To make a long story short, the Navy Headquarters has a secret weapons program called the Pacifista.
This project, modeled after the naval hero Garp, utilized technology provided by Dr. Siddire Oran to create combat robots with the aim of maintaining peace at sea.
Gaspard's lips twitched noticeably when he heard Oran's name.
In the Grand Line, Oran people are almost everywhere; even when he's sleeping, there'll be a greeting letter by his bedside.
When doing business in remote, impoverished areas of the East China Sea, you can see the library built by Piltover.
Now adrift at sea, preparing to return to headquarters, Gaspardi's journey was interrupted by Oran. For a moment, Gaspardi didn't know what to say.
"But what does the Sengoku general have to do with the Goa Kingdom?"
While Gaspard was questioning his existence, Rosinante failed to realize that this matter had anything to do with the East China Sea.
"The machine is still in the testing and development stage, and many things are not yet perfect. We don't know what happened in the Goa Kingdom in the East Blue. But PX0, the prototype of the Pacifista, seems to have gone berserk."
