Min-Ji's expression turned to one of terror as she looked away from her mother and utterly refused to do as she was asked.

After sitting through a meeting between the various older women in his life, Alex was forced to accept that he now had to begin tutoring so that he may improve his grades. And considering the fact that he could not train for his next fight, due to his current injury. The man had no choice but to do so. Thus, he found himself in the library immediately after his classes end, where Min-Ji was waiting for him with her face in a book.
The moment she saw the handsome playboy enter the room, her jaw dropped in shock. After all, she never actually expected him to show up for her tutoring session. And the moment he sat down in front of her with a rather bored expression on his face, she could not help but tense up.
"Alright, I'm here, so what exactly are we doing?"
Min-Ji did not immediately respond to this remark. Instead, she reached towards the first book, which was actually high school level mathematics, because after looking at the man's grade, she realized he needed a refresher. However, when she reached for the book, her hands began to shake, which is something that Alex immediately took notice of.
Evidently, he was causing this young woman some form of distress just by sitting across from her. But he did not immediately try to rectify this attitude of hers, and instead listened to her lecture on mathematics that he should have perfected years ago.
Oddly enough, no more than thirty minutes went by before Alex had mastered the material and scored perfectly on the quizzes that Min-Ji had given him. She was so shocked by this that she couldn't help but believe the man was pretending to be stupid. And thus she was quick to ask about this, with a timid tone in her voice.

Alex looked at Min-Ji with a strange expression on his face, before he broke out into laughter. This, of course, caused the girl to pout until the man spoke up again.
"Sweetheart, you're being paranoid. I didn't plan to have bad grades, I'm just not very good at math… Luckily I have now found myself a proper teacher…"
This, of course, did not cause Min-Ji to feel any better, and thus when she reached over to the next book, to begin a lesson on the next level of mathematics, her hands were still shaking. Fearful now that Alex was indeed playing with her. When Alex noticed that the girl was still afraid of him, he couldn't help but sigh.
"Min-Ji, I'm not some big bad wolf who is going to kick down your door and devour you… That is unless, of course, you want me to?"
Min-Ji finally relaxed ever so slightly without even realizing it, as she blushed in response to Alex's comments. The man had truly seen right through her. And luckily for Alex, he saw the girl's affection rise ever so slightly.

Upon seeing that this girl was easier to charm than Nari or the police woman he kept encountering, Alex smirked as he took a look at the next material. And once more, he had mastered an entire year's worth of lessons in only thirty minutes.

Alex was only slightly lying. While he hadn't cheated in any way, that was obvious. He still had an enormous advantage that no other human had. After all, thanks to his system, he had gained a unique skill that increased his learning speed and memory retention significantly beyond normal human limits.
Because of this, he was theoretically able to learn an entire bachelor's degree's worth of mathematics in a matter of days if he was so inclined. It was just simply the fact that Alex despised mathematics, and would rather not have to do it, even in its simplest forms.
Min-Ji of course glared at the man, believing she was being tricked, that is until, someone interrupted their fun. The same nerdy boy who had previously attempted to study with Min-Ji called out to her when he saw her sitting at her usual table. Of course, his view was entirely obscured by the bookcase in front of him, and thus he could not see that she was sitting with Alex.
"Hey Min-Ji! Fancy meeting you here. Do you perhaps want to study together?"
The moment after stepping forward to forcefully sit at the girl's table, the boy noticed that she was not alone. But then again, neither was he. If he was a short average looking nerdy boy, with classes, and freckles, then his friends were perhaps the most stereotypical geeks of them all.
One of them was an average height young Korean man, who looked more like an inflatable beach ball than a human being. He was so fat that Alex couldn't even see his neck. This man also wore glasses and had a seriously bad case of acne. He was balding to a horrific extent despite being a college freshman, and had a sparse neck beard. He also wore a spiderman shirt that did not completely cover his stomach.
And the other friend of this "main character", was a tall, and lanky fellow, with a rat-like face, round glasses, and a shaggy haircut that looked like it hadn't been properly groomed in years. This man thankfully wasn't wearing a spiderman shirt, instead he was wearing a Star Labs T-shirt, which Alex did not understand was just as bad. Interestingly enough, this guy had the opposite problem of the fatty, as his t-shirt was far too big for his body.
