MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC218 Evil Cultivators

"It's okay," Feng Fan said. "Whether Luo Liqin is from the Bloodsucker Demon Sect or not doesn't matter. Our objective remains the same—gather as much evidence as possible and bring it to the Dao Seeking School."

The others nodded in agreement.

"They should be leaving in at most four days. Let's prepare to follow them," Xue Qiang suggested.

After a brief discussion, they finalized their plan. They would wait until the camp moved and then follow them directly into the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's territory.

To ensure they knew exactly when the troops left, Feng Fan placed several arrays around the camp, at least in the areas where he could plant them without being noticed.

Once they recorded the evidence they needed, they would leave immediately and head for the Dao Seeking School.

For the next three days, they remained in hiding, waiting for the royal troops to move. It was nighttime when another batch of prisoners arrived.

Likely to avoid drawing attention, they had come through the Death Plains, a place few dared to visit.

Similar to the first royal troop Feng Fan had encountered, the new group was also surrounded by an array as they moved, making them invisible to the usual cultivator. However, thanks to the detection arrays Feng Fan had placed around the initial camp, he was alerted to their presence.

The moment the first array signaled their arrival, Feng Fan quickly gathered his group, and they carefully followed behind, making sure to stay unnoticed.

"They should be moving out soon," Feng Fan said.

Just as expected, the troops and prisoners gathered together and departed without delay.

For the next few days, Feng Fan's group continued to trail the royal troops and prisoners. To their surprise, the number of captives kept increasing at an alarming rate.

Every few hours, more prisoners and soldiers would join the main group as they made their way toward the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's territory.

"This isn't even a secret operation anymore. There have to be more than a million prisoners by now! How long have they been planning this?!" Feng Fan muttered in disbelief.

"To gather this many people right under the Dao Seeking School's nose, even with them distracted by the war… this isn't something that could be done in just a few months," Su Xiaoli said.

"This is too risky. For the Emperor to go this far, these people must be extremely valuable to the Bloodsucker Demon Sect," Feng Fan said, his expression darkening. "The reward he's expecting must be just as great, or he wouldn't take such a gamble."

"Doesn't that make it even better?" Mao Shun said coldly. "The more important this is to him, the more satisfying it will be when we tear it apart!"

Feng Fan gave Mao Shun a faint smile. He knew how much Mao Shun despised the Mao Emperor—his own uncle.

Taking his time, Feng Fan continued recording the massive army's movements, truly impressed by their sheer numbers.

Just a few kilometers away from the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's territory, the army suddenly came to a halt.

Moments later, a man appeared at the front, accompanied by five stunningly beautiful women.

His striking resemblance to Mao Shun, combined with his overwhelming presence, made his identity clear; he was Mao Hu, the Mao Emperor.

Mao Shun's eyes turned bloodshot as he stared at the man leading the army. He clenched his fists, barely restraining himself from charging forward.

Of course, he knew he wasn't Mao Hu's match. The aura radiating from him made his strength clear; he was a Dao Seeking realm expert!

Mao Hu gazed at the vast army before him, a faint smile playing on his lips. "Everything is proceeding as planned. Soon, the Dao Seeking School will no longer be able to restrain me."

Luo Liqin, the First Empress, caressed Mao Hu's cheek with a smile. "Of course, my love. You deserve far more. You are a tiger among men."

Mao Hu didn't respond to her words. Instead, he turned to address the army.

"Your mission is almost complete. March forward!"

With that, he turned and slowly flew into the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's territory, the five beauties following close behind.

Feng Fan swallowed hard as he watched the scene unfold.

'This is spiraling out of control… This is much bigger than we expected.'

At first, they had only sought protection from the Dao Seeking School. But now, it seemed that whatever was happening here had the potential to change the course of the entire war.

The way the Bloodsucker Demon Sect ruled its territory was vastly different from the Dao Seeking School.

There were no vassals beneath them, everything was under their direct control. Anyone who dared to voice dissatisfaction faced severe punishment, which usually meant death.

As soon as Feng Fan stepped into the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's territory, he sensed a change in the very air. It wasn't the atmosphere or the ground itself, but something deeper… the Dao laws governing this place.

A sinister Dao law wrapped around him. Though it didn't try to harm his body, it felt as if pure evil had surrounded him.

'What kind of place is this? How can the Dao laws be twisted into such an abomination?' Feng Fan thought. 'This feels similar to the Evil Village in the Death Plains… I wonder if there's some connection between them.'

Feng Fan pushed these thoughts aside for now. Even if there was a connection, there was nothing he could do about it. All he could do was continue following the army.

The army moved quickly, faster than any normal human army could. But they weren't a normal army; they were made up entirely of cultivators. The prisoners were being forced to march at an impossible pace, unwilling but powerless to stop.

Soon, they came to a halt. In front of them stood a group of a thousand cultivators, all wearing black and red Taoist robes. The aura they emitted was strong and ominous.

Mao Hu stepped forward to greet the group of evil cultivators, and one of them, a man, moved closer to meet him.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC219 Two Million Sacrifices

"Luo Fu, I'm here to fulfill our deal," said Mao Hu, his face expressionless as he looked at the young man from the Bloodsucker Demon Sect.

"Mao Hu, I'm glad to see you again, even more so to see that you've upheld your end of the deal," Luo Fu said, his lips curling into a sinister smile, "and brought me nearly two million sacrifices!"

His words echoed across the plains, reaching the ears of the army below. The prisoners had already expected their fate and trembled in fear, but the soldiers from the Mao Empire were caught off guard.

"What? Two million? But… we only brought about a million… right?"

Confusion spread among them, but the sharper ones quickly grasped the implication and attempted to escape.

Unfortunately, how could Luo Fu let such precious sacrifices slip away? With a flick of his sleeve, a massive formation activated, enclosing the entire army in an unbreakable barrier.

The thousand cultivators behind Luo Fu moved into position, forming a tight encirclement around the trapped soldiers. These weren't just ordinary fighters, the weakest among them was at the Dao Seeking realm!

Even without the formation, such a force could have easily annihilated the army. Each cultivation realm was like an insurmountable gulf, and the soldiers below barely had a dozen Dao Seeking cultivators among them.

Against a force filled with Dao Seeking and Return To Void experts, they stood no chance.

Mao Hu had been careful not to bring his strongest subordinates.

"This bastard is inhumane… he's even killing his own people!" Mao Shun growled, barely able to contain his rage.

Feng Fan narrowed his eyes. 'Mao Hu is more cunning than I thought. By eliminating every participant in this event, he ensures there's no one left to betray him and informs the Dao Seeking School. Truly ruthless.'

The thousand evil cultivators surrounding the army pressed their hands together, chanting in unison. The strange incantation reverberated through the air, like a prayer to an unknown god.

Feng Fan shuddered as he felt a shift in the Dao Laws of the domain.

The sinister energy he had sensed earlier now surged toward the army.

Then, the horror began.

Blood seeped from the seven orifices of every soldier and prisoner trapped inside the formation. Their life essence rose into the air, merging into a massive sphere of blood that hovered ominously above the plains.

