With everything out of the way he returned to his city, met his queens and talked with all representatives.
There was something new that happened, it was unexpected but welcome nonetheless. The representative from the second city and Nerve Julio came to speak with him. Nerve Julio started explaining.
"I was exploring the new world and we found a good spot for a new city, and i talked with my friend here and we decided that having around 20.000 people in a city when there's no need to do so was silly, so we came here to request authorization to build either a new city or villages surrounding the second city!"
The representative nodded and Ars asked, curiously.
"That new spot… Is there anything special about it? And how far is it from the city?"
Nerve Julio quickly introduced the new area.
"Well the new place is a bit special, but it would be excellent to develop farming lands with a few of the local corps!"
Ars was surprised and asked.
"Did you find a lot of local corps?"
The representative smiled and replied.
"We did but we are still discovering how is the best way to consume them, for example we found a few trees or vines, we aren't exactly sure yet, where the fruits are basically large coconuts, but instead of what we expected, in the inside of the said fruits we found wine, good wine at that, the strangest thing is this coconuts keep growing until they are around 4 meters wide, and the longer the coconut stays on the tree the more aged the wine tastes… There are a few other fruits, but this one has quickly become everyone's favorite!"
Ars was amazed, this new world was very interesting… Then he looked at them and inquired.
"And why have I not been notified of the new findings!?"
The representative scratched the back of his head and replied embarrassedly.
"We wanted to inform your majesty once everyone discovered the best way to consume these new specialties…"
Ars sighed and replied a bit annoyed.
"Fine but in the future inform me of such interesting discoveries! And you didn't answer my second question!"
Nerve Julio nodded and mentally calculated the distance. And then replied confidently.
"It should take around a month for a normal person to reach, when on a carriage from the second city at a normal rate!"
Arss thought about it, and after a few minutes of contemplating the best answer he decided, and introduced his decision.
"I would like to keep travel times between places at most 2 weeks at that rate, a month is a bit long and increases the risks of death a bit to much for my tastes, so my decision, is that you can make a village or a city at the new place, but between the new place and the second city, make a small town or something like that, where travelers can relax, if one town isn't enough make one more, and then repeat the line of thought to new places you want to build."
They nodded, and the representative inquired.
"So we have permission to build?"
Ars nodded, and both of them showed excited expressions, then they bowed and said.
"Thank you, your majesty, the next time you visit the new world we will show a bunch of new things!"
Ars got up and was gonna go with them instantly, but Nerve Julio quickly said.
"Just give us a few months!"
Ars was a bit disappointed but nodded and said.
"Fine, I will visit at another point in time!"
Then they left excitedly, and Ars returned to his documents.
It didn't take him long to finish. After that he prepared himself to go to water seven to collect Blueno samples.
He went outside and informed the queens and maids, just in casse they needed to know.
Finally after having everything settled he took flight in the direction of the grandline, he had an idea where water seven was but didn't have an eternal pose to the location. So his plan was to go sabaody archipelago, and buy one there.
He was familiar with the way to the mangrove, and it only took him a few hours before reaching it.
He quickly moved through the place, going towards Shakky's rip off bar. He got there and he was surprised to see some idiots causing trouble.
Some pirates wannabes, complaining about the high prices in the bar, and causing a scene, Ars just laughed and sat down while observing the encounter.
"Woman, this is a scam!! What do you mean, these few drinks cost 200,000 berries!?"
"Did you not see the prices before you ordered!? They are clearly written in the drink menu."
"We thought it was a fake menu, no sane person would charge that amount for just a few drinks!!"
The man who was complaining and his friends started grabbing their weapons, and Ars knew what was gonna happen next.
"Since you chose money over your life… DIE!!"
They attacked and as Ars predicted they instantly got crushed.
"Do you prefer to pay in berries, gold or heads?"
"Bewwies!"
The man left limping after paying, but he was moving as fast as he could, Ars just laughed.
From the beginning to the end Shakky's face did not change expressions, she looked at Ars and her expression finally changed to a business smile, Ars was disguised as usual. He always made sure to disguise himself in case he caused problems… A just in case measure.
She tried to see through Ars disguise, but unable to do so, she asked.
"What are you gonna have!?"
Ars smiled and removed his mask. She showed a surprised face and commented.
"Ho my, I did not expect your majesty to visit! I apologise that you had to witness such a crude display!"
Ars faked having goosebumps and declared.
"It was terrifying, I'm traumatized for life… I need compensation… An embarrassing story will do!"
Then both of them laughed and Ars explained to her what he wanted to buy, with a hopeful expression.
"I came here to buy an eternal pose to water seven, do you have one?"
She shook her head and replied calmly.
"I don't have one currently, but I can get you one in a few hours after talking with my contacts, but it will cost you!"
Ars nodded and indicated a drink.
"Can we get a whiskey with some ice, one for me and one for the lovely lady that's about to quote me a price."
She smiled and replied while starting to prepare the drinks.