Alex actually felt the instinctive need to bully these guys, but that was until he saw the looks in their eyes. Seeing as how Min-Ji was probably the only girl willing to give these losers the time of day, even if it was merely exchanging pleasantries, they both gazed upon the girl with ravenous expressions. Ones that Alex had seen in the eyes of stalkers and rapists in the past.
While the "main character" himself seemed entirely unaware of his friends' thoughts towards Min-Ji, Alex saw the truth, and was quick to intervene not wanting Min-Ji to be anywhere near these two weak, and pathetic men who were perhaps the most dangerous kind of man of all. Alex simply stood up, showing his natural size and strength as he looked down on the three young men, before telling them to scram.
"Get lost! Min-Ji is tutoring me right now, and I'd rather not be interrupted by a bunch of geeks. So how about the three of you go bother someone else?"
The "Main character" immediately backed down and shrank in stature as he heard Alex's threat. He was just about to do as the man said when the fatso decided to piss on the electric fence. The rotund man pushed his glasses forward, and began to speak in a tone that was filled with wheezing, no doubt from the difficulties he was having breathing due to his severe obesity.
"Ackchyually, you don't have the right to tell us to leave! This is the University's Library and as students, we have the right to sit wherever we please!" Alex wore a sadistic smirk when he saw that this fat tub of lard was legitimately trying to force his way into Min-Ji's life. And because of this cracked his knuckles, before grabbing the fatso's shirt and pulling him closer, which was a surprising act of strength and intimidation as he spoke his thoughts in a venom laced voice. "Don't I? Might is right, so unless you all want a visit to the hospital I suggest you leave Min-Ji alone, permanently!" The morbidly obese man was about to piss his pants in fear when Min-Ji grabbed hold of Alex's arm and attempted to stop him. "Alex… Don't… They're not worth it!" Alex did not break his grip over the fat man's shirt, nor did he avert his gaze. Instead, he stared at him, and the lanky man with a murderous glint in his eyes, before informing Min-Ji of the truth. "I know they may seem harmless, Min-Ji, but weak men like them are the most dangerous of all. I see the way they look at you, the lust in their eyes. These men aren't the sheep they portray themselves as. They're a pack of starving wolves, and they will devour you in a second if you let your guard down…"
As much as Min-Ji thought of Alex as a meathead and a thug, she had to admit the man was better at detecting threats than her, and because of this she quickly backed up ever so slightly when presented with such an alternative perspective, much to the dismay of the three men. As for the fat and lanky fellows, they looked at each other with an expression that said, "Oh shit! We've been found out!" While the "main character" merely gazed at Alex in confusion, not understanding how the foreign man had come to such a conclusion. After all, he was a naïve boy, and could not see the darkness in his friends' hearts.
Min-Ji, however, frowned after thinking through Alex's words for a couple of moments, and asked a question she didn't think he had an answer for. "If they are a pack of starving wolves, then what does that make you?" Alex, however, did not balk at the question she had given him, nor did he stammer in his response. There was nothing but confidence in his voice when he responded to the girl with a charming smirk on his face. "Isn't that obvious? I'm a sheepdog! Now how about you three run along, before this sheepdog tears you three wolves to pieces?" After saying that, Alex let go of his grip over the fat man's t-shirt and shoved him backwards. Where the three young men scurried off in fear of further retaliation. Alex scoffed in disdain as he dusted his hands in a gesture similar to that of Pontius Pilat washing his hands after sentencing Jesus to death. He then turned around to see that Min-Ji was blushing profusely. Never before would she have thought that a guy like Alex would stand up for her, or protect her from dangers she was not even aware of. She couldn't help but ask for an honest answer from him. "Tell me the truth, were the three of them really that dangerous?" Alex did not lie to Min-Ji despite having a perfect opportunity to slander the MC, whose name he did not even yet know. Instead, he spoke the honest truth as he sat back down and broke open his notebook again. "The one in the middle was harmless. As for the other two, you should keep your distance from them. They want something from you that you can't give them, and by the looks in their eyes, they might try to force you if given the chance…."
