"*Cough cough cough*..." Roy coughed even harder, his eyes fixed on Eldest Young Master Grant, trying to find any hint of change in his expression.
Given Eldest Young Master Grant's character, he wouldn't be so kind-hearted, so were his words of concern genuine or just said to please Lily?
