In Fiji, a bunch of people were surfing waves. Then a tsunami rose, and when the people on the beach saw it, they all ran for their lives. When the tsunami hit the beach, it sucked all the sand on the beach underwater. Once SOOTS found out about it, Sally called The Spy Teens. Kevin's watch beeped, and he answered it. Then Judy and Stella walked by Kevin and listened in on the mission. Sally said, "There have been sights of sand disappearing on the beaches in Fiji, Australia, South Africa, and Malibu. Since our villain seems to be targeting surfing beaches, you'll investigate one of the best surfing places in the world, Hawaii. For this mission, you'll have Suds, which stands for Spies Underwater Diving Suits, Laser Lipsticks, Sword Pens, Invisible Processor Necklaces, and the Hairclip Tracking Device.
Once the Spy Teens had their gadgets, they all headed to Hawaii to begin their investigation. When they got there, the Spy Teens saw a small wave hit the beach and suck some of the sand down into the sea. Judy said, "We should first check under the water, because that's where the sand seems to be going. All three of them put on their Suds and went underwater. Once they arrived, they began to investigate. Judy said, "Way cool, we can breathe and talk underwater." Kevin said, "Not to mention these come with built-in jetpacks. So we can fly under here, too, if we want to." Stella said, "Yes, but that's not necessarily necessary right now." Stella swam further ahead and found an old sunken ship. Stella said, "Hey, guys, look at this." Judy and Kevin looked at what Stella had found, and they saw it was just an old, sunken ship. Judy said, "So what? It's just an old sunken ship. It's probably been down here for over a hundred years." Stella said, "I say we check it out. Maybe our bad guy is inside." Stella swam to the sunken ship and then swam in through the broken window. Judy said, "Well, sunken ships are normally shark territory, so we'd better back her up." Judy and Kevin then swam into the sunken ship after Stella and tried to find her inside before the sharks showed up.
Judy found an old trunk and opened it. Then a bunch of fish swam out. While they were looking around the shipwreck, a school of sharks came swimming by because they smelled the fish that the Spy Teens had set free. Once they got there, the Spy Teens saw the sharks swimming on the outside of the ship, so they swam up the stairs to the deck and hid from the sharks who were below deck. The Spy Teens then left, but a shark stopped them. Then a pack of dolphins swam by, and they each grabbed one. The dolphins then swam them away from the sharks, and the sharks chased after them. They followed them to an underwater cave and followed them through it. Once the sharks made it out, an orca scared them away. The dolphins then saw the progress they had made and congratulated each other by slapping their tails against the water. Then the Spy Teens let go of the dolphins and petted them, thanking them for saving them. Judy said, "Thank you for saving our lives." The dolphins then swam away, and the Spy Teens continued their investigation.
The Spy Teens then heard something approaching, so they turned around and saw a rockslide coming their way. Kevin said, "Swim away, swim away." The Spy Teens swam as fast as they could, but the rockslide moved too fast. Kevin said, "Quick, activate your jetpacks." The Spy Teens all pushed the on button on their jetpacks, and they blasted away from the rockslide. The Spy Teens then flew to the surface and saw a tsunami rising. Judy flew above the tsunami and saw that it was headed right for Hawaii. When the people on the beach saw the tsunami coming, they ran for their lives. Once the tsunami landed, it took all the sand on the beach with it. Judy then went back under the water and saw the sand the tsunami took, moving down to the bottom of the ocean. Judy then followed it and called Stella on her watch. Stella's watch then beeped, and she answered it. Once she did, she saw it was Judy. Judy said, "Guys, get underwater immediately. The sand from the beach is being sucked down to the bottom of the ocean." Kevin and Stella then dived back down into the ocean and followed Judy to the bottom.
Once they got to the bottom, they saw a man in a machine sucking the sand into a giant bag. The man then activated the sand sucker, and it sucked all the sand from Miami Beach into the bag. While the sand collecting was going on, Kevin got caught in the current and headed right for the machine. Judy said, "Kevin's caught in the current." Kevin then landed on the cockpit of the machine, and the man spotted him. The man said, "What? Who's that?" The man couldn't see Kevin's face since his helmet covered it. Judy and Stella then came to his rescue, and the man saw two more scuba divers coming for him. Judy grabbed Kevin while Stella threw the Hairclip Tracking Device at the man's machine so they could track it. The man then tried blasting The Spy Teens with lasers from his machine, but The Spy Teens swam all over and he missed. Then they all swam up and tried to get away, but the man had an idea. He shot a laser at an underwater rock formation, and it destroyed it. Then all the rocks from the rock formation fell on the Spy Teens, and they swam back to get away from it. Once they did, their villain grabbed all three of them with one of the giant claws from his machine and brought them inside.