Min-Ji thought about Alex's words for a moment before asking about the MC, whose name she also wasn't aware of. "So, the guy in the middle? He's one of my classmates. You say he is harmless. Isn't that a good thing?" Alex, however, shook his head before lecturing the girl about what a harmless man truly was. "Not at all. A harmless man is a worthless man. If that boy's two friends tried to force themselves on you, he would not even attempt to interfere, and even worse, he might succumb to the pressure and join in. You don't need a harmless man in your life. You need a monster who has control over himself so that he may protect you from the other monsters who don't. Hence why I am a sheepdog, and they are wolves…." Min-Ji blushed once more when she heard Alex's words. She seldom had interaction with men, and until now she had always thought that Alex was the big bad wolf that her mother had always warned her about. But suddenly after this petty incident, her entire perspective of Alex, and men in general, had shifted.
And as she thought about this matter with deep reflection, Min-Ji's affection towards Alex rose rapidly until it stopped at 75/100. This caused Alex to smirk once more, as he silently opened up the next textbook and began to read. After all, it would be wise of him to make the most use of this time and improve his grades.

The day after the encounter in the library, something peculiar happened at the university. The two boys who were gazing at Min-Ji with ravenous eyes spent their free period in the morning within the chemistry lab. Cooking up a particularly heinous drug. It was not until it was almost lunchtime, that Ju Won, who was the boy that had a crush on Min-Ji, found his two friends alone, with a vial of a clear and odorless liquid in their hands.
Curious about why they had spent the morning in the chemistry lab, Ju Won was quick to speak up, with an almost innocent tone in his voice.
"What is it that the two of you have there?"
Fearing that they had been caught in the act, the two boys flinched, with one of them tossing the vial in the air. It almost hit the ground and shattered, but the lanky man saved it just in the nick of time. Once he had done so, the fatso sighed in relief while clenching his chest from the borderline heart attack he had just received. He then scolded Ju Won for sneaking up on the two of them like that.
"God dammit, are you crazy Ju Won? I damn near had a heart attack!"
Ju Won wanted to mention that the man should probably lay off the potato chips and ice cream if he didn't want to have a heart attack, but since he was a friend, Ju Won chose not to say anything, and instead reiterated his previous question.
"I'm sorry, I'm just curious about what you two have there? Why are you in the lab when lunch is just around the corner?"
The two young men looked at each other with a guilty expression before they both sighed heavily. It was ultimately the rat-faced, lanky boy who spoke of their wicked plot.
"This? This is just something we cooked up to help that lovely girl you like fall in love with you!"
The fatso shook his head, but it was hard to tell due to his obesity. After all, his neck blended in with the rest of his body. And he was quick to speak further of their plans.

The two men, however, did not take offense, and instead wore confident expressions on their ugly faces, as they convinced Ju Won that their "love potion" was indeed the real deal.

But with a guy like Alex around, there was no way she would even see him as a potential love interest. Thus, he sighed heavily and demanded the "love potion" from his two friends.
"Alright… I'll trust in your abilities. But if this doesn't work, then I am going to be seriously pissed off!"
The two boys quickly handed over the vial, before assuring their friend that it would indeed work.

With the vial now in his hands, Ju Won had a semi-confident smile on his face, as he planned to buy a drink, and spike it with the drug that his two friends had prepared. He quickly fled from the room with a pep in his step as he bade his friends farewell.

"Fucking idiot! I can't believe he bought that love potion bullshit!"
The fatso laughed when he heard this, before speaking with an overly excited tone in his voice. So much so that one might think his blood pressure was spiking.
"I know, right? Just imagine the look on his face when that fucking flat chested bitch passes out in front of him!"
Though the Lanky boy was equally as excited as his fat friend for what they had planned, he was quick to caution the man on being too excited.
"Patience, my friend… Our time will come soon enough, and then that nerdy whore will regret treating us like scum! After all, we are going to make sure the videos are uploaded to the internet so everybody knows we aren't virgins anymore!"
Ju Won had no idea that he had been duped into drugging Min-Ji so that his two friends could rape her unconscious body. Instead, he was quite happy as he foolishly purchased a soda and spiked it with the sedative. Once he had done so, he found Min-Ji in the library eating alone while studying like she always did.
