After Wendy Monroe got in the car and left, Claire Sullivan didn't notice, but Simon Sterling did.
In the office, Serena Sullivan was flipping through the documents Nina Monroe left behind, when she heard Claire Sullivan's somewhat displeased voice outside.
"Simon, we can't just let Felicity Sterling's matter slide like this."
"Hmm!"
Simon Sterling responded softly, as Claire Sullivan, who was in front, first pushed open the door and walked towards Serena, smiling.
"Serena."
Seeing Serena, Claire Sullivan smiled brightly.
Serena looked at Claire and then at Simon behind her, wondering why these two came together.
"Are you here to take me back? I have work to do today."
She had just taken on Nina Monroe's project and needed to put some thought into it.
"Work can wait until tomorrow." Claire didn't want Serena to overwork herself; she herself preferred a leisurely lifestyle.
