The next morning came with soft sunlight over Dubai, and after having breakfast with his friends, Liam escorted them to the airport.
Today was their flight back to the United States, and today was also the day he would be having his meeting with the CEO of JP Morgan.
He had already spoken to Daniel last night and he had told him two things clearly:
To reject every email asking for meetings or any form of gatherings, no matter how casual.
And to tell JP Morgan's CEO that he will meet him tomorrow—which is today.
That was all.
Daniel had agreed and had said that he will put everything in place for his return, but Liam told him he wouldn't be traveling by plane.
The man froze completely. It made no sense at first, and Daniel had asked twice if he heard correctly.
When Liam chuckled and said, "Just wait for the surprise," Daniel's uneasiness doubled.