After everyone inside perished, the chanting stopped, and the array dissolved. The only thing left beneath the massive blood sphere was a field of dried carcasses, their bodies completely drained of blood and qi.

Yu Fu turned to Mao Hu with a smile—calm, almost friendly, as if he hadn't just orchestrated the slaughter of two million people.

"With this, my God's clone can finally descend. Once he wipes out everyone in the Dao Seeking School, we win the war. Just as promised, half of their high-grade spiritual qi stone mines will be yours."

Feng Fan's expression darkened. 'Summoning their god? A cultivator from a higher realm?'

Even if it was just a clone, a cultivator who had transcended Immortal Ascension could likely annihilate everyone in the Dao Seeking School with a mere flick of his sleeve.

Feng Fan had seen enough. He stopped recording and handed the orb to Su Xiaoli.

"Xiao'er, Xue'er, Qinqin, Mao Shun, listen carefully," he said, his tone grave. "Go to the Dao Seeking School and find Luo Rong and Long Liu. They're trustworthy and will help fight against the Bloodsucker Demon Sect. But don't reveal anything to anyone else, I'm sure the Mao Empire has moles inside the school. I'll find a way to stop the Bloodsucker Demon Sect myself. If we don't act now… there won't be another chance."

"No!" Xue Qiang immediately objected. "I won't let you do this. It's suicide! If you're going, then I'm coming with you."

"Brother Fan, Xue Qiang is right," Mao Shun added. "Let's go to the Dao Seeking School together. They have stronger cultivators who can stop the Bloodsucker Demon Sect. You can't do this alone."

Huang Xue and Su Xiaoli nodded, showing they were also against Feng Fan's plan.

But Feng Fan shook his head. "We don't have time. I'll find a way. A round trip to the Dao Seeking School could take too long. By then, our only option might be to abandon the Black Turtle Continent."

"Brother Feng, I—" Mao Shun hesitated, struggling with his words.

Feng Fan saw their concern and gave them a reassuring smile. "Hey, I'm not planning to die, alright? I have no intention of dying anytime soon. But going alone makes it easier for me to escape."

Xue Qiang's eyes filled with tears, and without warning, she hugged him tightly. "Fanfan, I love you. If you die, I'll kill myself and find you on the other side."

Then, she kissed him deeply.

Huang Xue and Su Xiaoli didn't hold back either, embracing him in turn. With that, the decision was made.

Huang Xue, Su Xiaoli, Xue Qiang, and Mao Shun would go to the Dao Seeking School to warn them about the Bloodsucker Demon Sect and the Mao Empire's plans. Meanwhile, Feng Fan would do whatever it took to stop them.

As Feng Fan talked with his team, another conversation continued nearby.

"I must return to my sect with the offering and complete the ritual," Yu Fu said. He turned to Mao Hu and Luo Liqin. "Would my son-in-law and daughter like to accompany me?"

Mao Hu nodded before turning to his four women, excluding Luo Liqin. "You go back first."

They obeyed without hesitation, leaving only him and Luo Liqin behind.

Luo Liqin gazed at the massive blood sphere hovering in the air, her eyes filled with fanaticism. "Thank you for inviting me, Father. I would have hated to miss such a glorious event."

Luo Fu chuckled, his expression softening as he looked at his daughter. "Of course, dear. I raised you myself—how could I not know your tastes? You even drained your mother dry the moment you were born… truly a special child."

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC220 For The Greater Good

Feng Fan watched as the evil cultivators moved deeper into the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's territory, the massive blood sphere following closely behind them, shrouded in powerful and ominous Dao laws.

'If only I could break through those Dao laws… I could use Little Brick to absorb the spiritual qi inside the blood.'

He knew that the real value of the blood lay in its spiritual qi—without it, the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's ritual would be meaningless. If he could find a way to drain that energy, their entire plan would collapse.

But there were two major problems. The blood was heavily protected, and with his current strength, even the Suppression Relic wouldn't be able to pierce its defenses and steal the energy inside.

Feng Fan could use the heavenly tribulation lightning he had absorbed to destroy the blood, but that would leave him vulnerable, with no energy to escape.

He needed energy to fuel Little Brick's speed—that was his only chance to get away. He wasn't ready to sacrifice himself for the greater good just yet.

Moving carefully, Feng Fan continued tailing the group, slipping deeper into the treacherous territory. Fortunately, they weren't moving at full speed, otherwise, keeping up would have been nearly impossible.

The Bloodsucker Demon Sect's land was eerie, drenched in an overwhelming aura of death. Even the vegetation struggled to grow in this forsaken place.

'No wonder they go to such lengths to kidnap people from the Dao Seeking School's territory. This place is completely unsuitable for mortals. If they couldn't steal sacrifices, their only other option would be sacrificing their own members…'

Feng Fan narrowed his eyes. 'Then again, these lunatics probably wouldn't hesitate to do that either. Maybe there's some kind of restriction. Perhaps only specific types of people are suitable for their rituals.'

Feng Fan didn't know, but his speculation was disturbingly accurate.

A massive translucent barrier soon came into view. This was the protective array surrounding the Bloodsucker Demon Sect.

While it served a similar purpose to the White Crow Sect's barrier, the difference in tier was staggering. This was a tier 8 array.

Feng Fan watched as the evil cultivators passed through effortlessly. He wanted to do the same, but with his current abilities, breaking through the barrier would take far too long.

And time was something he didn't have.

Activating his spiritual qi, he scanned the area outside the barrier. These kinds of arrays are typically operated using tokens, each granting access only to its rightful owner.

Instead of trying to force his way through, which would take too long, modifying a token's permissions to recognize him would be a much easier approach.

Feng Fan quickly found exactly what he was looking for—two disciples from the Bloodsucker Demon Sect hunting demon beasts just a few dozen kilometers from the sect.

He moved in a flash toward them.

"Senior Brother, our harvest this time was great. With these materials, we should be able to request a blood pill to help with our breakthrough to the Golden Core Formation realm," one of the disciples said while dissecting a demon beast.

The senior brother shook his head. "You're wrong, Junior Brother. Because of the ongoing war and the demand for sacrifices, blood pills are getting rarer. Their price has tripled."

The junior brother sighed. "Ah, you're right, Senior Brother. I wish we could enter the Dao Seeking School's territory and slaughter those weakling mortals and cultivators. Hmph, those peace-loving fools would be like meat on our chopping board!"

The senior brother laughed. "Exactly, Junior Brother! I'd kill thousands like slaughtering chickens and drink their blood from a cup!"

"I've heard their women are incredibly delicate. I'd love to taste the softness of a weak woman in bed. The ones from our sect are too intense; they could kill us in bed without a second thought."

"Ah, Junior Brother, you're absolutely right. I once went on a mission to the Dao Seeking School territory and found a fragile but beautiful woman. The look of fear on her face and her terrified screams only aroused me more. Hahaha."

The two laughed like fools, completely unaware that one of those "weakling" cultivators was standing right behind them.

