There is positive and negative veil and flare..
Veil comes from positive energy, thoughts, actions basically the good.. Meanwhile flare comes negative energy freedom of rules, deep trauma,morality and deep understanding of one self.
For example a person who is sexually assaulted has a higher chance of achieving flare then. Someone ordinary. Someone who never knew a full stomach will achieve eather then someone who has never known an empty stomach.
