Seamus startled when he finally noticed Aconite. He hadn't felt her presence at all, which made him narrow his eyes.
"Since when were you here?"
Dahlia grabbed his chin calmly. "Don't mind her. Everything in this garden and even the mansion, she can see and hear."
She grinned. "She loves stalking us."
She wrapped her arms around his neck and whispered against his ear, her breath warm and sweet.
"Kiss me, Seamus. I'm in the mood for something gentle and vanilla."
He nodded and leaned in. Their lips met softly at first, then with growing heat as he sucked her lips.
There was a strange spicy sweetness to her taste, almost like cinnamon but overpowering in a way only she could make addictive.
Dahlia moaned, rolling her tongue along his lips before biting him gently. He opened for her, and their tongues tangled together in slow, sensual strokes.
Their breaths mingled, their mouths messy from the shared warmth, and his tongue slid against her canine.
