Chapter 114 - Chapter 114 : Good Match

Suigetsu grinned wide, twirling his massive sword on his shoulder as he faced Karin. "You sure you wanna fight me, redhead? I don't hit girls, but I can make an exception."

Karin cracked her knuckles, rolling her shoulders with an unimpressed look. "Don't worry, I won't feel bad when I break your face."

"Talk big for someone who punches like a kitten," Suigetsu laughed.

That was all it took. Karin dashed forward, her fist glowing faintly with chakra. She swung at him with everything she had. The impact was explosive—the ground cracked, the air trembled—but Suigetsu just smirked as his body turned to water, her punch passing right through him.

"Told you," he said mockingly, reforming right beside her. However, internally, he was sweating. If not for his Hydrofication, he would have been toast by now.

'This girl is scary...'

Karin didn't reply—she only threw another punch. Then another. Each one heavier than before, sending waves of pressure across the bridge. Cracks formed everywhere she struck.

Naruto, fighting in the distance, shouted, "Whoa! Remind me never to make her mad!"

Sakura just muttered, "You'd probably do it anyway."

Suigetsu laughed again as Karin's fist went through his watery form. "You really don't learn, huh? You'll run out of chakra before you even scratch me!"

Karin stopped for a moment, adjusting her glasses with a faint smile. Yeah, she was no Naruto, but she was still an Uzumaki. She wasn't running out of chakra anytime soon, even when her chakra control wasn't as good as Sakura's.

"Hmph… you talk too much."

Before he could react, Karin slammed both her palms into the ground. Seals spread like spiderwebs beneath Suigetsu's feet, glowing bright red.

He looked down, eyes widening. "Wait—what the hell is this!?"

"Fuinjutsu," Karin said with a grin. "Especially for slimy ones like you, it's quite useful."

The seals flared to life. Suigetsu tried to liquefy again, but this time his body didn't respond. His legs locked, chakra flow suddenly disrupted. The water that made up his body started to stiffen.

"Wha—what did you do!?" he shouted, struggling as the sealing marks climbed up his body.

Karin smirked, cracking her knuckles again. "Make sure my fist connects this time."

And with one final punch to the ground near him, the seals glowed brighter, fully trapping Suigetsu in place. He froze mid-motion, stuck halfway between liquid and solid.

Karin brushed dust off her hands, panting slightly but smiling in satisfaction. "And that's that."

...

Over at Sasuke's fight—

Haku moved like a blur, vanishing into his ice mirrors the moment the fight began. Needles rained from every direction, sparkling under the light like deadly snowflakes.

Here again, Haku wasn't trying to kill Sasuke. Meaning the fight was actually much easier for Sasuke.

Sasuke stood in the middle, eyes spinning with his Sharingan. Every senbon that came near him, he dodged, tilted his head, or deflected with a quick twist of his kunai. His movements were sharp and precise, showing just how much he had improved.

"You've gotten faster," Haku said, his calm voice echoing from the mirrors. "But can you keep up with me?"

Sasuke smirked. "I can see you now."

In the blink of an eye, he vanished. His Sharingan followed every flicker of Haku's chakra inside the mirrors. The sound of shattering glass-like ice echoed as Sasuke's fireball jutsu hit one of the mirrors, melting it instantly.

Haku reappeared behind him, launching senbon at close range. Sasuke twisted mid-air, barely avoiding them, his hand forming quick seals before exhaling another burst of fire. The heat melted several mirrors, steam filling the battlefield.

"You're really strong," Haku said softly, stepping out of the steam, his mask slightly cracked. "But this fight doesn't need to continue."

Sasuke glared, landing on his feet. "I'll decide when this fight ends."

He dashed forward, chakra flaring around him. Haku tried to retreat into another mirror, but Sasuke was already there. His speed—enhanced by the Sharingan—was almost equal now. He ducked under Haku's hand, kicked off the ground, and slammed his knee into Haku's chest.