"Oh, that's interesting," Feng Fan said, his voice dripping with amusement. "I happen to be one of those cultivators you were just talking about. Why don't you come kill me like a chicken and drink my blood?"

"Who!?" The two evil cultivators were caught off guard and turned around to see Feng Fan.

But as soon as they turned, a brick slammed into their foreheads. The force of the blow sent them crashing to the ground, almost knocking them unconscious.

Feng Fan set up a soundproof barrier before speaking.

"Normally, I wouldn't waste my time with petty villains, especially since I'm in a hurry… but you two have really pushed my buttons today. So, I'll teach you both a lesson for the greater good," Feng Fan said with a grin.

"Y-You! This is the Bloodsucker Demon Sect! You dare to invade and attack us?! You're asking for death!" the Senior Brother shouted, trying to sound threatening to scare Feng Fan or alert anyone nearby.

Feng Fan saw through his act and rolled his eyes. "Save the empty threats, also, I've already set a soundproof array. Tell me, what's the strongest and most painful poison you have in your space ring?"

The Senior Brother gulped, but stayed silent. He didn't need to speak, thought; Feng Fan had already read his thoughts.

Feng Fan slapped the senior brother before pulling out his space ring. After breaking the ring's restriction, he retrieved a vial containing a dark red liquid. Read latest stories on My Virtual Library Empire

"Seven Levels of Hell. Not a bad name. Hope you two enjoy it!" Feng Fan said with a smirk.

"N-No, please!" the two begged.

But Feng Fan showed no mercy. He forced the venom down their throats.

Satisfied, Feng Fan took the sect token from the Senior Brother's space ring and began to modify it, all while the two slowly died in excruciating pain.

They screamed in pain, their agony lasting for minutes before they finally succumbed to the poison.

After modifying the sect token, Feng Fan stripped the dead junior brother of his clothes and changed into them. He then headed toward the Bloodsucker Demon Sect.

'This better work.'

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC221 Little Brick, Go!

Disguised as a Bloodsucker Demon Sect disciple, Feng Fan entered without any trouble. He might be well-known in the Qian Empire, but here, he was a nobody; no one would recognize his face.

Once inside, Feng Fan quickly activated his spiritual qi vision.

It wasn't hard to locate the massive blood sphere. The sheer amount of spiritual qi it contained made Feng Fan feel as if he were staring directly at the Sun.

He flew as close as he could, but soon realized the blood sphere was hovering above a heavily guarded peak.

He didn't need to be a genius to figure out that common disciples weren't allowed inside. His only option was to fight his way inside, but that would be suicide.

With no other choice for the time being, Feng Fan hovered in the air, observing the ritual from a distance. Since many other disciples were doing the same, he didn't stand out.

The only difference was that while the other disciples gazed at the blood sphere with fanatic devotion, as if it were a god, Feng Fan remained unaffected.

'These people really creep me out. Have they all been brainwashed or something?'

The thousand evil cultivators who had created the blood sphere from the lives of two million people surrounded a three-meter-tall, dark-red altar. The blood sphere hovered directly above it.

They began chanting again, and Feng Fan could sense a small change in the Dao laws surrounding the area.

Symbols appeared on the ground around the altar, glowing with bright red light. To Feng Fan's surprise, they were engraved into the ground and filled with blood.

As the cultivators continued chanting, the blood filled the symbols more and more. The blood sphere in the air began to tremble, its form starting to break apart as the blood fell onto the strange symbols on the ground.

While the evil cultivators continued chanting, Luo Fu addressed the crowd, his eyes bloodshot and filled with fanaticism.

"My Bloodsucker Demon disciples, today, our ancestor, our God will descend! We'll finally claim what's rightfully ours… the entire Black Turtle continent!"

"Hail Bloodsucker Demon!"

"Hail Bloodsucker Demon!"

The crowd erupted in excitement, their eyes growing redder and redder. Their bodies radiated a strong, malevolent aura.

'Damn, these people are completely brainwashed!'

Mao Hu stood by the altar, showing no expression. His wife, Luo Liqin, stood beside him. Though her eyes showed some excitement and fanaticism, they were much less intense than those of the disciples around them.

Feng Fan noticed something strange. 'All the disciples outside the ritual's perimeter are giving off a weird, malevolent aura, but those inside aren't... What does that mean?'

A sudden realization hit Feng Fan, and his eyes widened in shock.

'Could it be... they're part of the ritual too?!'

Feng Fan's expression darkened. 'If I'm right, this ritual needs sacrifices from both outside and inside. This Bloodsucker Demon Sect is truly an evil sect.'

Not only is the Bloodsucker Demon Sect sacrificing hundreds of thousands of innocent lives, but they're also willing to sacrifice their own people—all to summon a clone of their god to the mortal world.

As the chanting continued, the blood sphere dissolved completely, filling the strange symbols on the ground.

But the ritual wasn't finished yet. Explore more adventures at My Virtual Library Empire

The blood of the fanatic disciples outside the ritual circle started to leave their bodies. They never even realized they were dying. All that remained in their eyes was excitement and fanaticism.

Knowing that he would stand out when all the disciples fell, Feng Fan quickly moved and hid behind a tree. He continued to observe the ritual, waiting for a chance to strike.

Eventually, all the Bloodsucker Demon Sect disciples were dead. Their dried bodies dropped to the ground, while their blood floated above the altar, forming a human figure.

As the human figure took shape, the blood that had filled the strange symbols on the ground moved toward it.

Feng Fan's expression darkened. 'The ritual is almost complete, but the Dao laws are still protecting him… Is there no opening for me to strike?'

He knew that if he didn't act soon, he wouldn't just be facing Return To Void or Transcending Tribulation cultivators, but an immortal!

Against someone of that level, hiding wouldn't even matter. The immortal could kill him with a thought.

Feng Fan took the Suppression Relic out of his space ring, preparing to strike.

'If it comes to it, I'll have to use the lightning from the heavenly tribulation to destroy the blood figure and try to escape.'

Feng Fan knew that the best use for the lightning tribulation wouldn't be to destroy the blood figure in the sky, but to fuel the Suppression Relic's speed or use it against powerful cultivators.

However, if he didn't act now, he might never get another chance.

Just as Feng Fan was about to command the Suppression Relic to send the lightning tribulation toward the blood figure, the figure finally took its complete form, and the Dao laws surrounding it briefly vanished.

Feng Fan's eyes narrowed. 'It's now or never! Little Brick, go!'

The Suppression Relic took the energy from spiritual qi stones inside Feng Fan's space ring. Strange red symbols appeared on its surface as it shot like a comet toward the blood figure.

As the Suppression Relic sped toward its target, a powerful aura descended from the skies, attempting to enter the blood figure atop the altar.

All the remaining evil cultivators of the Bloodsucker Demon Sect looked up in worship, oblivious to the incoming meteor aimed at their god's clone.

"Thank you, my children!" a booming voice echoed from the sky as a piece of the immortal's soul entered the blood figure. But before it could fully merge with the body, the Suppression Relic arrived.

