"Rooaar!"
A thunderous roar tore through the air as Gluttony's body underwent a monstrous transformation. Having devoured an enormous amount of meat, his physique had completely changed—his height shot past two meters, and beneath the resilient, rubbery skin, corded muscles bulged and swelled, radiating raw menace.
His head still faintly resembled Wade Wilson's face, though it now looked like Wade had been trapped inside a glossy black silicone shell. His jaw stretched open far beyond human limits, revealing rows of jagged fangs, thick saliva dripping from between them.
After being pummeled by Broly for several days, Gluttony's body had started changing almost daily—each day making him look disturbingly more human.
Professor Connors had once examined him through a CT scan and found nothing human inside. There were no organs—only strange, unknown tissues. He didn't even have blood. Outwardly, he resembled a man, but inwardly he was something else entirely.
Connors couldn't even explain how this creature had developed self-awareness at all.
At that moment, Gluttony was engaged in a fierce battle with Kakarot. From his long bouts against Broly, he had picked up many Turtle School combat techniques. When such moves were executed with his bizarre, inhuman body, they looked even more eerie and unpredictable.
Broly had even gone a step further—drawing inspiration from anime he'd watched in his past life—to create a custom martial art perfectly suited to Gluttony's elastic physique.
"Rubber Jet Gatling!"
Gluttony's arms snapped forward, stretching like springs to a length of over ten meters. They swung in a blinding flurry, raining down a storm of punches on Kakarot. The fists recoiled and snapped forward again at lightning speed, accelerating faster and faster until they broke the sound barrier, producing sharp sonic booms and white vapor rings in the air.
Kakarot moved like a phantom, darting side to side to dodge, even using Afterimage Fist to split into a dozen flickering mirages as Gluttony's barrage howled through the air.
"Haaah!"
With a sudden motion, she caught one of Gluttony's arms mid-swing, yanked hard, and slammed a crushing punch into his face.
The impact was brutal—Gluttony's head deformed grotesquely before bursting into a spray of black slime.
Without pausing, Kakarot spun and hurled the creature bodily into the distance.
Boom!
Gluttony crashed into the ground, carving a deep trench before slamming into a massive boulder that exploded into fragments. His durability against physical attacks was incredible— the scattered black slime squirmed and crawled back toward his neck. Within seconds, his head had completely regenerated.
"Kamehameha!"
Brilliant blue-white light flared between Kakarot's palms as a destructive energy wave roared forward, surging straight for Gluttony.
"Rubber Titan Rocket Cannon!"
Gluttony's colossal hands ballooned to the size of giants' palms and thrust out toward the beam. With a thunderous crack, his strike reflected the Kamehameha right back.
"Wha—?!"
Kakarot hadn't expected her own Kamehameha to rebound. Caught off guard, she barely had time to cross her arms and brace herself before the energy slammed into her.
BOOM!
The shockwave flattened everything around them, and the blinding flash swallowed Kakarot whole.
Gluttony bellowed again. His left leg shot upward, stretching tens of meters into the air, before whipping down in a devastating axe-like strike.
"Rubber Battle Axe!"
The air itself split—the swirling dust was cleaved apart, and the rocky ground beneath them cracked open as though struck by a colossal blade.
But the attack met only empty space. Confusion flickered across Gluttony's monstrous face—his blow had missed.
Before he could react, a powerful kick smashed upward under his jaw.
The force stretched his neck taut like a rubber band, snapping his body skyward.
"Haah! Haah! Haah!"
Kakarot shouted, both hands gathering blazing energy. In an instant, she fired a rapid barrage of energy blasts like a storm of meteors that streaked toward the airborne Gluttony.
BOOM!
Still stunned midair, Gluttony took the hits head-on. The explosions tore through his elastic hide, black slime spraying in all directions.
Before he could regenerate, Kakarot flashed before him and drove a vicious knee into his chest.
The impact squashed his torso like a burst fruit, forcing more slime to splatter outward. Gluttony screamed—a high-pitched, inhuman sound—as his mouth gaped unnaturally wide, exposing every sharp fang within.
A terrifying surge of ki built inside his throat—then he unleashed it in a searing blast straight at Kakarot.
Gluttony might lack the intellect to learn techniques like the Kamehameha, but that didn't mean he couldn't attack with energy. By instinct alone, he had mastered the ability to spew energy waves from his mouth.
Having absorbed a massive amount of Broly's ki, his energy breath was devastatingly strong. However, since he hadn't trained in controlling it, every shot burned through his energy reserves, making him reluctant to use it except as a last resort.
Kakarot's heart clenched. She brought her hands together instantly.
"Kamehameha!"
The two energy waves collided in a blinding explosion. Just as they were about to detonate, a massive fist smashed down between them—Broly had appeared, punching both blasts skyward before they could erupt.
Had they gone off at that distance, both Kakarot and Gluttony would have been obliterated together.
Upon seeing Broly, Gluttony let out a low, almost pitiful gurgle. He crouched down and rubbed his head affectionately against Broly's hand like a scolded child. After so many beatings, his wild nature had finally been tamed.
"F-Father… I… hungry…"
His voice was distorted, layered, as if several people were speaking at once.
Broly sighed and gestured with a finger. A large thawed slab of beef floated through the air and landed in front of Gluttony. He had tried to correct the creature countless times, but Gluttony still refused to stop calling him Father.
Having a monster with Wade's face call him that was... unsettlingly satisfying.
Gluttony squatted down and tore into the raw meat, shredding it effortlessly with his fangs. Within moments, the entire slab was gone.
"Broly! I'm hungry too!"
Kakarot rammed her head playfully into Broly's side, then clambered up onto his back like a mischievous monkey. Her strength had been improving rapidly from her battles with Gluttony.
"Cade's already prepared lunch," Broly said calmly. "After we eat, I'm heading to New York."
Professor Connors' serum had finally succeeded. The tests on mice had gone perfectly, and trials on monkeys had shown no mutations. Now, the serum had been injected into Wade's body—to see if it could finally destroy the cancer cells within him.
As he spoke, Broly raised a hand and sealed Gluttony into a small bottle using the Evil Containment Wave.
Gluttony was far too powerful to be left roaming free on the farm while Broly was away.
