Bright sunlight streamed through the large windows of a luxurious apartment, illuminating the spacious living room. Cool air drifted inside. Along the walls, tall bookshelves were filled with thick books.
A man sat on a soft velvet sofa. His purple hair was messy. He wore all black clothing. His legs were crossed, resting on the table. In his hand, he held a leather bound book with a simple illustration.
The man was Fathir.
"This author..." Fathir hissed quietly. "How could he think of a plot this complicated..."
He turned a page. "Reading this makes me want to adventure again..."
Fathir looked at the book's cover, searching for the author's name. "Tree 05?" He chuckled. "What kind of name is that."
He returned his focus to reading. He read page after page. The story held his attention completely. Time felt like it was moving quickly. His desire to adventure again grew stronger.
