Miko figured it was most likely that, after experiencing Mobius, Kaito had come to feel she'd regressed — and so Miko couldn't help thinking this way.
Otherwise, for no reason at all, how could she possibly have regressed? She had always stayed exactly the same.
"Speaking of which, maybe I should give you something to train with." At this point Kaito suddenly came out with another baffling remark.

Train... like what I'm doing right now?
It had to be said, Miko at this moment was utterly bewildered. She really wanted to open her mouth and ask, but unfortunately she just couldn't get the question out.
"Stop staring, Miko, keep eating."
Noticing that Miko had been gazing at him to the point that the movements in her mouth had come to a stop, Kaito immediately gave her a little reminder.

Although she had indeed stopped, Miko felt that Kaito really ought to hurry up and continue with what he'd been saying — otherwise it left her so curious, while at the same time she couldn't ask.

Then he sighed with feeling once more, "Haah, if only there were a computer."

Is this guy doing it on purpose... Deliberately saying these weird things at a time like this just to pique my curiosity.
Suddenly hitting on this possibility, Miko once again felt the urge to bite down.
It was just that she still felt she ought to say something fierce before biting down — but right now she couldn't get any words out.
Still, after turning it over and over, Miko decided to bite after all — gently, of course.
Kaito: "!"
"Miko! What are you doing?!" Suddenly feeling that spot of his get nipped by her teeth, Kaito instinctively started to rise to his feet.
In the end, though, he held himself back, merely hurriedly lowering his head to look at Miko below and ask her this.
Miko seemed to be angry.
Looking at the man-eating glare Miko was giving from under the table, Kaito felt that he might have gone a bit too far, and so he hurriedly made the table disappear.
"Um... Miko, why don't you get up first." Kaito intended to leave it at that for this time.
Since Miko was angry now, he'd have to comfort her properly.
But before that, Miko would have to let go with her mouth first.
He could clearly feel that that spot of his was still being bitten by Miko right now — it was just that the force was very light.
"Miko?" Seeing that Miko was still glaring at him in displeasure and hadn't released her mouth, Kaito felt rather awkward — after all, he couldn't very well just pull it out directly.
"Miko, I was wrong, let go now, it's my turn."

He figured that one of the reasons Miko was angry definitely had to do with him deliberately leaving it unexplained just now.
"Miko, actually, that thing I mentioned a moment ago was this." As he spoke, the kind of ball with straps on both sides appeared in Kaito's hand.
This one, though, was a little different from before, because attached to the top of the ball there was also a cylindrical object.
Miko: "???"
Looking at the thing in Kaito's hand, Miko was astonished — she'd never imagined there could be such a thing.
So this was the thing Wendy had mentioned before?
At this point Miko suddenly recalled that Wendy had said before she wanted to give Lumine a special little ball of this kind.
"This is what Wendy uses — she often keeps it with her when she sleeps." Because the situation was a special one right now, Kaito decided to use Wendy's side of things to divert Miko's attention.
