I took her word and we made our way up to the rooftops once again to find a way to spot this swordsman. It didn't take very long for us to find the perfect rooftop.
It was tall enough for us to see the swordsman making light work of a few unknown gang members. Why he was hunting them was a complete mystery to me.

I tried to watch what was going on but all I could see was this purple dust following behind each swing. He was also disappearing perfectly without any bullets hitting him.
