She turned back and met Serena Sullivan's eyes. "If you have evidence, call the police and have me arrested."
At this point, Felicity's lips hooked up in a smile.
Because she knew there was no evidence.
But at the same time, she was afraid there really might be some evidence brought out.
Thinking of this, Felicity turned her head to look at the man outside calling her name. Four years ago, June Kane helped her conceal her whereabouts, and that man even took the fall for her.
She didn't notice that when she said this, the light in Serena's eyes dimmed. After a while, a chill gathered in the depths of her gaze as she said faintly, "Two choices."
Serena knew Felicity would never admit it, so she cut straight to giving her a choice.
