Atlas was preparing to leave, when Nadia walked into his room.
"Hey baby. How are you feeling this morning?" She walked over to his bed, and sat down.
"I'm fine," he replied, brushing through his wet hair.
"And your feet? I can't believe that wife of yours left you bleeding. That girl is an entitled bi–"
"You don't have any right to call her names." He cut her off quickly.
"What?" Her head doubled back.
"You heard me clearly mum. You have no right to call Aveline names. Not after you had her kidnapped." He blurted and turned to face her.
"Atlas, I can—"
"Wow, you didn't even try to deny it. Wow–" he nodded.
"Baby, I did it because of you. Can't you see she isn't good enough for you? She is not up to your standards!"
"And Faiza is, right?" He folded his hands, as he rested his back on the dressing table.
"Don't throw that in my face. I didn't see it coming."
"Oh really? So now that it has happened, what do you plan on doing about it?"
