Chapter 292: The Five Elements Combined Ninjutsu Battalion
Ironically, the Fire Style Combined Ninjutsu Battalion, the symbol of the army, was, due to its scarcity of jutsu, the weakest link. Sasuke possessed a wide range of ninjutsu of various attributes, but he lacked Fire Style. As Tobirama's heir, Water Style was his founding jutsu.
