Rico sat in the underground area while T-Dog finished setting up his presentation. It was the manner he had decided to explain his plan. He finished and moved to the front with a remote and an excited look on his face.
"Okay so as you asked. I made a plan. One that I honestly think is…" He started waving his hands as he got excited again. Rico raised an eyebrow as he took a deep breath, in and out. Then he continued. "To start with, we are going to need to get inside the Freezone Tech building. It is located on the outskirts of Central City. There are a number of other buildings nearby. But the only ones we need to worry about is the nearby military facility where they run training simulations. The other is a local PMC that has contracts out to the city."
He clicked a button and a picture of the layout of the area around the Freezone Tech building appeared. It had several buildings. A lot of which were banks and administrative or even a few stock buildings. There was a Private Military Company building that was located next to an abandoned ten story building that was labeled a training facility.
"The Private Military Company is a decent sized one created for the express purpose of capturing Metas. They are called MetaMilComp. Anyways they will have the minimum number of people in the building that day if all goes right." T-Dog declared proudly.
Rico had heard of MetaMilComp before. It was actually mostly manned by ex-cops and former soldiers who had issues with Metas. The current Mayor of Central City utilized them for the express purpose of pushing the Flashes buttons. Apparently they tended to rough up Metas and sometimes even killed them before they arrived at the designated prison assigned to hold them.
T-Dog clicked a button on his remote again and a building was circled. It was not the Freezone Tech building though. "We are not going to go straight in through the Freezone Tech building. Instead the plan is to break into the call center company that is next door. Fortunately for us the Sunday I have this planned for, will mean it will be mostly empty." He then pointed at a few other buildings that shared walls with the Freezone Tech building. "We unfortunately cannot utilize any of these buildings because they are banks and will have possible triggers for security."
Going through the less guarded call center would mean they would be guaranteed to run into people on a Sunday. But it would also mean that they would not have to worry about running into possible enemies until after they left.
"Since this will be breaking local laws we are going to have to wear nondescript masks and use easy to buy equipment. When we leave we are going to have to use a stolen freezer truck to keep Miss Fries cold. We are going to have to also have a back up plan if we get spotted during the initial confrontation." T-Dog explained as he walked to the side and pulled a packet of papers off a chair and walked toward Rico.
Rico accepted them and started reading over them. "We can afford to do this. Just make sure to use cash for all of this. We do not want anything tracing back to us. So make sure you buy it all in Metropolis or Central City. I will set up…" Rico stood up and walked to the map. Pointing at a specific alley. "In this alley with Doctor Fries in the back of the stolen freezer truck. We will wait there until the rest of you complete your part of the plan and as possible backup. Do not just pick out nondescript clothes though." Rico pulled out a pencil and began writing down a few items. "Doctor Fries has his goon wear specific clothing and outfits, we will utilize those for this mission."
"Understood." T-Dog nodded as he accepted the paper that Ric wrote on. "I know this plan has just about everything I thought of. But I did not think of what would happen if the Flash showed up. What should we do then?"
"That is the kind of situation that Fries and I will have to handle. But at the end of the day he is a goody two shoes so telling him about the illegal lab experimenting on people will get his attention just as much as what we will be doing." Rico explained. "Now then let's start getting the gear necessary for this. I have one event that I have to take care of before this mission."
T-Dog scoffed, "was that the orgy or the reverse gangbang?"
Rico sighed as he thought of the headache that Ivy created for him. "Actually… both. But I was not talking about either of those. I actually have something else I have to take care of. Edgelady managed to get Cheshire to come in for a meeting."
"Ohh… are we finally getting a full ten for our mercenaries?" T-Dog asked with a glimmer of hope in his eyes.
Rico rolled his eyes as he understood the man. There were certain… photos circulating of Cheshire and her rather seductive appearance. The man was probably hoping to bed her. Rico would not lie, he was hoping to bed her as well.
"Hopefully we are, but do not get your hopes up only to have them dashed. Now then, I have another meeting today and I have to check in on Killer Croc. His final court appearance should have been today." Rico informed him as he walked out of the small underground room. Going to the first ground as he pulled out his phone.
As for the plan T-Dog came up with. It was not bad in the least. Especially since they had the challenge of having to break into a LexCorp subsidiary on the edge of Central City. Although Rico was having a bit of worry regarding the plan. That is the fact that there are so many banks nearby. Chances are low, but still exist that a criminal will decide to rob one of them on the same day as their own heist.
