Jay Jay's POV
I woke up to someone knocking when I went to my door there was no one there. Then were did I hear the knocking, then I heard it again. Then I turned to the window a Keifer trying to keep his balance.
" What are you doing here." I asked while opening the window.
" Don't you remember?" He asked hoping inside.
" Ofcourse I remember about breakfast but you coming through my window was not what I had expected." I said and he chuckled
" Get dressed and then let's go!" He said enthusiastic
" Shhh not too loud." I whispered and went to change. After changing we couldn't go out like this or else Kuya Angelo would kill him.
He went through the window while I went downstairs as normal.
" Good morning Jay." Aries said
" Good morning." I said and turned to leave.
" Up up up were do you thin you're going?" Kuya asked
" Umm breakfast with Keifer." I said and he nodded. Keifer was already waiting next his G- Wagon.
" Let's go." He said and we got in. After a short ride we reached a cute cafe.
Keifer called a waiter. " Two waffles, one eggs, one lecon skin and one chocolate milkshake." He said knowing my whole order.
After the waiter left I asked him. " So what did you need to tell me?"
" Remember the locket you gave me?" He said and I nodded.
" Did you ever open the locket." He asked seriously
" Wait, it opens." I asked surprised
" Yeah, here." He said handed me the locket. I opened it expecting a picture of her or a picture of Keifer but when I opened it was me and her, the day before she died.
" What is this ?" I asked myself
"Look at the other side." He said and I did, it was a letter inside it I took it out and read it.
When I finished the tears were already covering the page.
" She was so loving." I said
" It looked like she loved you more than she loved me." Keifer joked
" She was one of the only good things I had back then. She was there when mama wasn't." I said, missing her deeply.
" Umm Jay there's this address, do you know where it is?" He asked me.
" Yeah, wait don't you remember?" I asked
" What don't I remember?" He asked, it feels like he's gotten amnesia.
" Our treehouse when we were younger, thats the address." I said and he looked at me.
" Treehouse?" He asked
" Yeah that's where we both would hide from our fathers." I said.
" Then when can we go there?" He asked
" After you come back from London." I said and tried handing him the locket, but he refused.
" Take it, it's your mother's." I said but he shook his head.
" Didn't you read the letter, it's officially yours. It was a gift from my mum to you." He said, he took it from hands and gently hooked it on my neck.
It shined in the sunlight. It delicately laid of my coller bone. It was a symbol of love and hope that Tita Serina gave away and now I'll keep this symbols forever.
