"The situation has started to influence every man and woman in East Borough. More people have joined the White Hounds because of this, and i can't keep every person in check."
Everyone in the room expect Leon was relaxed.
More responsibilities.
A small frown formed on his face unconsciously while he crossed his arms.
"You four are also the only beyonders, atleast the only four i know of. I wish to make you four leaders, I want to take this more seriously. Your own domains, your own cronies... but in the end you still answer to me. I want you to keep the others in check so that they don't pull out some stupid stunts. You aren't just my four strongest, but also the four i trust the most."
With this brand new hierarchy the white hounds began feeling more like a real gang than ever before. To Leon it just meant doing more work, keeping his men safe among other things.
"Arthur, our enforcer. Leon, our recruiter and Edwin our smuggler. I'm still figuring out something for percy though."
Percy looked slightly annoyed when he heard that he had no role yet.
"We are still small, so some of us have to take on extra roles."
Arthur added while sitting on the sofa in the side of the room. His legs crossed and his body looking more fit than ever.
"I actually already have jobs for all of you."
...
Leon sat at home, preparing himself for a "little" fight with the Reapers who were in charge of a brothel named The Moonlit Courtyard.
He fixed his messy hair, slicking it with a single strand sticking out. He trimmed his beard slightly and put on some glasses due to his worsened vision.
For weapons he had a pocket knife and his trusty revolver. Now he also had 10 other people behind him to help.
"My heart is racing, I feel nervous but excited. Annoyed but pleased."
With everything done and ready he walked out and met up with his group right behind the brothel.
"The girls in there pay a pretty hefty protection fee to the Reapers... It's one of the more popular brothels in our borough. The girls though barely make anything, all the profit-"
Leon silenced him with a finger.
"Business today isn't booming so there won't be too many casualties i hope. Get your weapons ready."
With all the trouble around the Reapers raised their protection fees by a large amount, their men were in danger as much as the women.
Two rifles, a shotgun, and the rest carried either pistols or revolvers.
Soon we might actually have a serious supplier and get some serious weaponry.
Leon stared at the weapons for a bit, wandering if it enough to take over the brothel.
"Let's go."
A simple order that everyone listened to as they made way to the brothel.
A three story building near the Dock Union.
The door was knocked down and Leon was met with one of the worker who was smoking. She instantly threw her hands up, slightly trembling. He ignored her and pulled out his revolver, heading through the hallway.
"Go to hell!"
A man dropped jumped over the rail of the second floor with a knife aimed at Leon.
"Ghk-"
A blade dug into his shoulder but Leon held firm and pushed the barrel of his revolver against the man's chest.
"I'm taking you with me!"
He fired three shots that tore through the flesh with ease.
Another one came out the corner but got right in the face by a rifle. The women in scant clothes mostly ran or hid away... but one of them stood steady in the main hall.
Leon was shocked, his body trembling.
"By steam! What the hell are you?!"
He was grabbed by the collar before he could aim and thrown through a wall into another room. His group fought against the reaper members in the main hall while he was forced to fight Big Bertha.
A mountain of muscles with a bald head shinier than Mr. Clean. She was atleast 2 meters tall, and somehow she was quiet flexible and could move around with ease.
All she wore was a frilly green dress as she began assaulting Leon.
She threw a jab that leon dodged and retaliated with a calf kick. But the "lady" infront of him stood there, unaffected.
She threw another punch, Leon's quick hands took out the pocket knife and he attempted to stab her in the liver, she moved quickly and caught his hand trying to snap it.
Leon wriggled away, cracking his knuckles.
"How can you move around so easily with a knife in your shoulder?"
Her voice almost shook the room itself.
"Didn't know the Reaper gang had people like you."
She laughed and grabbed a chair to throw.
"My sister works here, i specifically asked to be stationed here as to protect her."
Leon tried to shoot again but she shut it down, grabbing the gun and aiming it at him.
"Well, sorry but the White Hounds are taking over!"
He let go of his revolver and took out the pocket knife again stabbing her in the forearm. Leon followed up by kicking the gun out of her hands then punching her sternum.
Her rough fist met his chin, almost snapping his neck.
Leon reached with his left hand, pulling the knife out from his shoulder and stabbing the bear of a woman in her bicep.
He took a few steps back and entered a random room.
A man thrusting into a woman from behind, the whole bed rocking and creaking loudly.
"Excuse me-"
Leon was pulled away, thrown like a rag. He managed to roll and get back on his feet, clutching at the wound on his shoulder.
She can still move like that even though i tried going for what i thought would be weak spots. I don't really want to kill her.
"Hey, what's your name?"
"Linda."
She replied from the other side while taking the knife out her bicep.
Leon spat out some blood and gripped his pocket knife harder.
"This is my first time hunting for a bear."