It entered the blood figure like a parasite, spinning inside it and absorbing all the energy within in the blink of an eye.

The Bloodsucker Demon Sect cultivators watched in horror as the Suppression Relic drained the spiritual qi from their God's body.

The partial soul of the immortal from the sky felt a backlash and briefly glanced at Feng Fan.

"I'll remember you," he said, his voice filled with anger, before his connection to the mortal world was severed.

Just like that, the immortal's soul vanished from the mortal world, and the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's ritual was effectively ruined.

The disciples of the Bloodsucker Demon Sect turned toward Feng Fan, instantly realizing who was responsible for their failure.

"You—" Luo Fu snarled, his eyes filled with such rage that, if looks could kill, Feng Fan would have died a thousand times over.

The Suppression Relic returned to Feng Fan's hand, and he gave Luo Fu a faint smile. "Sorry to crash the party. I'll be leaving now!"

Fueled by the over two million spiritual qi from the lives that formed the blood figure, the Suppression Relic grew large and shot forward, carrying Feng Fan as they sped away from the evil cultivators.

"KILL HIM! BRING ME HIS SOUL! I'LL TORTURE HIM FOR ETERNITY!" Luo Fu screamed, and with that, he and the rest of the Bloodsucker Demon Sect chased after him like wolves hunting a rabbit.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC222 Suppression Relic On Steroids

The concentrated energy of over two million lives acted like steroids for the Suppression Relic. Having already recovered two-thirds of its missing parts, it shot through the sky like a comet, carrying Feng Fan far from his pursuers.

Like the other members of the Bloodsucker Demon Sect, Luo Liqin's eyes burned with fury. Just as she prepared to give chase, a firm hand gripped her left arm.

Her anger turned to mild surprise as she saw Mao Hu stopping her.

"My love… what are you doing?"

Mao Hu's expression was cold, but the fire in his eyes betrayed his calm demeanor. Even so, he remained rational.

"Liqin, don't go after him. It's pointless."

Luo Liqin frowned. "Why? Are we just going to let him escape after everything he's done?!"

Mao Hu shook his head. "Think about it. The Bloodsucker Demon Sect spent countless resources to summon an immortal's clone, but it failed. Whether they kill him or not, the truth is… the sect is finished!"

Despite their plans falling apart, Mao Hu stayed calm. A man who could think rationally even in defeat was the most dangerous kind.

"The sect will hunt him down, and whether they succeed or fail, it won't change their fate. Our priority is escaping before the Dao Seeking School learns what happened. And if by some miracle that boy survives… we'll have our chance to kill him later."

Luo Liqin's anger slowly faded. "Alright, my love. I'll trust you."

Without another word, the two slipped away unnoticed.

While Mao Hu and Luo Liqin discussed their next move, Feng Fan was already nearing the edge of the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's barrier. Just as he was about to pass through using the stolen token, a sudden change in the barrier caught his attention.

A burst of laughter rang out behind him, it was Luo Fu.

"Hahaha! Bastard, let's see how you escape now!"

He had altered the formation, sealing the barrier so that no one, with a token or not, could leave.

Feng Fan's expression hardened, but he neither panicked nor slowed down the Suppression Relic carrying him forward.

"Little Brick, do it!" he commanded.

The Suppression Relic hummed in response, and arcs of heavenly lightning crackled across its surface before lashing out at the barrier.

The tribulation lightning that had struck Feng Fan during his breakthroughs to the Nascent Soul and Marrow Cleansing realms wasn't ordinary, it had been a death sentence issued by the Heavens themselves.

Even an Immortal Ascension cultivator would struggle to survive such a punishment.

Now, with just 5% of its original power, that same lightning struck the tier 8 formation.

Boom!

The barrier shattered like a balloon popping under pressure, dissolving in an instant.

Luo Fu watched in disbelief as their sect's barrier was blown wide open, his rage boiling over. "Bastard! Don't let me catch you!"

Feng Fan glanced back with a smirk. "As you wish!"

With that, he shot through the opening, vanishing beyond the sect's reach.

More than a thousand cultivators from the Bloodsucker Demon Sect, consumed by rage, refused to stop their pursuit. Most fell behind, unable to keep up with Feng Fan's speed, but ten Transcending Tribulation experts, including Luo Fu, stayed on his tail.

Their speed matched that of the Suppression Relic on steroids, covering hundreds of kilometers in the blink of an eye.

Feng Fan glanced back. His pursuers were closing in, and the Suppression Relic's energy was running low—the energy needed to forcefully increase the Suppression Relic hundreds of times what Feng Fan's current realm allowed was no joke.

Yet, Feng Fan's expression remained calm.

'Qinqin, Xiao'er, Xue'er, and Mao Shun should have already warned the Dao Seeking School. If I'm right, they'll head straight for the Bloodsucker Demon Sect… but if they haven't been warned yet… then I'll bring them myself!'

Feng Fan wasn't running aimlessly, he was heading straight for the Dao Seeking School. Whether they were already on the move or not didn't matter. His only shot at survival was to drag the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's wrath straight to them.

Had his pursuers realized this, they might have hesitated. But blinded by fury, they failed to see the trap. Their only goal was to rip Feng Fan apart and torment his soul.

"Little bastard, get over here!" Luo Fu roared, his hands morphing into claws made of blood that slashed toward Feng Fan's back.

Feng Fan's instincts screamed danger, but he didn't look back.

'Little Brick!' he shouted in his mind.

The Suppression Relic responded with a surge of energy. Another 5% of the lightning tribulation's power was unleashed.

"Fuck off, old man!" Feng Fan spat.

Luo Fu's face twisted as heavenly lightning streaked toward him. His blood claws shifted into a huge shield, desperate to block the attack.

The lightning struck the shield head-on, vaporizing it instantly. Though its power weakened, it didn't vanish completely.

The remaining bolts slammed into Luo Fu's body like a forceful kiss of death, threatening to claim his life. His skin was charred black; smoke rose from his burnt flesh. Find exclusive stories on My Virtual Library Empire

Luo Fu's charred body hovered in the air, seemingly lifeless. But after a single breath, his eyes snapped open. They were no longer human, but demonic.

Knowing he couldn't regenerate his skin due to the heavenly laws imbued in the lightning, he discarded it entirely. His muscles tensed and stretched as his burnt flesh peeled away like a shedding snake.

Now fully transformed, the demonic Luo Fu resumed his chase, his fury growing with each passing second.

But the time spent blocking the lightning had cost him, leaving him far behind. Unfortunately for Feng Fan, Luo Fu wasn't his only problem.

Nine more Transcending Tribulation realm experts from the Bloodsucker Demon Sect were still hot on his tail, relentless as starving beasts.

Their eyes burned with rage and fanaticism, their thoughts consumed by a single desire—to capture Feng Fan and offer him up to their god, to please him and appease his fury.

They no longer thought. They only pursued.

Two hands reached toward Feng Fan's back at the same time. He could feel evil Dao laws swirling ominously behind him.

