Aveline returned to the art room, and her eyes immediately began to search for Atlas.
She paused when she saw him at a corner, in deep conversation with what happened to be a woman.
Her chest tightened, as she turned her back to him, and walked to the other side of the room.
A waiter walked past her with some drinks in his tray, and she grabbed a glass.
Aveline tried to focus on the artworks, but her gaze kept on trailing towards Atlas, and the woman who won't stop laughing.
She couldn't remember a time Atlas was ever that funny.
Rolling her eyes hard, she continued to look.
One painting caught her attention, and she dropped her drink on a pillar, so she could properly stare at it.
A huge sigh left her chest as she studied the very familiar painting.