The idiotic boy quickly approached the girl and offered her a drink, despite the fact that she already had one which was sitting next to her.
"Hey Min-Ji! Are you thirsty? I bought you an ice cold cola!"
Min-Ji stared at her classmate with a deep sense of suspicion in her eyes. After the previous day, where Alex warned her about monsters and weak men, she no longer had the naivety to carelessly accept a drink from a stranger. Thus, she returned her gaze back to her book while eating her lunch with her chopsticks.
"No thanks, as you can see, I already have a drink…"
This caused Ju Won to freeze on the spot. Indeed, she did have a drink already. How in the hell was he supposed to convince her to drink the love potion now? He could only think about how cool his drink was compared to the one she had, which was simply a cup of tea.
"Yeah, but mine is nice and cold. And on a hot day like this, isn't that a better idea than a steaming cup of tea?"
The fact that this kid was insisting on her drinking the cola that he had prepared for her made Min-Ji certain that something else was in the drink. Thus, she narrowed her eyes and pulled out her phone, where she texted Alex a single message: "Help!"
After saying this, she put her phone away before rejecting the drink once more.
"No thanks, I'm good… Please stop disturbing me…"
It was only after Min-Ji had rejected Ju Won a second time did the boy's friends appear from the woodwork and surround the girl, with a vicious glint in their eyes.
"Hey! Our friend paid for this drink just for you! Don't you think you owe him the bare minimum courtesy of accepting it?"
Unfortunately for the three of them, a strong and masculine voice erupted from behind them as the drink was yanked from their hands.
"I'll accept it on her behalf!"
Alex then questioned the three men by asking just what they had spiked it with.
"Let me guess, Rohypnol? Or is it some other sedative, like ketamine? You guys seriously didn't think you would be able to drug a girl on campus without anyone finding out, did you? I mean, honestly, what exactly did you plan to do if she just passed out on the spot? Were you going to drag her unconscious body into the bathroom? How stupid are you!?!"
The two men instantly flinched as they realized that their plan had failed. They were just about to run away when Alex grabbed hold of their necks and gritted his teeth with a murderous smile on his face.
Despite the fact that his right hand was stinging in pain due to the wound that was currently on it, Alex did not care in the slightest because he considered restraining these two criminals to be worth far more than the rupture of a few stitches.
"Now tell me? Where do the two of you would be rapists think you are going to run off to?"
Ju Won was astonished that Alex thought his friends would actually try to sedate and rape a girl. And because of this, he foolishly came to their defense. And in doing so, incriminate himself. After all, it's not like the prosecutor would believe that a college student genuinely believed love potions were a real thing. "It's not a drug! It's a love potion!"
Alex, of course, stared at the boy as if he were an absolute idiot. Before telling him he was one.
"Kid, are you perhaps slow? A love potion? Really? What kind of idiot are you? This soda is obviously fucking drugged, and I'm damn sure the police will be able to find out just what these two idiots spiked it with!
Min-Ji, do you mind reaching into my back pocket and pulling out my phone, password is 1648. There is a contact named 'Bitches Love Cannons' on my phone, give her a call and put her on speaker. Why don't you?"
Without even realizing it, Min-Ji found herself doing exactly as Alex said while the man restrained the two would be rapists with a firm grip around their necks. Once the call connected, a feminine, but irritated voice answered.
"Hello, who is this?"
Alex wore a confident smirk as he called out to Chun-Hei. Where she immediately recognized his voice.
"Police girl, is that you? Long time no see! Anyway, I got a legal question for you. Is attempting to drug a girl with the intent of rape a crime? I'm pretty sure it is, but I just wanted to check with you. Cuz I've caught three would be rapists at my university, and I need some advice on how to handle this situation.
Now I could perform a citizen's arrest on these pricks, but I'm pretty sure there are laws against excessive force, and if I were to do such a thing, I can promise you they would definitely need to visit the hospital. So, how do you want to handle this?"
Chun-Hei was more concerned about the fact that Alex had her number and was quite hostile when she responded to him.
"How the hell did you get this number? Are you stalking me, you fucking bastard?"
