Chapter 400 - LOD Chapter 397 Chasm of Storms

After leaving the Sealed space, Aaron returned to the Nation of Disorder with the "Scroll of God." The anticipated fierce resistance did not occur, a stark contrast to the reaction of the "Box of the Great Old Ones" before.

Even so, Aaron did not relax his vigilance. He looked at the blank oil painting encased in a brass frame, his eyes slightly narrowed, and began to mobilize the power of the Sefirah to continuously elevate his Authority.

When his aura reached its peak, a surging dark-gold mist instantly rushed towards the blank scroll. However, this was not to shatter this Grade 0 Sealed Artifact, but to paint on it himself.

The blank scroll was branded with a golden mist, gradually revealing a figure seemingly composed of pure light. Even though it was blurry, one could still feel the profound weight that permeated history.

This was the "Omnipotent and Omniscient God Almighty" Aaron saw when he first awakened in the Nation of Disorder, a true Pillar!

The moment this radiant figure appeared, specks of starlight flew out from the Beyonder characteristics of the five Omnipotent and Omniscient Pathways still preserved within the Nation of Disorder, making the figure even more brilliant.

Before Aaron could imprint the "Dominator of the Spirit World" onto the scroll, the "Scroll of God" instinctively sensed danger. The originally blank and unremarkable background instantly changed.

A profound Cosmos quietly emerged, with flickering stars like indescribable beings, blinking their eyes, looking out through the scroll.

But none of this affected the radiant figure standing at the very center of the scroll. The two seemed to form a strange balance, and the pattern on the "Scroll of God" was thus fixed.

Aaron soothed the somewhat restless "Sun Chaser Scepter," looking at the somewhat eerie yet inexplicably shocking Cosmos pattern, his thoughts racing:

"Whether it's the historical projection of The Fool Pathway or the 'Reappearance' of the Door Pathway, they can only target things with Authority below the Uniqueness level."

"The ability displayed by this 'Scroll of God' seems to have fundamentally broken through, after all, ordinary Grade 0 Sealed Artifacts cannot trigger a Pillar-level anomaly."

"Could it be the work of the Mother Goddess of Depravity?"

Aaron unconsciously tapped the back of the chair. Testing the special nature of the "Scroll of God" had already achieved his intended purpose, and he did not continue to try to paint the Lord of the Mysteries onto it.

This was also the feedback from his spiritual intuition. If he were to simultaneously paint these two former Pillars on the scroll, Aaron always felt that some scenes he did not wish to see would occur.

Aaron placed "The Ever-Burning Gaze" in front of the "Scroll of God," maintaining that strange balance to prevent the radiant figure from walking out of the scroll.

After doing all this, Aaron no longer lingered. After setting up layers of seals, he left a sub-consciousness to guard the Nation of Disorder, and he returned to the real world.

Oravi Island, inside the Governor's Mansion.

Admiral Amyrius Rieveldt, dressed in a dark blue navy general's uniform, looked solemnly at the person opposite him. The original sense of sternness with a hidden Pride was completely gone. After a few seconds, he spoke in a deep voice:

"May I ask what brings Queen Mystic to me?"

As he spoke, his body tensed. As the overall commander of the Sonia Fleet in the Royal Navy and the spokesperson for the Rieveldt family, Amyrius held a high position.

Even though the Loen Royal Family deliberately concealed certain matters, he still managed to glean a lot of information, including the fact that this pirate monarch, famous throughout the Five Seas, was already a genuine Angel.

Compared to Amyrius's tension, Bernadette appeared extremely calm. Her base, the Emerald Palace, was in the Fog Sea, and that was where she intended to expand the influence of her Pirate Kingdom next.

The main reason she specifically came here today was that her current essence as an information creature allowed her to bypass most gazes below that of a God, silently making contact with this Admiral who commanded the Central Sonia Fleet.

"No need to be nervous. If I had come with ill intent, you wouldn't be sitting here talking to me right now."

"You should be aware of the naval battle in the Abyss whirlpool north of Sonia Island a while ago. Loen's only ironclad ship also sank completely in that battle."

Bernadette slowly stood up, looking through the fine veil at the frowning Amyrius, her tone shifting:

"I come not only on behalf of the 'Pirate Kingdom' but also on behalf of Duke Aaron."

"I believe you are not unfamiliar with that name."

Listening to the pointed words, Amyrius's pupils contracted slightly, and he murmured in disbelief:

"You guys..."

With a slight nod, Bernadette tacitly acknowledged the guess Amyrius had not finished verbalizing. Her clear, cold voice sounded again:

"The ironclad fleet is almost annihilated, and the Royal Family's Duke Southville has also suffered heavy injuries. Duke Aaron Weil help you continue to command the Central Sonia Fleet."

"Of course, in exchange, you will also need to provide convenience for our upcoming actions."

"The opportunity for your advancement and the future of the Rieveldt family depend on your choice."

At the same time, Aaron, who had returned to reality, had already arrived at Pasu Island in the northwest sea area of Oravi Island. At the top of the central towering peak stood a magnificent palace over a hundred meters high.

When Gods walked on earth in the Fourth Epoch, this was once the Lord of Storms's earthly divine kingdom, "Chasm of Storms." Now, it was the headquarters of the Church of the Lord of Storms, the location of the Altar!

A thunderous sound boomed, exploding in the hearts of every Beyonder in the Holy Hall, spreading immense fear, but it quickly dissipated without a trace.

At the same moment Aaron arrived at Pasu Island, Pope Gaard II of the Church of the Lord of Storms, wearing a triple crown and a dark blue, almost black, robe, emerged from the depths of the Holy Hall.

This earthly Angel, the spokesperson for the Lord of Storms, exuded a profound and majestic aura, like a massive storm about to strike.

But apart from a slight fluctuation in his aura the instant he first saw Aaron, Gaard II remained extremely calm and unafraid. Even though he knew that only a historical projection had arrived, he did not get angry. Instead, he proactively led Aaron into the interior of the church.

Aaron glanced at the giant "Storm Holy Emblem" on the altar, composed of symbols like strong winds, waves, and lightning. His gaze finally rested on His Holiness the Pope, who was silently walking ahead.

The Loen Royal Family's "0-36" Sun Crown had been completely shattered into Beyonder characteristics by him. Compared to Klein's empty-handed trickery, he preferred an equivalent exchange.

He wanted to exchange a Grade 0 Sealed Artifact with a redundant ability for the Church of the Lord of Storms's "0-32" Everlasting Theater, and at the same time, test the attitude of the Lord of Storms.

To ensure that he would not be struck dead by lightning like Klein, Aaron had informed the Evernight Goddess of his thoughts through prayer before coming to the Chasm of Storms.
