Entity Number: 147
Habitat: Most levels, more common in human-inhabited levels
Description:
Entity 147 is a humanoid creature, closely resembling a human in appearance except for having four arms. It often exhibits an unnatural eye color—purple. Entity 147 typically wears long-sleeved clothing to conceal its arms. They seem to have reached the level of Homo sapiens and are aware of their non-human nature.
This was a brief introduction to the Entity 147's from M.E.G. Yang Tao noticed an interesting detail in the 'Habits' section.
When they hear the phrase 'It's only a matter of time,' they immediately enter an uncontrolled state. In this state, Entity 147 will rush towards the person who spoke the words with full force, attempting to tear the victim to shreds.
Yang Tao glanced at the Entity number for the Entity 147's: Entity 147 - 'It's only a matter of time.'
He looked up at the M.E.G. member standing beside him and asked with a smile, "So, these guys' actual name is 'It's only a matter of time'?"
"Their race name... Actually, they don't really want to communicate much with us. Their civilization is more akin to the agricultural and hunting eras, and they have a strong religious worship."
Yang Tao nodded slightly, then looked at the fully armed combat soldiers in the room and said with a smile, "You M.E.G. are here to help?"
"Our superiors sent us to follow your arrangements."
Yang Tao chuckled softly, waved his hand, and said, "Go back. Tell your superiors I appreciate the thought, but there's no need for the people. Don't worry, conflicts usually won't arise..."
If a conflict truly arose, you wouldn't be able to help. M.E.G. naturally knew this, and the reason they sent people over was to show their goodwill.
M.E.G. naturally knew how to choose between the 'god' protecting the Entity 147's and the powerful entities with whom they had good relations.
He took a golden key from his backpack and placed it on the table, then stood up and said to the Crimson Embassy personnel, "If those Entity 147's show any abnormalities, you must immediately use the key to leave this level. The events that follow are not something you can participate in."
With that, he turned and left the rustic wooden cabin.
He flew straight into the sky.
To avoid missing out on any benefits, Yang Tao flew over the coast first. Normally, cumulonimbus clouds are not very high, possibly less than 1000 meters above ground.
It could even be three or five hundred meters.
Yang Tao was not familiar with the environment of this level, but he planned to place the clear glass at a height of about 250 meters from the ground. This way, if it rained, the Almond water would be completely collected by the clear glass.
He took out the Building Staff from his backpack and lightly tapped it in front of him. Almost completely transparent clear glass appeared in the sky.
Building such a platform to collect Almond water with the Building Staff was a breeze.
He used all the clear glass in his backpack to lay out three huge 100x100 platforms, and then...
There was no 'then'; the clear glass was gone.
Yang Tao, flying in the air, murmured with a wry smile, "Damn, I thought too much. Thirty thousand pieces of clear glass only covered this small area..."
A standard football field is about 7140 square meters, measuring 105 meters by 68 meters. This means Yang Tao had only laid out a little over four football fields in the sky, which was negligible for the entire level.
For sustainable development, Yang Tao considered laying out about one hundred and eighty 10,000-square-meter platforms around the island, which should be sufficient. Any more, and if cumulonimbus clouds couldn't form, it would be a net loss.
"I still need to go back and instruct the Villagers to dig more sand. Level 46 Arabic Desert is quite suitable..."
At that time, Level 46 Arabic Desert would be directly dug into a superflat world like the Overworld, which would also be good for ordinary Wanderers.
Looking at the boundless sea, Yang Tao suddenly thought of a question.
'Since the rain from the sky is all Almond water, does that mean the sea also contains Almond water?'
He immediately descended from the sky onto the island beach.
He took out a bucket and filled it with seawater. Just like in other levels or worlds, the seawater transformed directly into ordinary water from Minecraft without any conversion.
'That doesn't make sense. Even if it's diluted, there should be some Almond water, right?'
Headache.
He dismissed the idea of building a water pump at the bottom of the sea. Suddenly, he saw a fish splash in the sea.
Yang Tao's eyes lit up at the sight.
The ocean is incredibly rich in resources. Combined with the living condiments (carrot version), it's easy to recover one or two hundred health points without worrying about gout.
He lightly jumped into the seawater.
As soon as he entered the sea, a creature gave him a surprise: a dog-headed, fish-bodied creature, about half a meter long, opened its large mouth and bit at him.
Yang Tao knocked out the dog-headed fish with one punch, then reached out, grabbed its dog ear, and lifted it, complaining, "Dog-headed fish? Cat-headed bird? This world is truly chaotic..."
Looking at the dog-head, Yang Tao suddenly felt that a few tens of health points were nothing. It would be better to find a normal ocean to improve his diet. As for the strange creatures in this level, he would experiment with his cooking skills after a long time and getting used to them.
He turned to leave, but then a starfish on the seabed caught his attention.
"Is this the Hexagonal Starfish?"
He had just seen information about this thing at the M.E.G. Crimson Embassy.
The Hexagonal Starfish is very similar to ordinary starfish in the normal world, except for a peculiar eye in the center of its body.
They live in the shallow waters of island coasts and can crawl slowly using their arms. Their eyes can rotate 180° to provide a wide field of vision.
Hexagonal Starfish are herbivores; they use the pincers on the underside of their bodies to grind kelp and plants on the seabed.
This was also the only marine creature recorded by M.E.G. Yang Tao reached out and picked up the Hexagonal Starfish from the seabed, examining it in his hand.
The back of the Hexagonal Starfish was a faint purple color, and it wasn't large, only about forty centimeters. The eye in the center spun wildly, looking very lively.
'There really are all sorts of strange things...'
He surfaced from the sea with the Hexagonal Starfish and landed on the island beach.
'A starfish with an eye, that's something. I'll keep it as a souvenir, raise it in a pond back home as a decoration...'
The Backrooms is not a Cthulhu world, so encountering such strange creatures, you don't have to worry about Cthulhu himself coming to have a heart-to-heart with you.
Just then, three figures ran out of the forest behind him. They wore armor made of unknown animal hides and were now menacingly approaching him, holding various melee weapons.
"Release this Hexagonal Starfish! Humans, do not harm any creatures in this level. This is a warning to you."
Upon hearing this, Yang Tao silently chanted in his heart: 'Endure for a moment, and the storm will subside...'
"Damn it, the more I endure, the angrier I get!"
He immediately took a light step forward, appearing in front of the Entity 147's. He raised his hand and slapped the Purple-Eyed Entity 147 who had just spoken, saying, "I'm here to rob, not to talk about animal protection laws with you."
The powerful knockback sent the Purple-Eyed Entity 147 flying backward instantly.
Yang Tao felt that these guys were truly bullying him too much. If they considered the land creatures theirs, fine, but they're even managing the ones in the sea! A bunch of guys with less than a hundred health points really think they're hot stuff.
(Three chapters today. Yesterday was truly too busy.)