Min-Ji was honestly not that surprised that a woman would speak to Alex in such a tone. In fact, she automatically assumed whoever this police girl was, she was a jilted lover of the man's. Thus, she sighed heavily and blushed in embarrassment when she noticed the entire library was recording the scene. Alex, of course, laughed off the woman's response before demanding an answer.
"Don't worry about it, just answer the damn question, woman!"
Chun-Hei's defeated sigh could be heard throughout the library as she responded to Alex's tone with the words he wanted to hear the most.
"Fine… I'll send a squad car over to investigate the situation. And you better not assault the suspects, or else I'll have you arrested this time!"
Alex responded in an absolutely shameless way, which shocked both Min-Ji and all the other bystanders.
"Sure sweetheart, whatever you say. We both know how that turned out the last time. Just get here quickly. The third little worm isn't restrained. I mean, it's not like I have three fucking arms, and if he runs away with the evidence, I won't be able to do anything about it!"
After saying this, Alex motioned towards the bottle with his eyes, so that Min-Ah understood to grab it. Which she quickly did before Ju Won could abscond with the evidence. And before long the police arrived, and investigated the situation, where the toxicology lab confirmed that the soda was indeed drugged with a sedative. Not only that, but the security cameras of the university clearly showed the two boys manufacture it on campus, while Ju Won took it in an attempt to coerce Min-Ji to drink it.
Needless to say, all three of them were arrested and faced numerous heinous charges. And just like that, Alex had gotten rid of a potential rival before he even had a chance to win Min-Ji over. Oddly enough, it was not only Min-Ji's affection which raised because of this, but also Chun-Hei's and Hae-won's. [Min-Ji's Affection: 90/100]

With this, Alex had killed two birds with one stone, and was one step closer to claiming the two beauties for himself. Something he planned to do within the next few weeks.

Chapter 87: Restraining Order
The following day, Hae-won was dealing with a lot of stuff after her classes ended for the day. After all, some little pricks had actually tried to drug and rape her daughter on campus. Naturally, as Min-Ji's mother, she was pursuing the harshest sentence possible for the perpetrators.
Of course, there were also other stressful factors on the woman's mind. Her divorce with her husband was finalized. And she was now single once more. Though the man got the house in the divorce, she walked free without any of the debt he had incurred since she walked out on him. Which was a huge plus.
Of course, Hae-won and Min-Ji could not stay with Alex forever, or so she thought. After all, he was one of her students, and it was already inappropriate for her to live with him, even with her circumstances. Thus, she was in the middle of filling out legal paperwork and looking for a new place to stay for her and her daughter when a knock appeared at her office's door.
Surprisingly enough, the voice that called out to her was one that she was not expecting. Alex had a wide smile on his face, as he had a bag full of fast food in his hands. Whether he was congratulating her on her divorce, or mocking her, Hae-won didn't really know. Because the bag was from the same exact fast-food restaurant she had worked at as her second job while trying to pay off her husband's debts.
There was a peculiar look on the woman's' face when Alex pulled out her share of the loot and handed it to her before congratulating her on her recent divorce.
"Congratz! Professor Park, you are now free from that idiot you used to call a husband!"
Seeing at this was Alex's way to congratulate her. Hae-Won smiled and took a bite out of the spicy chicken sandwich that Alex had given her. She had some of the sauce on her face, which Alex immediately noticed and wiped away with a napkin. This caused the woman to blush and avert her gaze.
Recently, she had started to think of Alex as more than just a playboy, and definitely more than the thug she initially thought he was. But she had not yet realized that her heart was becoming increasingly attached to him. However, his next words shocked her, as he broke the awkward silence between them with a peculiar question.
"Pardon me for asking, but what exactly did you see in the man when you married him?"
Hae-won sighed heavily as she washed down her chicken sandwich with some diet cola. She then responded to Alex with an almost miserable tone.
"You wouldn't really understand…"
Alex raised his brow and pulled out his chicken nuggets, which he was eating alongside his chicken sandwich, before further interrogating the woman on her backstory.
"Why don't you try me?"
Hae-won took one look at the genuine smile on Alex's face and decided to trust him, thus she spoke of how she met her now ex-husband.
"It's not exactly the Disney romance that you might expect it to be. I met my husband when I was in high school. He was the son of one of my father's friends. I never much cared for him, but I was always expected to be a good girl. Obey my parents' commands, get good grades, reject the multiple confessions I was given, and marry a man of my father's choosing.