"The cheapest value I can sell you the item is 500 000 berries, and depending on the price I need to pay for it, it will most likely be over that price, after all that eternal pose is quite requested by every sort of person."
Ars nodded he expected it to be more expensive than your regular eternal pose. But even so it was more expensive than what he thought. He nodded at her and after she put the drinks in front of them he calmly said.
"Cheers, to a happy collaboration!"
She also raised her glass, with a smile. Ars looked around and asked her.
"Where is your lovely partner?"
She laughed and replied with an amused face.
"What, do you need us both to negotiate? And he should be borrowing money to buy drinks!"
Ars laughed and shook his head before replying, also in a playful way.
"No, no, I was just shocked he left such a lovely lady in such a dangerous place… You could get robbed by some thug!"
She laughed and asked him now seriously.
"Will you wait here for it or will come back later?"
Ars thought about it, and sitting around waiting didn't sit well with him, he raised his arms with a calm expression and replied.
"Will come back later, I will leave the money with you, while I go to extend my limbs."
She smiled and nodded, before adding.
"In that case, the item will be ready in about 4 hours!"
Ars nodded then put his mask back on, got up and replied.
"See you later then. Gonna go to an auction house to try to find something interesting to buy."
She smiled and got to work.
Outside, while Ars was leaving the idiots from before were returning with extra hands. Ars decided to have fun, he quickly asked them.
"Is there anyone between you who is strong?"
The pirates laughed and one of them introduced himself.
"I'm the captain of the great beaver pirates, with a bounty of 50 000 000 berries, why do you need to know!?"
Ars stopped, he was quite well informed about pirate crews but this one didn't sound familiar. He took out a bunch of bounties, and started searching through them. After a few seconds he looked back at the captain and asked.
"Are you sure? I can't find you anywhere, or ever heard of you to be honest!"
The captain looked offended, but took out a bounty and delivered it to Ars proudly.
When Ars saw the bounty he laughed, he didn't recognize the name or the face, but he recognized the title the marines gave the captain.
The south kisser beaver… And his title had nothing to do with him being from the south blue, but with how he got the bounty. This man had seduced and slept with every wife, daughter and grandmother, from all of the marine base members, in a certain island on the grandline. It was a huge scandal for the marines on that island. Now they even served as a joke between other marines. And a legend between everyone else.
Ars broke out laughing and moved so fast to the man's side, the man shivered, realizing Ars could have killed him easily. Ars smiled and said.
"Don't worry, I won't hurt you, but I will give you advice, the lady you're about to settle scores with can kill you ALL without any difficulty. Just warning you because of your interesting history."
The man nodded then looked at the other members of his crew and said.
"I think it's only proper that you gave the good woman a nice tip! So let's just go back to the ship."
All of his crew nodded quickly, agreeing with his proposition.
Ars laughed when he saw them sprinting like their lives depended on it.
Ars then started moving towards the auction house once more. But when he was about to reach it, people started to hide and some people started to kneel, Ars knew what this meant. A bubble head was here… A tenryuubito. He moved away from sight, and soon after, a female tenryuubito appeared.
Ars let her pass, and after she entered the auction house Ars thought to himself if he wanted to bask in the wonderful presence of the trash bitch… He had a good amount of time to kill and the most interesting thing in the archipelago right now was this auction, so he decided to go in anyway, he just needed to make sure he didn't attract the creature's attention.
He entered and found a chair to sit down on. It was close enough to hear the piggie complain.
"Why is it taking so long to start!? Does the manager of this place want to die? How dare he make this saint wait! The audacity! Kill him!"
Ars smiled, he was also far away enough, that unless he actually tried, he would most likely go unnoticed. Ars looked in the direction of the tenryuubito, she had just sat down and was already getting impatient… Today was gonna be an interesting day or a really annoying one, anyway he wasn't the one in trouble right now.
With the pressure from the tenryuubito the auction started instantly, way ahead of schedule.
"Ladies and gentleman, we welcome you all to our establishment, we especially welcome Saint Mircia, without further delays, let's start with our first item."
"Our first item is a platinum necklace covered in rare emeralds!"

After a few worthless items in Ars eyes, one interesting item finally appeared.
"Our next item is an akuma no mi, we don't know what it does or what it is, we will let the discovery to the person who buys it."
Ars was gonna buy it if he could, but before he could even raise the price, someone else did.
"One billion berries!"
Ars knew that voice, it was the disgusting presence in the house…
The next item also interested Ars.
"Our next item is a rare weapon known as a boomerang, but this boomerang has been fed an akuma no mi that produces electricity!"
Again Ars was gonna bid for it, but the pig in bubblehead bid first.
"Two billion berries!"
After that every single item was bought by the monster not too far away from Ars.
Ars could only complain in frustration.
"The heavenly tribute pays well…. Way too well! Maybe I should take a little bit of it for myself in the future… Like a few ships worth… Or visit their home and borrow some money from their treasury…"