Quickly, he commanded Little Brick, sending two more bolts of heavenly lightning toward the enemies behind him. The lightning pierced through the Dao laws formed by the two elders from the Bloodsucker Demon Sect, shattering them and striking the vulnerable elders.

Unlike Luo Fu, these two elders didn't react in time. The heavenly lightning collided with their defenseless bodies.

If they had been Body Cultivators, they might have survived with heavy injuries, but their spiritual qi offered little to no protection. Their bodies barely had time to convulse before they stopped breathing and fell to the ground, completely charred.

Feng Fan smirked at the results. 'Two down, eight more to go.'

But he didn't let his guard down. He had already used 20% of the heavenly lightning. If it ran out, he would have no way to defend against the Transcending Tribulation experts behind him and would be nothing more than meat on a chopping block.

Seeing the two elders fall, even though they were blinded by rage, the remaining elders' expressions changed slightly. After all, their strength was on par with the ones who had just died, and if they continued blindly, they wouldn't be able to kill Feng Fan.

Instead of trying to kill Feng Fan immediately, the elders behind him adjusted their approach. The deaths of their comrades brought some clarity back to their minds.

"This brat is only at the Nascent Soul realm; he won't be able to maintain this speed and his attacks for long!" one of them said, voicing Feng Fan's biggest fear.

The others agreed, and they began harassing Feng Fan, trying to make him waste energy, instead of directly killing him.

Feng Fan continued sending bolts of lightning at them, while they defended. The energy inside the Suppression Relic dwindled with every passing moment.

'Damn it, I'm only halfway to the Dao Seeking School, but I've only got twenty percent of the heavenly lightning left, and the spiritual qi in the Suppression Relic is almost gone. I can't keep this up for much longer,' Feng Fan thought with dread, knowing that once the heavenly lightning or the energy in the Suppression Relic ran out, he'd be in deep trouble.

Luo Fu, who had been left behind before, appeared again. Unlike the other elders, who had regained some composure, Luo Fu had fully transformed into a demon, driven only by rage and a thirst for blood.

"Little bastard, come here so I can kill you!"

Two giant blood claws reached out toward Feng Fan from different directions. The other elders were also closing in on him, and the Suppression Relic could no longer maintain its previous speed.

Not to mention the Transcending Tribulation experts, even Return To Void experts would catch up to him soon.

Too bad for them—they wouldn't have the chance, because he'd be dead before that.

Just as Feng Fan gritted his teeth and prepared to stop running, planning to use all his reserves for a desperate attack, a giant, shining sword appeared in the sky.

"Luo Fu, I've come to take your life!" A cold, beautiful voice echoed from the sky, directly above the sword.

It was Fan Ying, the sect master of the Dao Seeking School!

Her sword descended, cutting through space, aimed directly at Luo Fu. Luo Fu's expression changed as he withdrew his blood claws and tried to push them toward the sword in the sky.

But Fan Ying wasn't alone. Hundreds of Dao Seeking School cultivators appeared, and the sky lit up brightly with their attacks.

The Bloodsucker Demon Sect elders were caught off guard, quickly shifting from offense to defense. Feng Fan seized the opportunity to slip out of their reach, narrowly escaping.

Once safely away from the fight, he sighed in relief. "Thank whatever god exists. Looks like they made it in time."

As if reading his thoughts, Xue Qiang, Huang Xue, Su Xiaoli, and Mao Shun appeared right behind him.

"Fanfan!"

"Fan'er!"

"Fan'er!"

"Feng Fan!"

They called for him, and Feng Fan turned with a smile. The girls rushed into his arms, and he opened his arms to embrace them.

"I'm so glad you're safe," Su Xiaoli said, resting her head on his chest and breathing in his body smell.

Feng Fan smiled in return. "Of course. I told you guys I wasn't planning on sacrificing myself for the greater good, didn't I?"

"Brother Feng, I'm glad you're alright!" Mao Shun said with a big grin, though his face soon darkened. "What happened to Mao Hu?"

Feng Fan shook his head. "I have no idea. I saw him enter the Bloodsucker Demon Sect, but whether he chased me or left, I couldn't tell."

Mao Shun sighed at his words, but Feng Fan quickly tried to cheer him up.

"Hey, don't worry. We already have solid evidence that he colluded with the Bloodsucker Demon Sect. He won't have a place inside Dao Seeking School's territory anymore. Just let the sect handle it—I'm sure that dog won't be able to escape."

Mao Shun looked at him and nodded with a faint smile. "Thank you, Brother Feng."

They turned their attention to the battle between the Dao Seeking School and the Bloodsucker Demon Sect. This was the first full-scale war between them since their conflict began.

But it was far from a fair fight.

Thanks to Feng Fan's actions, the Bloodsucker Demon Sect was already weakened and divided. The stronger elders were forced to bear the brunt of the Dao Seeking School's attacks, while the weaker ones, thinking they were still chasing Feng Fan, arrived late.

Only to meet their deaths.

The outcome was already decided, and there was no need for him to interfere. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't.

The weakest cultivator on the battlefield was at the Dao Seeking realm—more than strong enough to kill him with ease.

As for the remaining heavenly lightning he hadn't used… Feng Fan had a far more important matter to settle with it.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC224 Not Enough Gifts To Give

After the members of the Bloodsucker Demon Sect were either killed or captured, the war finally came to an end. A few managed to escape or weren't present that day, but at least 99% of the sect had been wiped out.

From this day forward, the Black Turtle Continent would be ruled by only two major powers, not three.

Fan Ying stopped in front of him, her expression a mix of emotions. She hadn't expected the troublesome disciple they once refused to accept would end up helping them so much.

"Good job, all of you. Thanks to your teamwork, we were able to defeat the Bloodsucker Demon Sect. I'll personally handle your rewards after dealing with the cleanup, but if you have any requests, feel free to ask now."

Su Xiaoli was the first to step forward. She clasped her hands respectfully and said, "Elder, I'd like to ask for help to free my mother. She's being held captive by the Qian Emperor."

Fan Ying looked at Su Xiaoli, slightly confused. She remembered that Su Xiaoli had fought under the Qian family's banner during the Young Generation Competition and was the daughter of the current emperor.

"I'll send an elder to the Qian Empire to resolve this matter," Fan Ying replied.

Su Xiaoli struggled to contain her joy. She quickly bowed deeply. "Thank you, Elder!"

With that, Fan Ying and the other elders headed toward the Bloodsucker Demon Sect's territory.

Huang Xue turned to Feng Fan, curious. "Fan'er, shouldn't we ask for help with the sects trying to kill us in the Qian Empire?"

Feng Fan smiled and shook his head. "There's no need. At best, the Dao Seeking School would force them to stop attacking us, but those snakes would just wait for another chance to strike. I have a better plan. Let's return to the Qian Empire."

Before leaving, Feng Fan glanced at Mao Shun. "Brother Mao, are you coming with us?"

Mao Shun thought for a moment, then shook his head. "For now, I'll stay at the Dao Seeking School. I want to grow stronger, but I promise to visit the Qian Empire someday to see you."

