The girls came to keep Aveline company, as Atlas' attention was stolen by other potential business investors.
"We brought cake!" Freya sang as she sat to the right of Aveline, while Riley sat to her right.
"Everything's so beautiful. You both outdid yourselves." Her tone, steeped in awe as she stared at both of them with a glint of gratitude in her eyes.
"Taste the cake first before you get soppy on us. Besides, you haven't even seen the third garden yet. That's the real magic," Riley casually imputed.
"Yep, taste it!" Freya almost shoved a slice of cake into her mouth.
"Freya!" She laughed as a bit of icing smudged the corner of her lips.
"What? You're so skinny, you need some more meat."
"Then give me meat, and not cake," she continued to laugh as she chewed.
"Oh you're going to get meat alright. Maybe tonight?" Riley lifted a brow, as her mischievous gaze locked with Freya's glistening ones.
