The reason I'm focusing on these now is simple: I've recently started posting on Scribble Hub, and I want all chapters there to be complete and properly structured from the start, rather than adding missing content later.
On top of that, I also need to finish the revisions from Chapters 71 to 80, especially the entire Uchiha Kasumi arc. That portion wasn't part of the MTL and is being written entirely by me, which naturally takes more time.
That said, I will not stop posting the latest chapters. The story is currently at Chapter 149 on Patreon, and those updates will continue as usual. Once I finish catching up on the earlier missing chapters (22s, 29s, 31s, and 44s), I'll also resume posting on Webnovel.
Yes, updates may be a bit slower at that time, but only until around Chapter 81s. After that, the pace will return to five or even six chapters a week.
