"Uh..."
Hector groaned, pressing his temple in pain and fatigue. He slowly opened his eyes and pushed himself up onto his back.
"It seems I'm laying here again," Hector thought, forcing himself to smile.
He could tell where he was—not because he could see, but because he had been here many times before. The scent of the herbs in this room, crafted into all kinds of healing capsules, now floated around here and his nose—except for the heavy scent of the girl's perfume beside him, making him uneasy.
"Who are you?" Hector asked, glancing to the side.
Eric raised one eyebrow in surprise before answering.
"Are you really blind?"
But she lightly shook her head when she noticed Hector's eyes were completely ruined—pale white, with a few scars running across them.
"I guess your hearing's really good or something."
