Ethan Grant picked up Serena Sullivan and drove to Claire Sullivan's place.
The car was parked in the spot outside the complex, and Ethan carefully helped Serena out.
Over such a long time, in taking care of Serena, he had become increasingly adept and cautious.
After closing the car door, he pushed Serena towards the inside of the complex. After walking a few steps, he stopped and turned his head to look at the cars not far away.
"What's wrong?"
Serena asked.
Ethan came back to his senses and smiled, "It's nothing!"
"Let's go!"
He continued to push Serena in, until they reached Claire Sullivan's house. The door opened from the inside, and Serena looked up, a familiar face immediately meeting her eyes.
"Serena!"
Wyatt Sterling arrived a step before Serena and, seeing her at the door, cheerfully took over pushing the wheelchair to bring her in.
Ethan felt a pang seeing someone taking Serena away, wanting to reclaim her.