Feng Fan was surprised. He had expected Mao Shun to go claim the throne. "Brother Mao, aren't you going to take your place as the Mao Empire's emperor? You are the rightful heir, after all."

Mao Shun shook his head again. "No, being emperor is temporary. True power comes from personal strength. I want to grow stronger and chase immortality."

Feng Fan smiled and patted his shoulder. "I understand. Then we'll walk this path together, Brother Mao."

With that, Feng Fan, Su Xiaoli, Huang Xue, and Xue Qiang returned to the Qian Empire, while Mao Shun stayed behind at the Dao Seeking School.

Feng Fan and his group traveled back to the Qian Empire, this time avoiding the Death Plains. Thanks to their high cultivation levels, they moved quickly, and the journey took only a few days.

Feng Fan, Su Xiaoli, Xue Qiang, and Huang Xue hovered in the air, facing the Heavenly Demon Sect.

Their arrival didn't go unnoticed. Mao Yuan, the sect master of the Heavenly Demon Sect, appeared with a wide grin. Behind him stood ten elders, all at the Dao Seeking realm.

"You brats actually dare to show your faces here?" Mao Yuan laughed wildly, convinced he had the upper hand.

Clearly, he hadn't heard the news about Feng Fan's role in helping the Dao Seeking School.

Feng Fan looked at him like he was a fool. 'Does he really think I came here to die?'

A smirk spread across Feng Fan's face. "Old man, I've brought you a gift to thank you for all the hospitality you've shown me over the years. Enjoy!"

Mao Yuan frowned, confused, but his doubts didn't last long.

'Little Brick, show him our hospitality!'

The Suppression Relic hummed to life, bolts of lightning crackling across its surface. Mao Yuan and the elders stared in horror as heavenly lightning rained down on them.

They didn't even have time to scream before they were reduced to ash.

Feng Fan glanced down at the Heavenly Demon Sect below. He hadn't forgotten how many of their disciples had hunted him and his friends.

'I wonder if I have enough thunder left to burn this place to the ground.'

Holding the Suppression Relic, Feng Fan soared higher into the sky and unleashed bolts of lightning onto the sect's peaks.

The disciples below barely had time to react before the heavenly lightning shattered their defenses like a hot knife through butter. Just like their elders, most of the disciples were turned to ash in an instant.

Those who survived just escaped to the forest, swearing to never come back. The ones who weren't present in the sect were the truly luck ones.

Feng Fan checked the remaining energy in the Suppression Relic.

'Not bad, still 10% left... that should be enough for one more gift to another dear friend.'

Feng Fan turned to the girls. "Go back to the White Crow Sect. I still have one more friend to deal with."

They nodded in unison and left for the White Crow Sect. Su Xiaoli went with them, she couldn't return to the capital yet, as the Dao Seeking School would need a few more days to settle matters with the Qian Emperor.

Feng Fan hurried toward the Blue Dragon Sect, worried they might hear about the Heavenly Demon Sect's destruction if he took too long.

'I can't let them escape so easily after all the trouble I've gone through,' he thought with a grin.

When he arrived at the Blue Dragon Sect, Feng Fan shouted, his voice amplified with spiritual qi to ensure it carried far and wide.

"Cai An, come out and greet your grandfather! I've made time today to teach you a lesson!"

Cai An, the sect master of the Blue Dragon Sect, appeared with a deep frown, accompanied by several elders.

"Feng Fan, you dare show up here alone and insult me? You must have a death wish!"

Feng Fan laughed. "Is that any way to talk to your grandfather? What a disrespectful grandson! Today, I'll teach you some manners!"

Cai An, fed up with Feng Fan's taunts, sent a powerful punch made of spiritual qi toward him. But before the attack could land, lightning erupted from the Suppression Relic, obliterating both his strike and his body.

Cai An barely had time to realize what was happening before he was turned to ash.

The elders stared in horror as their sect master was killed right before their eyes.

"Run!" they screamed, scattering in all directions.

But Feng Fan wasn't about to let them escape so easily.

The Suppression Relic unleashed more bolts of lightning, striking down the fleeing elders. One by one, their bodies were reduced to cinders.

With the job done, Feng Fan glanced down at the Blue Dragon Sect below. A smile spread across his face.

"Ah, it would be rude of me not to give the Blue Dragon Sect disciples a taste of my hospitality as well…"

Just like the Heavenly Demon Sect, the Blue Dragon Sect was reduced to ashes. Feng Fan stared at the ruins with a bitter smile.

"The lightning's all used up… how am I supposed to give a gift to the Heavenly Sword Sect now?"

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC225 Wedding

Feng Fan returned to the sect and went to find Elder Jiang. The moment he stepped inside the White Crow Sect's barrier, Elder Jiang appeared in front of him.

Elder Jiang looked at him with mixed emotions. "Good job, Feng Fan."

Feng Fan smiled at the praise. "If you're happy with my performance, how about some spiritual qi stones? High-grade ones, preferably."

A vein pulsed on Elder Jiang's forehead, and all the respect he had for Feng Fan vanished instantly. "Are high-grade spiritual qi stones like cabbages you can find on the street? I don't have any!"

Feng Fan sighed dramatically. "I made so many enemies to help the White Crow Sect win the competition and secure the qi stone mines…"

Before he could finish, Elder Jiang threw a space sack filled with mid-grade qi stones at him. Feng Fan caught it mid-air and quickly stored it in his space ring.

"Take it and go cultivate. Stay quiet inside the sect for a few years, and don't cause any more trouble!" With that, Elder Jiang left as quickly as he had arrived.

Feng Fan shook his head. "Did he come here just to tell me not to cause trouble? As if I'm the one looking for it… I'm clearly the victim here."

Feng Fan went to his quarters and decided to cultivate peacefully for the next few days. It didn't take long for news from the Dao Seeking School to reach him. Su Xiaoli's father, Qian Niu, had abdicated the throne and disappeared, along with his first wife.

The Qian family begged for the Dao Seeking School's forgiveness and installed a new emperor. As for Su Xiaoli's mother, perhaps because Qian Niu didn't want to anger Su Xiaoli or feared the Dao Seeking School's wrath, she had been left unharmed.

She was found imprisoned in the palace dungeon and was freed.

News of the destruction of the Blue Dragon Sect and the Heavenly Demon Sect spread throughout the Qian Empire, and Feng Fan's name became even more infamous.

Fearing what Feng Fan might do to them, the Heavenly Sword Sect and the Blue Wyvern Sect disbanded overnight. Deng Yi, the sect master of the Heavenly Sword Sect, disappeared, and his whereabouts remained unknown.

Feng Fan received the news with satisfaction. 'Great, now I can cultivate in peace. If those bastards ever show up again, I'll crush them with a single slap.'

He wasn't the least bit worried about their revenge.

Two weeks after the Bloodsucker Demon Sect had been dealt with, Su Xiaoli waited at the White Crow Sect's eastern gate. She wore a white Taoist robe with floral patterns.

Though she smiled, a closer look would reveal the anxiety hidden beneath it.