Once the Spy Teens were inside, they took off their helmets, and the bad guy came down to where they were. The man said, "Hello." Judy said, "I know you. You're Bill Quensky. The greatest surfer who ever lived." Bill said, "I guess my reputation precedes me. But enough about me. I want to know who you are and why you were spying on my machine." Stella said, "I want to know why you're stealing all the sand from the greatest beaches in the world." Bill said, "Believe it or not. It was the best way to make a profit. The more sand I steal, the more sand I can sell. Once I have all the sand, I'll sell it back and make more money than the government's wealth." Kevin glanced at Bill angrily and said, "And just why would you do this?" Bill said, "As you said, I was the king of the beach—the best surfer who ever lived. But when the construction of civilization began, the beach began to fall. The water was beautiful to look at and swim in, but there was no room to surf. So since they took what meant the most to me, I'm taking what means the most to them. Now nobody can make sand castles, surf, and they run out of the water when they see my tsunamis. Judy said, "How are you making those anyway?" Bill pushed a button on his control panel and turned on the screen, showing them a laser he had. Bill said, "When I fire this laser, I destroy a rock formation under the sea." Kevin said, "Then the rocks form a landslide under the sea, which naturally creates the tsunamis." Bill said, "Correct. Then I take the sand away and move it into a giant bag. I have one more target and then I'll be ready to sell." Judy said, "You'll never get away with it." Bill said, "I already have." Bill then whistled for his henchmen, and they grabbed the Spy Teens. Stella then threw her Hair Clip Tracking Device at Bill, and it landed in his pocket.
The henchmen threw the Spy Teens in an escape pod, set the coordinates for an underwater volcano, and launched them out of the machine and to the volcano. The computer voice said, "Underwater Volcano. Estimated time of arrival: 10 minutes." Judy said, "We've got 10 minutes to think of a way to escape." Stella said, "Try this. Helmets on." The Spy Teens put on their scuba helmets, and Stella used the Laser Lipstick to cut a hole in the side of the pod, letting water in. Once the pod was flooded, they swam out through the hole Stella made. Judy said, "How are we going to find Bill now. He moved it to a different location. Stella said, "No problem." Stella checked her watch and pointed ahead. Stella said, "He's this way. Follow me." Stella swam forward, and Judy and Kevin followed. Judy said, "How do you know he's this way?" Stella said, "I stuck the hairclip tracking device on him before his henchmen shot us out into the ocean." Kevin said, "Smart." Stella said, "And according to the coordinates, he's right over this hill." The Spy Teens swam over the hill and looked above it. Then they spotted Bill's machine. Once Bill started shooting a rock formation under the sea with his laser, but Judy reflected the beam with her Sword Pen and destroyed the laser. Bill said, "It can't be."
After the Spy Teens stopped the tsunami, Bill tried to destroy them with the claws from his machine. Once Bill had Kevin cornered, he thought it might be fun to kill him. Stella then swam by and saved Kevin. Stella then stood ahead of Bill and looked at him. Stella said, "Nobody hurts my friends. And what they can't see, they can't have." Stella called Judy and Kevin on her watch and said, "Guys, activate Invisible Processor Necklaces." Judy and Kevin then activated their Invisible Processor Necklaces and turned invisible. Stella said, "You want me, come and get me." Stella swam to the shipwreck again. Judy said, "Where's she going?" Kevin said, "One way to find out." Kevin used the tracer on the Hairclip Tracking Device to track Bill, who was following Stella, and saw them heading for the shipwreck. Kevin said, "Looks like they're heading back toward the shipwreck." Stella called Kevin on her watch and said, "Kevin, have your Sword Pen ready."
Once Stella and Bill reached the shipwreck, Stella used her Invisible Processor Necklace to turn herself invisible so the sharks and Bill wouldn't see her. Once the sharks saw Bill's machine, they attacked it. Bill started to panic and said, "Bill Quensky ejecting." Bill ejected out of his machine and took the giant bag of sand with him. Bill said, "Foolish fish and spies, I have the sand I came for." Kevin said, "Not for long." Kevin turned himself visible again and used it to cut the net, releasing the sand. Bill said, "No, I'll get you, you spies. Someday."
Judy said, "But not someday soon." Judy pointed to the right, and Bill saw a whale headed his way. Then the whale smacked Bill's cockpit out of the water, and a SOOTS helicopter caught him in a net. Judy, Kevin, and Stella then popped up out of the water, and Sally saw them. Sally said through a bullhorn, "Marvelous job, spies." Judy thought about it and said, "Now, how are we going to get the sand back where it belongs?" Kevin looked underwater and called Sally on his watch. Kevin said, "Well, the sand is still in the bag. Sally, maybe you can take it and give it back." Sally said, "Great idea, Kevin." Sally pushed a button in her copter, and it released two hooks, which grabbed the bag from beneath the sea. Then she lifted the bag into the helicopter, and the SOOTS team gave all the sand back to the beaches it came from. Once they gave it back, everyone was happy again, as they could enjoy surfing and building sandcastles once more.
After their mission, the Spy Teens went back to Los Angeles and enjoyed the beach they had saved. Judy said, "Lovely day to be at the beach." Kevin said, "And with Bill in custody, everyone can enjoy themselves." Stella said, "Especially now that they can go in the water without worrying about any tsunamis coming." The Spy Teens then clicked their drinks and continued to enjoy themselves
