Three boats made their way toward the territory. Two carried the rescue team, while the third transported the rest of Billionaire's crew.
"That's a…" Pika gulped, eyes locking onto a floating skull drifting right beside their boat. His mouth quivered as it opened and closed, dread seizing him.
It's a human skull!
His breath hitched, body frozen. Throughout the journey, more than a few people had wondered why he was even here — including Izu, who had been observing him closely and silently questioning the same thing.
It wasn't that they didn't know Pika. Despite how large the Order was, its members were familiar with one another. And Pika was not someone who went on missions, especially not one like this.
Those thoughts were cut short when the boat's engine suddenly went silent.
"Aight, people!" Billionaire clapped his hands loudly. "In about… five minutes, I need you all off this boat."
No one reacted immediately, staring at him as if waiting for confirmation.
