Chapter 566 - LOD Chapter 562: Blasphemer Angel

The authority of the Son of Chaos, or perhaps the Uncertain Mist, obscured my senses...

Aaron raised an eyebrow slightly, a hint of surprise on his face, as he examined the swirling white mist through his True Sight.

Previously, when he accommodated the Uniqueness and further integrated with the Nation of Disorder, he had a certain connection with all the high-level Beyonders of the Nation of Disorder's associated Pathways, and this angel was not among them at that time.

However, with the God of Steam and Machinery's prior warning, he was somewhat prepared.

At least the gods of the Astral World still maintained surface stability, and the barrier against Outer Deities remained firm; it was already the limit for them to barely bestow grace by taking advantage of the Brood Hive's anomaly.

"It's up to you!"

Aaron nodded to Roselle, who was slowly rising with the "Curtain" in his hand, and instantly left the Nation of Disorder, returning to reality, arriving outside the secret mausoleum he had randomly chosen earlier.

A complex symbol, composed of layered "Doors" outlined in blood, sprang forth, trembling slightly in the void, and instantly expanded into an illusory, semi-transparent grand door, through which the massive mausoleum of black stones behind it could be vaguely seen.

Almost simultaneously, a Beyonder characteristic Convergence instinct from deep within his spirit, from his Beyonder characteristic, solidified Aaron's gaze on the top of the mausoleum, where a man with a thick beard and a rather solemn expression stood.

It was one of Aaron's two core targets: William Augustus I, the first king of Loen, who had accommodated the last portion of the Hand of Order characteristic!

Outside Backlund, within "Ruin No. 1", the ambushed Isaac Tamara did not attempt to attack Cavendish and Trissy, who had dispelled their symbolism.

He decisively spread his arms, dissolving into surging white mist, allowing the rapidly expanding white mist vortex to completely obscure the bottomless, dark abyss below.

"Trying to stall for time until George III's advancement..." Cavendish's eyes turned cold.

After entrusting the historical projection of the "Crown of Stars" to Trissy for her self-preservation, he stretched both hands forward, and after several virtual grabs, pulled out two figures.

The former was clad in blood-stained black armor, exuding a thick, iron-blooded aura that seemed to permeate the soul; the latter was luxuriously dressed, with countless illusory symbols condensed in his eyes.

These were Varna Trunsoest after his advancement to "Conqueror," and the "Knowledge Emperor" Roselle.

Thanks to the two Sanguine dukes who remained in the Moon Country for summoning Cavendish's historical projection, other Pathways not known for their spirituality, even if they were angels, could not have withstood the spiritual burden of such a "Russian doll-style" summoning of projections.

Varna, who had descended a wisp of consciousness by leveraging the "Conqueror's" dominion over the authority of war, quickly erupted with surging purple flames around him.

Blurred human figures appeared behind him, simultaneously hurling condensed flame spears at the white vortex, which had been stiffened by Roselle's information torrent.

"Harvest," which had undergone a qualitative change after advancing to Sequence 1, could now, through the medium of attack, essentially destroy the source.

Without attempting to evade, Isaac Tamara's face flickered in and out of view within the purple-flamed vortex.

As a "Blasphemer Angel" who had advanced through grace, he had stolen the Black Emperor's distortion from a previous transaction with George III, significantly reducing the actual damage he sustained.

Isaac Tamara, having deconstructed the essence of Cavendish's authority, further used this to distort the concept of "voluntarily accepting damage is equivalent to completing a transaction."

With a low, hoarse voice, he declared his demand using "Words of Order":

"Isaac Tamara has voluntarily accepted damage. As an equivalent transaction, I declare that the false historical rift images shall dissipate!"

As the "Words of Order" echoed, a strange fluctuation enveloped Cavendish and his summoned historical projections.

Unlike the prohibition of a decree, this kind of mandatory enforcement, more akin to a contract, was even harder to counteract.

The "Crown of Stars," which had been summoned first, was the first to disappear.

Trissy's expression changed slightly.

Just as she was about to activate the "Yesterday Once More" charm and recklessly trigger a Primordial One's descent, a giant snake appeared in this white vortex without warning.

Its eyes were blood-red and cold, and its body was covered with countless rotating wheels composed of patterns and symbols, differing in detail.

It was Will Auceptin, the Snake of Fate, who had sensed the fluctuation of fate and descended his power through Yesterday Once More!

The enormous Snake of Fate skillfully coiled its body, bit its own tail, and transformed into a mysterious and exaggerated rotating wheel.

Snake of Fate, "Restart"!

Cavendish, who was in the process of disappearing, rapidly solidified.

The burning purple flames detached from the white vortex and returned to the illusory figures behind Varna, and the white vortex consequently shrunk, once again revealing the bottomless, dark abyss below.

Roselle, who had witnessed the entire process through the True Sight shared by the Nation of Disorder, subtly curled the corners of his mouth.

He had already gained some understanding of the authority of the Outer Deity in the Cosmos corresponding to the Genie, which was an unexpected bonus.

And beneath the white mist, within that seemingly dark abyss, lurked distorted order.

If one were to step in without any precautions, one might not even know where they would end up.

As a former Black Emperor, even without the corresponding characteristic, with the blessing of the Nation of Disorder, Roselle still leveraged the portion of the Black Emperor's distorted authority that Isaac Tamara had pried open, discovering a loophole in the shadow of order, or rather, the only safe passage.

Raising the semi-transparent curtain in his hand, Roselle ignored the manipulation of his Spirit Body lines by this Attendant of Mysteries characteristic.

He used the distorted authority to activate the curtain, "grafting" Trissy's location with the endpoint of the safe passage to the abyss.

The Snake of Fate had just dissipated.

The "Blasphemer Angel" Isaac Tamara, restored to human form by "Restart," frowned at the sudden disappearance of Trissy.

He could feel that the Demoness had successfully entered the mausoleum's perimeter.

Although he didn't think an ant barely maintaining Sequence 3 status could do anything, the opponent's deliberate act of sending her in still gave him an instinctive unease.

Isaac Tamara coldly glanced at the abyss below his feet, but made no move.

For him, the transaction with George III had already been completed; whether he succeeded or failed, he would gain something.

Transforming back into a white mist vortex, once again concealing the abyss below, Isaac Tamara actively met the wary Cavendish.

Outside the hidden mausoleum southwest of Enmat Harbor, Pallez Zoroast, dressed in the highly asymmetrical style of the Fourth Epoch Solomon, stepped into the starlight portal that had opened in the void, and saw the pointed, deep black cathedral standing before him.

The wide doors were open, and puppets hung upside down in mid-air, motionless, with only black crows circling the cathedral's spire, emitting chilling cries.

"After the end of the Fourth Epoch, it's been a long time. I didn't expect you to truly retrieve your father's characteristic from that fellow's hands."

Pallez, also a great noble of the Solomon Empire, looked at the crow atop the cathedral, his eyes reflecting an old man in a black hooded robe, his tone peaceful, without any self-awareness of being an intruder.
