"An investor then." he grunted and I frowned.
"I'm not familiar with the term in the same way as yourself, explain." I said intrigued.
"Merchants and nobles fund mercenaries so they can get first pick of the after battle spoils. That's what you are doing." he said gruffly.
After thinking about it for a moment I had to concede that it was quite similar.
"The main difference here is you will need to collect the spoils yourself to send back to me. Judging from your appearance you should have the little witch in your group. She should be able to craft something to collect the souls of the astral beings you kill. As for the rest, just preserve them however you can so they don't rot." I said calmly.
He scowled but nodded "Now tell me what you know about Griffith." he said turning nearly feral.
"Where to start? I suppose we should first begin with the event of the eclipse, where it all went to hell, literally. By now you should be aware at least a little that Griffith's Behelit was somewhat special. His was part of a series of five behelits that held a very special purpose, raising five gods to try and seize the waking world for a higher entity." I paused to let it sink in before continuing.
"Griffiths godhood was the leader role of this group, Femto. The Godhand can not enter the waking world under normal circumstances which was where your story became even more twisted. When he violated Casca during the eclipse his essence killed and twisted your unborn child. That twisted being created was then used as the tether to incarnate him back into the waking world. This creates a flaw within his soul he isn't yet aware of but will eventually discover. The soul of your child is still there within him and if triggered will fight Griffiths own soul for control." I said serious as I paused.
Guts looked monstrous as all the veins in his face bulged from his rage spiking and his facial muscles bunched up in a ferocious snarl. I didn't continue speaking as what came next might fully snap whatever smidgen of restraint he had. He breathed out great puffs of hot air that was visible from his body burning up at a fever pitch from his rage.-
It took a while, at least twenty minutes, but he eventually returned to normal and I continued.
"Now that he is in the waking world in full Griffith will start to layer the astral world over this one to slowly drag it into the astral realm. When this happens monsters will become commonplace in all but his own land, Falconia. Mostly because he is going to use his power over the apostles to reform his own mockery of the band of the hawk. He will continue chasing you and Casca however due to your childs influence on him and his own obsession with you in particular. The more you resist the more he'll want to break you. If or more specifically when you eventually fix Casca's mind and he finds out he will come for her as your childs soul temporarily dominates him, but it is only temporary. And that's it, that is as much as anyone who isn't dead knows of him from an outside perspective." I finished speaking.
Guts was silent for a heavy moment as he fought off his own wrath that threatened to consume him and regain a semblance of calm. For a moment or two I could have sworn I saw a brief foxlike phantom appear over his face but chose to leave THAT particular problem well alone. The fact his rage was so potent it basically created a demon that lived within his soul was not a topic I had any business poking at. Still when he finally did get his mind mostly in order he did at least seem to have caught the important bits with what he asked.-
"Casca can be saved?" he asked seriously.
"Yes. If you were in my world treating her would hardly be a problem at all. In your world however the sort of mind shattering trauma she has can only be fixed across the sea in Elfheim. Be wary of the moonlight child, it is the remnant of your own and thus Griffith when he regains control." I said honestly.
The conversation was pretty much dead at that point so I sent him the fruit, one piece physique stone and best quality haki ability and skill stones. I also gave him two thousand system coins and explained how to contact me using them. With that done I ended the contact knowing very well I had just unleashed a whole new breed of monster on that world, one that hunts others.-
Honestly that armor alongside the one piece physique was a sickeningly effective combination. The berserker armor was a cursed armor that would keep whoever was wearing it alive and functional for as long as even a single drop of blood remained in their body. It didn't heal them though so all that damage was still there and so was it's pain. It also gave that demonic wrath incarnation an outlet as it over took him and let him surpass his bodies limits by simply removing them regardless of the damage it did to him.-
You add on the one piece physique and his body would grow likely exponentially until every movement of his had to potential to shatter mountains. The devil fruit on the other hand was as far as I could tell practically MADE for Guts. The man treated pain like an annoyance even while his body was literally broken in every way imaginable. The biggest downside to the fruit was nothing to him and even the water weakness wasn't much of a problem as he didn't live and fight over or near water often.
