White Fang made his way toward Konoha along a familiar path, lost in thought. The memories of his past suicide replayed in his mind, and he now felt deeply unsure about what path to take next.
Halfway through his thoughts, he chuckled lightly to himself. "Haha, why bother overthinking? The new generation like Anya has already grown strong. The future world belongs to them. Whether I remain a ninja or not isn't really that important anymore."
After going through death and coming back, White Fang saw everything differently now. Though he had never questioned how he was brought back to life, he could imagine the hardship involved.
Thinking back on how he ended his own life, a wave of regret washed over him. Dying had indeed been an easy escape—it upheld his duty as a ninja and ensured the village wouldn't suffer from his decision to abandon the mission. But for Kakashi and Anya, this choice had been painfully cruel.
After traveling for some time, White Fang arrived at a ruined landscape. A puzzled expression appeared on his face as he murmured, "Strange, where is this? If my memory serves me right, I should have already entered Konoha village's territory."
Walking forward a bit further, he began noticing injured people lying on the ground. Medical Ninja occasionally came by to treat the wounded. At that moment, he suddenly recalled Anya's earlier words, and his heart pounded with realization. Could it be that Konoha had truly...

Watching this person tirelessly shuttle back and forth, Sakura felt a strange sense of familiarity, as though she had seen him somewhere before.
After White Fang delivered another batch of injured, Sakura couldn't help but ask, "Excuse me, may I ask for your name?"
White Fang smiled kindly at her and quickly replied, "Doctor, hello. My name is Sakumo Hatake."
It was a name unfamiliar to her. Wait a second…
"You're surnamed Hatake?" Sakura considered a possibility, and upon seeing this man's silver hair, blurted out, "Then are you related to Master Kakashi Hatake?"
"Oh? So Kakashi is your master now? It seems what Anya told me about him growing stronger was true." White Fang said with a warm smile. "I am his father."
"You... You're actually Kakashi's father." Sakura stammered, then suddenly seemed to remember something and quickly added, "Then you must go see Kakashi immediately. He's gravely wounded and currently undergoing treatment in the ICU."
"What?"
White Fang's eyes gleamed. In a sudden blur, he vanished into thin air.
Inside the Uchiha compound, Anya stood facing a blonde woman with an impressive bust—Samiu, the very same woman who had come along with Mabui to help look after the children.
Anya spoke to her in his usual composed tone, "You once stayed here for some time and obtained the sword techniques I deliberately left behind. Now that some time has passed, how well have you mastered them?"
"You were aware?!" Samiu's eyes tensed.
"There's no need to be concerned," Anya replied without changing expression. "Mabui has helped me greatly all along. Since you're her friend, I won't do anything to you. The fact that you could obtain them means I allowed it. Otherwise, you wouldn't have been able to find them at all."
Samiu's expression shifted as she said, "So you're saying you've known everything I've done here—including the true reason why I came in the first place."
Anya nodded. "I can roughly guess it."
"But then, why..."
"That's irrelevant," Anya interrupted. "At my current level, there is nothing or no one that can truly threaten me. What you've seen is merely the tip of the iceberg. Therefore, I don't particularly care about your intentions. What genuinely interests me instead is your strength."
"My strength?" Samiu pressed further. "How would improving my power benefit you?"
"Then I'll speak plainly," Anya said something that completely shocked Samiu.
"I hope that once the current Raikage falls, you will become the Fifth Raikage."
Back in Konoha village, Tsunade's summoned Katsuyu had already begun dividing itself to perform healing throughout the village. However, this was only a shadow clone. Although her strength had significantly improved after learning Sage Arts, the clone couldn't endure such massive chakra consumption. After exhausting its final reserves, the clone disappeared with a sudden pop.
At the exact moment the clone vanished, Tsunade—who was in the middle of the Five Kage Summit—abruptly stood up. She swung her fist forcefully, shattering the entire table into splinters. The formidable aura she exuded made the other four Kages grow visibly tense, and their bodyguards immediately rushed forward again, taking protective positions in front of their respective Kages.
Before the other four Kages could ask anything, Tsunade declared clearly, "This summit is over. I must return to Konoha immediately."
"Wait," Sasori suddenly appeared before her, saying, "Even if you return now, it's already too late. What was going to happen has already happened."
Onoki asked with a furrowed brow, "Wind Shadow, do you seem to know something?"
"Is it really that hard to guess?" Sasori countered. "From the beginning, I already stated this clearly—Akatsuki already has possession of numerous tailed beasts. Therefore, their next targets would undoubtedly be Hachibi and Kyubi."
The Raikage suddenly understood and asked with his rough voice, "Hokage, are you saying Konoha is under attack by Akatsuki?"
Terumi Mei looked doubtful as she asked, "Do they really have the strength to do something like this?"
Sasori meaningfully continued, "They'll only grow stronger."
"Oh no," the Raikage also stood up, declaring, "This summit is finished. I must return to my village immediately."
Having said that, the Raikage didn't even bother to greet anyone. He rushed at full speed straight toward the meeting hall's entrance.
Just then, a figure wearing a Uzumaki-patterned mask suddenly appeared. The Raikage barely had time to register his shock before his body surged with lightning chakra. Without hesitation, he threw a punch straight at the intruder.
His punch went straight through the masked man's body, causing no damage at all.
"Already trying to bail out?"
Obito loomed high above the Five Kage Summit, gazing down at the assembled Kages as he spoke. "Since you've finally all gathered in one place, I'll take this chance to speak on behalf of the Akatsuki Organization."
The Raikage roared, "We've got no words for your damn terrorist gang!"
"Is that so?" Obito replied casually. "Then what if this is a declaration of war?"