Eventually we ended up at the same college together and my father decided that he was a man worth marrying me off to. We dated for a time, but I don't believe either of us really felt any genuine love for one another… In the end we ended up getting married simply to please our parents, and stayed together until now for Min-Ji's sake, even after he started developing a gambling habit."
Alex was shocked to hear this as he took a sip of his soda. He then responded to the mature beauty with the question that immediately came to his mind.
"So wait? You've never been in love?"
Hae-won responded by shaking her head and snacking on her fries. She was just about to say something when another knock appeared on the door. When Alex looked over at who intruded on his important conversation, he frowned before voicing his thoughts aloud.
"Speak of the devil and he shall appear…."
Hae-won's husband stood in the doorway looking more haggard than ever, all the while absolutely reeking of liquor. The man did not even bother to pay attention to Alex as he got down on his knees and begged his wife to return to him.
"Hae-won… Please take me back! I'll do anything! I'm sorry! I was wrong to gamble away our money! But I'm a changed man! Please, think about our daughter, and her own wellbeing! Think about Min-Ji!"
Alex took one look over at Hae-won and saw conflicting emotions on her pretty face. He was very quick to intervene before she could answer her ex-husband.
"Professor Park! You can't seriously be entertaining the idea! Think of all the damage he has caused to you and your daughter! And where you would be if I did not help you! Don't listen to this worthless asshole! He's probably desperate for money and wants to marry you solely so he can take out another debt in your name or worse, your daughter's!"
As if his true intentions had been discovered, In-Su recoiled in shock before standing up and pressed his finger into Alex's chest, who stood before the man as a shield between him and his ex-wife.
"You little prick! Who the hell do you think you are? Interfering with the relationship between me and my wife! How dare you!"
Alex began scratching his chin, in a way that would allow him to quickly throw a punch to the man's throat if it became necessary. As he did so, he responded again before Hae-won could say a word.
"Don't you mean ex-wife, you sorry sack of shit? You want to know who I am? I am the man who took your wife and daughter into my home when they had nowhere else to go because you wasted two million fucking dollars on gambling! Tell her the real reason why you want to get back! You and I both know once she hears it, she won't want to have anything to do with you!"
Alex had heard a rumor earlier in the day about In-Su, which was part of the reason he had come to visit his milf of a professor at this hour, just in case it turned out to be true. It turns out his instincts were right, and thus he was glad to step in the way of In-Su's plans.
Hae-won frowned when she heard Alex's words and glared at her ex husband with a look of pure fury before interrogating him about what had caused this sudden change.
"What the hell did you do In-Su?"
The man immediately took offense, as he swung his arms wide before avoiding responsibility like he always had.
"Me! It's not my fucking fault! It's the goddamn university! They fired me! And for what? Showing up drunk to a lecture? It's complete bullshit! I have no fucking job. I'm up to my eyeballs in debt, and the house is about to be repossessed by the bank! Baby, I need you! Please!
Your credit should be good enough now to get a loan that can help me get the house back! And if not, we could always get Min-Ji to do it! Please! I'm begging you, I'm about to be homeless!"
Hae-won looked at her ex-husband with complete and total disgust. The very idea that she had, for the briefest moment, thought about taking him back for the sake of their daughter's well being sickened her.
This man didn't care the slightest bit about their daughter, or her for that matter. He only cared about being bailed out of his poor decisions. She immediately turned her seat around and began dialing a number now that she knew the man's position was terminated at the university.
The man instantly began to panic when he saw this and tried to put a hand on his ex wife's shoulder, as he called out to her.
"Baby, what are you doing? Who are you calling?"
However, Alex was too quick and once more got in his way, and pushed him backwards.
"Back off!"
The man was starting to become belligerent, but after his ex wife finally told him exactly who she was calling, he became outright violent.
"I'm calling campus security! You are trespassing and need to be removed!"
After hearing this, In-Su felt as if he had been stabbed in the heart, and after gazing on Alex's smirking face, he could not help but take a swing at the man with a sloppy and telegraphed haymaker.
