Andria's POV
"Who are you rooting for?" Macy whispered while clapping her hands.
I turned to her, but she wasn't even looking; she was concentrating on the stage.
I nudged her a little and then smiled.
There was a time when I stood solidly behind Liara; in fact, I encouraged her to contest.
But things have changed over the past few weeks, and now I'm rooting for someone I wouldn't have been rooting for four weeks ago.
"Well, you already know who I'm rooting for," I whispered back to her.
She chuckled. "Let me take a wild guess…your mate's sister, the one that always fought with you."
"Macy! Yes, we fought, but we are good now," I replied, shrugging a little and wiggling my eyebrows.
"I don't think she would win, although I'm also rooting for her," Macy said, gulping a little. "I'm feeling the excitement wear off. I think I need some buzz."
"You have had enough already. Wait till the event is over, then you can drink yourself to a stupor," I reprimanded her.
