"Are you hiding me?"
Cherry froze when she saw the man and then bowed slightly in shame.
"I'm taking a bath," she said.
Gilbert gently squeezed her chin, then lifted it slightly to see her face. Cherry's face was pale as if she had seen a ghost. The circles around her eyes were red and slightly swollen.
Cherry's neck down to her body had red marks that Gilbert himself had made. It looked like she had been hurt, but nicely.
"Are you angry?" Gilbert asked softly. "Are you blaming me for being too harsh this morning?"
Gilbert was dressed neatly, while Cherry was naked at that moment. And the way they were looking at each other made her extremely embarrassed. She turned her gaze away and didn't answer the person in front of her.
Cherry was surprised when he suddenly squatted in front of her and his large hand grabbed her ankle and lifted her up.
