Chapter 600: The Black Dragon Fused with a World! The Fire Dragon King Kneels!
"Wow!!" Blood gushed from the mouths of many. Everyone stared at the sky in horror. The entire town had been destroyed. The members of Fairy Tail lay heavily injured, their hearts filled with despair. But none retreated. They helped each other up, their eyes gleaming with resolve.
Erza had already stepped forward, engaging in a fierce battle with the Black Dragon. The guild flag fluttered, as if shouting their beliefs.
"I'm sorry… It's all my fault…" Princess Hisui cried out.
Makarov clutched his chest. "What is that Black Dragon? And Erza…" Everyone stared in shock at her, fiercely battling in the sky. All of them had nearly died from a single blow. "Has Erza become this strong?" Mirajane murmured.
Cracks shattered the sky. "Roar!!!" Acnologia's body was struck, and it let out an angry roar. It couldn't believe its indestructible body could be harmed. Erza, even more, couldn't believe the enemy was so powerful.
"Oh? Its power is a bit strange." The sudden words startled everyone.
"Who are you two?" Makarov's gaze was solemn. The two who appeared silently were Ren and Sylvia.
Ren merely glanced at the injured people, then turned back to Acnologia. According to his understanding, this guy shouldn't be stronger than a Lv6 Erza. But at this moment, he was steadily gaining the upper hand.
"Ren-kun, should we go help?" Sylvia asked worriedly.
"You go. Your combined power should be enough." He decided not to act. He had already found the anomaly on its body.
"Okay." Sylvia flew into the sky, and a clear, beautiful song echoed.
"Hmm?" Erza suddenly realized her strength had increased. She looked back at Sylvia, then at Ren below, and her heart felt much more at ease. Her eyes filled with fighting spirit. "Come on, round two!"
"With an entire world's foundation in its body, it seems this enemy has some skill," Ren's gaze swept across the void. The abnormality was the source of its difference. Acnologia was now merely a puppet. Its body had perfectly merged with the entire world. If it was the factor for the Future Doomsday, then the one controlling it was undoubtedly an Abnormal Doomsday factor.
Before dealing with this target, his gaze turned to Natsu. "Peeking is not a good habit."
"???" Natsu was bewildered.
"Eek~!" Gray covered his chest with disgust and moved away.
However, the next moment, a loud voice emerged from within Natsu. "Respected sir, I am the Fire Dragon King, Igneel. I apologize. It is merely because I admire your radiance that I couldn't help but take another look."
When Natsu heard this name, his head felt as if it had been struck. A red light shot out from his chest. A colossal red dragon appeared. As soon as it did, it landed, knelt, and bowed its head devoutly before Ren.
"A dragon actually came out of Natsu's body!!!" Happy shouted in shock.
"Igneel… Is it really you?" Natsu trembled, tears welling up.
Igneel wanted to respond, but in front of Ren, it dared not be presumptuous. With just one glance, it knew Ren was an existence that could only be looked up to. Even Zeref and Acnologia were ants in his eyes.
"No need to be so cautious. You are not my enemy," Ren said softly.
Only then did Igneel feel relieved. It raised its head, its complex eyes gazing at Natsu. "Natsu, long time no see."
Hearing this, Natsu could no longer suppress his feelings and hugged its scales tightly like a child. "Igneel! So you were always here!"
Mirajane and the others woke up as if from a dream. Igneel. That was the name of the dragon Natsu always talked about. So he was a child raised by a dragon!
