Sakura reached into her Ninja Tool Pouch again, pulling out several photographs. "These are the really spicy ones!"
In the photos, Jiraiya and Orochimaru were seen entwined together completely naked from the waist up—though only their upper bodies showed, the images were still shockingly graphic.
"Why am I the one on the bottom?" Jiraiya cried in protest before suddenly realizing something. "Wait, that's not even me! I've never taken a picture like this."
"Whether you took it or not doesn't matter. The key point is—if you don't cooperate obediently, what's in this photo might become [Reality]. I think Orochimaru would really enjoy seeing his old classmate getting humiliated, wouldn't he?"
Sakura's tone dripped with menace. The photos she waved in front of him cut deep into Jiraiya's heart.
"I'll write."
Jiraiya seemed to lose all vitality, as though his beloved Make Out Paradise was about to be destroyed under crushing deadline pressure. But then another critical thought struck him.
"Wait a second, why does it feel like you know Orochimaru so well? Aren't you a Konoha ninja?!"
"I met him back in the Forest of Death. These injuries are all thanks to him!" Sakura lifted up her right arm wrapped in bandages, showing it briefly to Jiraiya before continuing. "However, after a month, just like you, he will also become my loyal servant at the Celestial Society!"
Chapter Two Hundred and Fifty-Two: Dragging Jiraiya In [Part One]
"Well... Can we not bring that up?"
Jiraiya's face flushed with embarrassment. He could already foresee the ridicule waiting for him once word spread about being tricked into signing a soul-selling Contract.
"Alright then, just for Minato-sensei's sake, I'll give you some dignity. This Contract will stay between us."
Hearing Sakura say this, Jiraiya relaxed slightly—only for his eyes to unconsciously dart toward Naruto's direction afterward.
"The Minato-sensei you mentioned—who exactly is that?!"
Jiraiya's heartbeat quickened. After all, he had promised the Third Hokage that when Naruto officially became a shinobi, he would return to train him. So why did everything seem off now?
"Naruto's father!" Sakura pointed at Naruto. "If Minato-sensei saw you now, he'd probably be really happy!"
"Gulp"
Nervously swallowing hard, Jiraiya paled instantly, his face turning ghost-white. Meet Minato? He's been dead for years!
"Come on, Perverted Hermit, let's go see Minato-sensei together!" Sakura slapped Jiraiya's arm while activating the power within the Mind Stone. "And Kushina too—don't you miss them both after all these years?"
"Wait..."
Jiraiya still had countless questions swirling inside him. How did Naruto find out about his parentage? And why didn't he seem angry at all about it? Most importantly—what exactly did she mean by meeting two people who were long dead?
However, before Jiraiya could voice his confusion, everything in front of him blurred. When his vision cleared, the scenery before him had completely changed.
"This is Genjutsu, right? No—it's not Genjutsu."
Jiraiya's initial reaction was to assume he had fallen into Genjutsu, but no matter how he disrupted his chakra or bit his tongue and pinched his thigh, the surroundings didn't change at all.
"Jiraiya-sensei, you've returned to Konoha."
Minato Namikaze saw the figure pinching his thigh in pain while standing there frozen, and his eyes lit up with pleasant surprise.
"Eh? Master Jiraiya finally decided to come back?!"
Kushina Uzumaki looked furious. Naruto was already twelve—how could this old perv show up only now? And where had he been all those years when Naruto was getting bullied?
"M-Minato?! And K-Kushina?!"
Jiraiya sucked in a sharp breath. His neck felt like it was frozen, as he slowly turned his head behind him bit by bit.
A man with golden hair and warm blue eyes, smiling kindly; a woman with fiery red hair glaring at him like she wanted to kill him—weren't they his own student and the student's wife?
"Ahhh!" Jiraiya yelped, nearly fainting from fright, then instinctively dropped to his knees on the ground, hands clasped tightly together. He began trembling all over while tears streamed down his face.
"Minato, Kushina—I know I've wronged both of you. I know that Naruto has suffered so much during these years. But I'm back now! From today onward, I will personally train Naruto and never let him endure hardship again. Please rest assured wherever you are—you don't need to come find me like this."
Jiraiya sobbed uncontrollably, snot running with his tears. Watching him, Minato felt like cringing in embarrassment.
"Sensei, so you finally understand just how hard Naruto's life has been all these years?"
Behind Kushina, strands of Chakra Chains swirled wildly around her. Her murderous aura was so intense it was almost visible.
"As our teacher, how could you just stand aside watching Naruto suffer while enjoying yourself outside?"
"Ahh! Don't hit me! I'm sorry! Please stop hitting me! Kushina, I didn't do it on purpose!"
Jiraiya's legs moved so fast they were nearly creating afterimages. Even though he felt like his lungs would burst, he dared not slow down one bit. Judging from Kushina's tone, if she caught him, he'd probably end up dead.
"You unreliable old perverted bastard! Letting Naruto be bullied all that time—I swear if I don't kill you today, I'm no longer Kushina Uzumaki!"
Wielding a giant wooden hammer specially crafted by Sakura, Kushina chased after Jiraiya. The hammer was infused with Tailed Beast Chakra generously provided by Nine-Tails, and looked like it could easily send him to the afterlife.
"Perverted Hermit, watch your step!"
Jiraiya instinctively looked down and tripped over the vine, face-planting hard onto the ground.
"Old lecherous fool Jiraiya—be still and receive your punishment!"