"Xiao'er," a gentle voice called out. It was the person Su Xiaoli had been waiting for.

"Mother!" Su Xiaoli rushed forward and hugged her tightly, her eyes filling with tears.

Su Liqiu smiled and hugged her daughter back, one hand gently stroking Su Xiaoli's hair.

"It's okay, my baby. I'm here with you now."

After what felt like a blink of an eye to Su Xiaoli, they finally pulled apart.

"Mother, I—" Su Xiaoli hesitated, unsure how to say what was on her mind.

Su Liqiu gave her a knowing smile. "You're not planning to come back with me, are you?"

Su Xiaoli nodded.

"It's okay. Stay here. But that boy Feng Fan better take good care of you, or else…"

Su Xiaoli blushed. "Mom!"

Su Liqiu chuckled. She knew exactly how a girl in love looked—after all, she had been one herself.

"I'm going to see your Uncle Duan. We'll talk later," she said, her eyes filled with love and hope.

"Did you hear the news? Elder Duan is getting married!" a White Crow Sect disciple exclaimed.

"Yeah, who would've thought that old bachelor would finally settle down? I heard he's marrying the head of a powerful family from the capital," replied another disciple, who looked a bit disheveled.

"It's the leader of the Su family! The family that been staying here with us."

"Wow, Elder Duan really aimed high. Isn't she stunning? I saw her from a distance, and…"

"Hey, you two, stop gossiping!" Feng Fan interrupted, giving them a stern look.

The two disciples turned around, and when they saw Feng Fan, they nearly panicked. They quickly bowed and begged for forgiveness.

If there was a list of people not to cross in the Qian Empire, Feng Fan would be at the very top.

News of his deeds over the past four years had spread like wildfire. Those who had crossed him didn't end up well…

Feng Fan shook his head and told them to leave. Then, he quickly flew toward the main peak.

Dozens of meters away from the main building, a beautiful outdoor setting had been prepared for the wedding. The area was decorated with vibrant flowers and flowing ribbons.

A small stage had been set up, surrounded by rows of seats for guests, with a long red carpet in the middle. The natural scenery of the mountains and trees added to the charm, making it a perfect spot for such a joyous occasion.

A beautiful figure waited outside the venue, holding a bouquet of roses. Her expression was clearly displeased, and Feng Fan knew exactly why.

"Sorry, Xiao'er… am I too late?"

Su Xiaoli's eyebrows knitted together. "You're half an hour late! How could you be late for your own master's wedding?!"

Feng Fan scratched the back of his head, unsure how to respond. His silence only made Su Xiaoli roll her eyes.

"Let's go already!"

She grabbed Feng Fan's hand and pulled him down the red carpet leading to the couple.

Su Liqiu chuckled as she watched Su Xiaoli drag Feng Fan along, but Elder Duan's face was filled with annoyance.

"This troublesome disciple!" he muttered under his breath.

The ceremony began shortly after. Elder Duan and Su Liqiu stood at the center, surrounded by friends and family. The atmosphere was warm and joyful, with laughter and cheers filling the air.

Feng Fan couldn't help but smile, it was a moment of happiness for everyone.

Su Xiaoli noticed Feng Fan's smile and blushed. Leaning closer, she whispered in his ear, "When are we going to have our wedding, Fan'er?"

Feng Fan's eyes widened slightly, caught off guard by her question. He glanced at her, seeing the hopeful glint in her eyes.

A soft smile tugged at his lips as he replied, "Whenever you're ready, Xiao'er. But let's make sure it's a day even more special than this one."

Su Xiaoli's cheeks turned a deeper shade of red, but she couldn't hide her smile. She gave his hand a gentle squeeze, her heart fluttering at his words.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC226 I Shall Know The Heavens

On the other side of the continent, beyond the territory once ruled by the Bloodsucker Demon Sect, a young man sat quietly, absorbed in a book.

Around him were countless books, neatly arranged on grand wooden shelves. Protective arrays surrounded the shelves, keeping the books safe from the passage of time.

The young man looked frail and sickly, but when it came to reading, he could sit for hours, completely lost in the pages.

Hours passed in silence until a group of muscular men entered the library. They were the complete opposite of the frail young man—their muscles bulged under their robes, and they radiated a powerful, overwhelming energy.

"Well, if it isn't Sickly Tao, reading late again? Even if you're not cut out for body cultivation, what's the point of wasting your days here with books?" The leader of the group, Dong Long, walked closer to the young man.

The young man's name was Dong Tao. He was the son of the Dong family, the most powerful family in the Black Turtle Continent.

They controlled the Black Turtle Sect, one of the three ruling powers of the continent, which governed the western region.

"S-Senior Brother Long, it's not that I don't want to train, but you know my body isn't suited for body or qi cultivation…"

Dong Long shook his head. "That's a loser's mindset. No wonder the elders always criticize you. Anyway, I'm here to find a martial technique. See you around!"

Dong Long left, heading toward the shelves filled with books. The other men followed, chuckling at Dong Tao as they walked away.

Dong Tao sighed. Although Dong Long seemed harsh, compared to how others in his family treated him, Dong Long was almost kind.

"If only Mother and Father were still here…"

His parents had been powerful figures in the family, but they disappeared ten years ago while fighting in the alien war against foreign forces. Since then, Dong Tao's life has grown harder with each passing year.

Now thirty-five years old, Dong Tao had a cultivation level of only the 9th Foundation Establishment stage—mediocre at best. To make matters worse, the Dong family valued body cultivation above all else, and Dong Tao was born without the family's prized bloodline.

The Dong family's strength came from their bloodline, inherited from the Black Turtle divine beast. Those with purer bloodlines were stronger and held higher status in the family.

But Dong Tao had no trace of this bloodline.

The only reason he hadn't been kicked out of the family was out of respect for his father, who had one of the purest bloodlines in the family. Some even whispered that Dong Tao might not be his father's true son, suggesting he was the result of betrayal.

Dong Tao closed the book in his hand and walked through the wooden shelves, returning it to its proper place. He gazed at the shelves, admiring the books that had always brought him comfort.

"I've read most of the books here… Soon, I'll have to leave the family and search for new ones."

He continued walking, searching for any books he hadn't read yet. Dong Tao craved knowledge and the peace that books brought him.

Suddenly, his eyes widened in surprise. On the ground lay an old, worn book. Unlike the others, it wasn't on the shelves; it rested on the cold floor instead.

Dong Tao crouched down and picked up the book, examining its title. Only a single word was visible: Suppression.

"This book… I've never seen it before. Impossible! I know every book in the Dong family's collection," he muttered, his eyes wide with shock.

He opened the book, gently brushing his fingers over the worn pages. To his surprise, all the pages were blank.

"Why is it empty?" he wondered aloud.

As he flipped through the pages, his delicate hand was cut by the edge of a page. His blood was silently absorbed by the book.

In an instant, Dong Tao's vision changed. He found himself floating above a massive library. The number of books was staggering—no matter where he looked, he couldn't see the end of it.

