Levi ignored the notification and suddenly spread out his right arm.
The moisture in the air suddenly condensed into water droplets that floated above his arms and collided together to form a massive drop of liquid.
"Ice."
Just as Levi thought about it, the liquid instantly froze over as the temperature reduced, turning the liquid into pure ice.
"Water."
With another thought the process instantly reversed, melting the ice back into liquid.
"Gas."
With another thought transformed the liquid trembled and then started to rapidly decrease in volume as a cloud of gentle mist appeared in its place.
"Hahahaha!"
"I finally did it!"
Levi laughed out in happiness. With this, his water technique would be more useful in combat and he would be able to catch his opponent off guard with this trump card.
