Aiden Grant's apology didn't get a response from Lily Shaw. Thinking she was just being sulky, he patiently waited before pulling her out from his embrace.
"Mmm..." Lily Shaw's eyes were tightly shut, letting out a groan in discomfort. Due to Aiden Grant's action, her body swayed uncontrollably, looking like she was about to collapse at any moment.
Aiden Grant quickly pulled her back into his arms, his demeanor changing, his gaze turning frightfully cold.
"Darling, what's wrong? Darling! What did you do to her?" Aiden Grant looked at the small woman who had fainted in his embrace, his eyes growing fiercer as he stared at Lady Jun.
Lady Jun was startled by Aiden Grant's terrifying demeanor; he had never looked at her like this. Yet, here he was, glaring at her because of a seductress!
Lady Jun stomped her foot angrily, "I just slapped her. She deserved it! A second-hand woman like her trying to become the Eldest Young Mistress of the Grant family, she's asking for it!"
