting it.
Without realizing it, she had already begun to treat him as someone very important—on the same level as Shizune.
"The battlefield is far crueler than you imagine." Tsunade lay back on the carpet, her gaze fixed on the ceiling. For a fleeting moment, her figure was breathtaking. Thoughts of Nawaki filled her mind—he, too, had refused to listen to advice.
In this matter, her personality betrayed her. She didn't want to worsen her hemophobia, yet she couldn't help but worry.
"I can't be protected by Lady Tsunade my entire life," Kitazawa said softly.
Though moved by her concern, he was still determined to take this risk—for the sake of the system mission. In truth, it wasn't much of a risk at all.
With preparation on their side, against an unprepared enemy, and a full Jonin lineup, even if they couldn't win outright, retreat was always an option.
And he was right: the sea was his domain. He also possessed the ultimate life-saving jutsu, Water Release: Water Transformation Technique, which allowed his entire body to turn into water, making him immune to physical attacks.
So long as he reached the sea, he would be untouchable—unless the ocean itself vanished.
"You're all talk," Tsunade said, waving her hand. "Fine, then you'll lead the team."
"Thank you, Lady Tsunade." Kitazawa secretly breathed a sigh of relief.
"Remember this well: your objective is to raid, not to occupy the stronghold," Tsunade reminded him. "You'll have only three minutes. If you take longer, reinforcements from the other two strongholds will arrive."
"Understood." Kitazawa nodded.
Just then, Shizune walked into the tent. She glanced at Kitazawa, then handed the scroll in her hand to Tsunade.
"This is the list of Jonin participating in this raid, a total of eight," Shizune said.
"Kitazawa, you go, be careful." Tsunade opened the scroll, read it once, and then handed it to Kitazawa.

"At our speed, a thousand meters is at most two seconds," Uchiha Yashiro said confidently. "Let's launch a direct surprise attack."
"That's not advisable," Kitazawa shook his head. "Although those traps pose little threat to us, they will waste time."
"Indeed," Akimichi Choza agreed.
"Captain Kitazawa, do you have any ideas?" Uchiha Yashiro asked.
"Hizashi, use the Byakugan to mark the traps in front of us. Clan Head Shibi, send out your Kikaichu to trigger them all at once," Kitazawa said after a brief thought. "We will launch a surprise attack at full speed after the traps are triggered."
"That's a good idea." Aburame Shibi immediately sprang into action. He opened the large gourd on his back, releasing a swarm of Kikaichu.
Seeing this, Hyuga Hizashi began calling out locations. In less than three minutes, all the traps ahead had been marked by the Kikaichu.
"Once we're on the island, move immediately," Kitazawa reminded them. "We only have two minutes. Once time is up, retreat immediately."