Below him, a man with a scholarly appearance flipped through book after book. The man seemed focused, but the speed at which he turned the pages made Dong Tao doubt he was truly reading.

Yet, Dong Tao couldn't help but admire the man. He felt as though the man was like a sponge, absorbing every bit of knowledge around him. Dong Tao couldn't explain it, he just felt it.

Hours passed, then days, but the scholar never stopped reading. Books flew to him and away with a flick of his sleeve.

Dong Tao lost track of time, completely focused on the scholar. He felt he was on the verge of a revelation.

As he watched, Dong Tao realized he was seeing a reflection of himself. He was learning about himself.

He had found his Dao.

When this realization struck, the scholar closed the book in his hands. Instead of reaching for another, he looked up at Dong Tao and smiled.

"I shall know the Heavens."

Inside the Dong family's library, a man with long silver hair who didn't belong there watched Dong Tao standing in a daze, holding a book.

Given the strong defenses around the Dong family's territory, such an intruder should have been impossible, especially inside their library, where their most important secrets were kept.

Yet, the silver-haired man had entered unnoticed and stood there as if he were part of the place. Strangely, Dong Long, who had been searching for a martial technique, found one right behind the silver-haired man.

Dong Long picked up the martial technique without even noticing the man standing there. It was as if the man existed in that space but, at the same time, didn't.

When Dong Tao finally snapped out of his daze, the silver-haired man smiled faintly to himself.

"Master, it won't take much longer…" His voice was filled with melancholy.

Then, he vanished.

MY WHOLE CLASS ISEKAI'D TO A XIANXIA? GOOD THING I CAN DO MIND-READINGC227 Oh, You Like Docile?

Snap!

Inside a forest, a man in a hoodie clenched his fists and punched a thick tree, his face hidden under the fabric. His eyes glowed with anger behind the shadow of his hoodie.

"That bastard Feng Fan…" The voice belonged to none other than Qian Niu, the former Qian Emperor. "It's all his fault."

Ren Xiu, his first wife and the only person who had escaped with him, gently placed her hand on his shoulder.

"Husband, we still have a chance. We can still kill him!"

Qian Niu turned to look at her. The anger in his eyes softened slightly, but he shook his head. Read new adventures at My Virtual Library Empire

"Impossible. How could we even get close to him? The Dao Seeking School is watching the White Crow Sect. If anyone tries to attack them, they'll face the wrath of a Transcending Tribulation expert."

"Oh, but what if there's a way?"

A voice interrupted their conversation, cutting through the air.

"Who's there?!" Qian Niu spun around, his eyes narrowing.

Standing before him was a sharp-featured man with short blonde hair, his cold smile sending a chill down Qian Niu's spine. Beside him stood a captivating woman, her red eyes glowing ominously.

Qian Niu tensed. Even though he had escaped the Qian Empire, he was still within the Dao Seeking School's territory. If they caught him, death would be his only fate.

"What if there's a way… to take Feng Fan's life?" the man continued. "Would you be willing to join me? I believe we share the same enemies."

Qian Niu stared at the man with distrust, his face making it clear he didn't trust him. But the man didn't seem bothered.

"Who are you?" Qian Niu demanded.

The man smirked. "Ah, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Mao Hu, the last Mao Emperor."

Sitting cross-legged inside a tier 6 qi-gathering array he had built himself, Feng Fan cultivated in silence. A year had already passed since the war between the Dao Seeking School and the Bloodsucker Demon Sect ended.

During that year, Feng Fan had cultivated like a madman, spending all the rewards the Dao Seeking School had given him, and even some of the resources his good friends had willingly shared.

A kind-hearted person like Feng Fan is loved by many, and people are always eager to give him gifts.

But these resources were well spent; the results spoke for themselves. He had broken through to the 4th stage of both the Nascent Soul and Marrow Cleansing realms.

Soon, Feng Fan opened his eyes, a look of satisfaction on his face.

"Cultivating in peace is the best. I don't get those protagonists who keep making enemies everywhere. Seclusion and peaceful cultivation until you're the strongest and can slap enemies to death, that's the way to go!"

A smug smile spread across his face as he left his quarters to enjoy the new day. He glanced at his master's empty house nearby.

"Master's got it good. He managed to win over a rich lady and now lives off her…"

"Who's living off who?" a stern voice came from behind him. It was Su Xiaoli, the rich lady's daughter.

Feng Fan's smile widened when he saw her. "Good morning, Xiao'er. You're as beautiful as ever today."

Su Xiaoli narrowed her eyes. "If I'm so beautiful, why have you been avoiding me these past few weeks?"

Cold sweat dripped down Feng Fan's forehead. "Xiao'er, don't misunderstand! I'm not avoiding you. I've just been cultivating in seclusion. I need to get stronger to live up to my Dao partner!"

Su Xiaoli rolled her eyes but didn't press further. "Let's go. Elder Jiang is calling us to the main peak. He said it's something important, but because of the array around your place, he couldn't send you a qi message. He asked me to come get you."

Feng Fan frowned, looking mildly surprised. "Elder Jiang? That old man avoids me like I'm a snake. What could he possibly want?"

"Can you blame him? Every word out of your mouth has the magical power of annoying people. If he keeps seeing you, you might cut his lifespan in half."

Feng Fan looked at her with an innocent expression. "Xiao'er… what are you saying? I—"

Su Xiaoli waved her hand in front of him. "Save your excuses for someone who believes you. Let's go."

She grabbed Feng Fan's hand and dragged him toward the White Crow Sect's main peak. Feng Fan felt her cold, delicate hand gripping his, and a faint smile tugged at his lips.

Instead of letting her drag him, he suddenly pulled her into his embrace.

"Kya!"

Feng Fan gave her a quick kiss on the lips before taking off. Su Xiaoli blushed but stayed silent, letting him carry her.

"You're so adorable when you're being docile, Xiao'er!"

A vein throbbed on Su Xiaoli's forehead. "Oh, you like docile? Good. I'll whip you until you're docile today!"

Feng Fan pretended not to hear her and kept flying, feigning ignorance.

When Feng Fan and Su Xiaoli arrived at the meeting spot, they found Elder Jiang waiting—along with many familiar faces from the White Crow Sect. Tan Wei, Huang Xue, Xue Qiang, Gong Long, Cao Zhu, and even Feng Fan's teacher, Yi Qiuyue, were there.

But that wasn't all. Standing beside Elder Jiang were three more people Feng Fan knew well.

"Long Liu, Luo Rong, Brother Mao! It's been a while. What brings you here?" Feng Fan walked up to Mao Shun with a smile and gave him a friendly pat on the shoulder.

"Brother Feng, it's good to see you're doing well," Mao Shun replied politely, clasping his hands in respect.

Before Feng Fan could keep the conversation going, Elder Jiang cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention.

"This is Long Liu," he said, gesturing to the loli elder from the Dao Seeking School. "Some of you may already know her. She's here to discuss a very important matter. You all… may need to make a trip soon."

When Elder Jiang mentioned the trip, his eyes lingered on Feng Fan, clearly worried about the consequences of him leaving the sect.
