Hani laughed, her amusement echoing through the unknown domain.
Is this man Henry Hawthorn? That's crazy. What sort of crazy person is after me now?
Instead of her thoughts being confined to her head alone, they seemed to spill into the darkness. The figure who called itself Henry glared at Hani with an irritated look.
What the hell is going on? Why can I hear my thoughts? Hani looked at the man staring back at her with wide eyes. Am I hearing my thoughts, or is it all just in my head? Am I just an entity here? I mean, I can see everything, but I am not physically there. Where is there? Is it here? If it is here, where is here?
Hani started to go into one of her panicked rambles again, ones that did not make any sense. The man, Henry, was growing increasingly irritated. He grabbed his head, and hearing Hani's nonsense caused an irritating throb in his head.