Alex, of course, saw this coming from a mile away and ducked under the horrible punch, before grabbing hold of the man's legs, and dropping him to the ground with a smooth double leg takedown. Hae-won witnessed what was happening, and just managed to connect to the other end of the line, where she began to shriek in a hysterical voice.
"My name is Professor Park Hae-won. Please come quick, my ex-husband is trying to attack me in my office! I think he's drunk!"
Meanwhile, Alex had instantly passed the man's nonexistent guard and gotten on top of him in a mounted position where he wrapped him up in a triangle choke. Though he didn't apply enough pressure to put In-Su to sleep, it was a position where the old drunk could do no harm to anyone. When Hae-won looked over, she was about to scream, when Alex assured her everything was alright.
"Relax Professor Park, everything is fine. He's not going anywhere. He can struggle all he wants, but he's not getting out of this position until campus security arrives to take him away!"
This caused the mature brown haired beauty to sigh in relief. And soon enough, campus security arrived and escorted the man out of the premises. Naturally due to the call she had made, they also contacted the police who began to interrogate both Hae-Won and Alex. Luckily for Alex, the mature beauty defended his actions, and since there was no actual damage done to In-Su he was let go without being charged.
Of course, Chun-Hei was one of the officers on the scene. And she could not help but approach Alex and scoff at him.
"What is it with you? Some days you're the villain assaulting innocent women, and other days you're the hero protecting them from other fiends like yourself? Everywhere I look, I end up seeing you…. And it's starting to get on my nerves!"
Alex simply scoffed and pulled out a cigarette, which he lit and took a deep drag on before puffing the smoke into Chun-Hei's pretty face. He then proceeded to mock the woman with the pet name he had given her.
"It's nice to see you too Police Girl… So…. I'm thinking after this, Professor Park is going to need a restraining order against her ex, don't you think?"
Chun-Hei did not immediately respond to Alex's comments about the restraining order. Instead, she curled her fists and pouted before reprimanding Alex for the nickname he kept calling her.
"It's Chun-Hei! You hear me! Chun-Hei!"
Alex, of course, smirked before referring to the woman by the nickname she had grown to hate once more, as if to deliberately provoke her further.
"Whatever you say, Police Girl… Now answer the fucking question, will you?"
As much as Chun-Hei wanted to smack Alex across his handsome face for his repeated abuse and humiliation, she could only roll her eyes before agreeing with his assessment.
"Unless you want to charge the man for assault, then yes, I would suggest that your professor comes down to the station with us to file a restraining order against her ex-husband."
Hae-won looked at Alex with a pleading gesture, but instead shook his head before speaking on the matter.
"I'm not the kind to send a man behind bars because of a petty brawl. If he has a problem with me, he can come and fight me like a man. However, his violent behavior towards women is a serious problem for Professor Park, so I suggest she get a restraining order against him. And if he dares to show himself around our home, I'll bury him six feet under…"
Chun-Hei looked at Alex with suspicion before asking for clarification on what he had just said.
"Hold on, your professor is living with you?"
Alex nodded his head and was about to confirm this, but before he could do so, Hae-won clarified why this was the case.
"It is only temporary! You see, I needed a place to stay after the divorce, and he offered to help me and my daughter out. I am already looking for a new place now that the divorce is finalized!"
Chun-Hei gazed upon the flustered expression on Hae-Won's pretty face, and sighed heavily before walking away, but not before leaving behind some parting words.
"Whatever, this is not any of my business… But if you want my advice, you should be awfully careful around this one. I know he may seem like a hero today, but he has a complete and total disregard for the law that will eventually land him behind bars…"
After saying this, Chun-Hei departed, leaving Alex alone with his professor, where he wore a charming smile before assuring her that everything was fine.
"Don't worry about her. She's still pissed at me over something that happened a long time ago. So how about I drive you to the police station, so we can get the restraining order filed?"
Hae-won blushed when she heard that Alex was willing to drive her to the station and stay by her side for hours on end, just so she could make sure her ex-husband stays away from her. She couldn't help but wear a pretty smile as she nodded her head with an almost excited expression on her face.
"Sure… I'd like that…."

Alex smirked as he wrapped his arm around the mature beauty's waist and escorted her to his car, knowing that he was one step closer to conquering both her and her daughter's hearts.
