This takes place in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe where Raymond is with April O'Neil who has her 2012 TMNT appearance.
Raymond and April have known each other since middle school. When they met each other face to face, they pretty much hit it off almost immediately. From then on, the two became inseparable. Whenever given the chance, they would hang out together almost every single day after school. In this reality, Raymond's parents were killed in an accident, so he moved with April and her family. The O'Neil family treated him as if he was part of their own family.

Some time later in their happy lives, Mrs. O'Neil would mysteriously disappear without a trace, concerning the family.
But one day, everything changed when Mr. O'Neil, or Kirby, April, and Raymond were walking down the street until they were attacked by a group of strange men in black suits. They took April and Kirby captive and try apprehend Raymond, but he was able to fend them off. However, out of nowhere, four humanoid turtles in ninja attire appeared. They tried to help Ray fight off the men, but in his and each other's ways.
Soon the men in black drove off with Kirby and April in the van. Raymond confronted the ninja turtles and after a few introductions, Raymond joined the turtles to help save April and Kirby. They followed the men that kidnapped them to their base and found out that alien brains in robot suits.
They get into some trouble with the alien robots with brains in their chests which are known as the "Kraang" and some human named "Snake" who got mutated into a weird plant-looking creature.