Haku crashed into the ground, coughing softly, his mask finally breaking apart. Sasuke stood over him, panting, kunai in hand. "Looks like I win."

Haku smiled faintly from the ground. "You're stronger than the two I fought last time."

Sasuke sighed, lowering his weapon. "I didn't even get to use my new move."

Sasuke was half wondering whether he should finish here quickly and interfere in the others' fights. Sukuna did it—it wouldn't be like he was stealing their fights, would it? No, of course not. It's just helping, right?

...

On the other side—

The bridge shook under the force of the battle. Kimimaro stood calmly, his white bones jutting out of his arms and shoulders like blades. Across from him, Naruto and Sakura were already moving—fast, determined, and completely in sync.

Naruto's clones swarmed Kimimaro from all directions, dozens of them charging in with wild battle cries. "Get him, boys!" he shouted, grinning fiercely.

Kimimaro barely flinched. With one swift motion, he spun, his bone blades slicing through the air. Clones popped one after another, bursts of smoke filling the bridge.

But Sakura was already there. She dashed through the smoke, her fist glowing with blue chakra. "You're not getting away this time!" she shouted, slamming her punch straight into Kimimaro's ribs.

The sound was thunderous. Kimimaro slid back several meters, his bone armour cracking where her fist landed. For the first time, he looked mildly surprised.

"So, you rely on brute strength," he said coolly, straightening up as his bones began to mend. "Interesting."

The role was perfect, Naruto distract while Sakura deliver the damaging blows.

Sakura clenched her fists. "Call it what you want. It's still gonna break your bones!"

Naruto appeared beside her, breathing hard but grinning. "Man, Sakura, remind me never to make you angry!"

"Then shut up and help me!" she snapped, but there was a small smile on her face too.

Kimimaro didn't give them time to rest. He launched himself forward, the ground cracking under his feet. His bones extended into sharp spears, thrusting at both of them.

Naruto jumped back while Sakura ducked low, her foot slamming into the ground and sending up a cloud of dust. Kimimaro's attacks sliced through the air just above her. Then, from the smoke, Naruto's clones appeared again, tackling Kimimaro from every direction.

"Persistent," Kimimaro muttered, breaking through the clones easily.

But that was the point—a distraction.

Sakura came from the side, her chakra-infused punch glowing bright blue. Kimimaro blocked with his arm, but the impact sent a crack running through his bone armor again. He staggered slightly—the first real sign of weakness.

Naruto saw his chance. His chakra flared violently as he yelled, "Sakura, move!"

Sakura jumped aside just as Naruto appeared right behind her. The air around his palm began to spin, wind and chakra mixing into a roaring sphere of energy.

"Rasengan!"

Naruto slammed it into Kimimaro's chest before the bone user could react. The explosion of chakra sent a massive shockwave across the bridge. The ground shattered, dust and debris flying everywhere.

When the smoke cleared, Kimimaro was lying in the middle of a crater, his bones cracked and his chakra fading.

Sakura ran to Naruto, panting. "You… actually did it." Still surprised.

What kind of technique had Kakashi-sensei even taught him? What was that ball of chakra?

Naruto grinned, his arm still steaming from the Rasengan. "Told ya! Believe it!"

Sakura rolled her eyes but couldn't hide her smile. "Idiot…"

A/N : A little explanation might be in order for those who might think that Team 7 won way to easily.

First of all remember that Zabuza's team is still not at their best, previous injuries have kind of weaken them, not a lot but only slightly. Second, as you guys can already see the matches are done in a way that Konoha side get more advantage. And lastly, I didn't wish to write a very long fight between them since its obvious they'll win.

The only fight which might be a little controversial will be against Kimimaro.

If you guys things that then remember this Kimimaro doesn't have Orochimaru's curse seal. Not to mention his body is already weakening.

That against A Sakura who have mostly master chakra infuse punches and Naruto with Rasengan. I personally think he'll lose.

But again, if you don't agree with my esistment then do tell me in comments.
